Tall.

Allow the ground to support you.

Take a deep expansive inhale and let go on your exhale.

Relax your shoulders,

Your arms.

Allow your hands to rest comfortably in a mudra or anywhere in your lap that feels comfortable.

Breathe with me.

Take a deep inhale and a really long exhale.

Close your eyes gently and breathe.

Feel that by simply arriving in this space you have the ability to relax further and be at home in your breath.

Feel all the weight lift from your tired bones and rest.

Rest in this space of your breath and your attention.

Just simply breathing in and breathing out.

As you start to naturally lengthen your breath,

Feel the pressure release from your chest and let yourself be buoyant on your inhale,

Letting go on your exhale.

Letting go of your shoulders,

Relaxing.

Letting go of your arms and your hands,

Relaxing.

Letting go of your hips and your seat,

Relaxing in this space and in your breath,

Your gentle attention.

This calm is your essence.

It's at your very center and it is always here.

Deep inhale breath and a deep exhale breath.

Your body remembers this slowness inside of you.

Notice how comforting and nourishing your breath is.

Allow yourself to sit here for as long as you like,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Resting awareness.

Letting go as you exhale.

Letting go.

Letting go.
