Is it still recording?

Good!

Universe is already cancellation Let yourself settle into the sensations in your body.

Notice the touch between your body and the chair,

The ground.

And allow yourself to feel your whole body filled with awareness,

With spaciousness,

As well as space around you.

All within and around you,

Limitless,

Boundless,

Timeless,

Formless,

Silent.

Benevolent space,

Knowing the field of awareness,

The sacred,

The great mystery.

And remember a quality you might want to cultivate in yourself,

Such as trust.

Trust in yourself.

Trust in the divine in you.

Trust in the divine in general,

The all-pervasive field of knowing,

Field of benevolence that is always there.

The subtlest of all energies,

The mother energy.

Make this half this intention,

This longing to develop trust.

Trust in yourself.

Trust in the God in you.

Trust that life ultimately will unfold.

And ask for protection for those teachers or saints or figures from the past you connect to,

Whether it is Jesus or Mary or Buddha or whoever it is,

Tree,

The universe.

Just have those forces that are benevolent around you.

And allow yourself to feel encouraged and protected.

Then also remember why you are practicing.

You're practicing for yourself to feel better.

But also to make all of life a better place,

A community of living humans and animals and beings.

May we all be free from suffering and the causes of suffering.

May we all together find the support we need or give support to each other.

And may life rise up to meet us.

Then feel your whole body.

Every corner of your body,

Your body as a whole,

The felt sense of your body as a whole.

Your posture as a whole.

And when this in this sensation of your entire body,

Notice the space between your eyebrows opening up.

Your eyes softening.

Your jaw relaxing.

Your shoulders dropping.

Notice your back as strong and courageous.

The front of your body,

Your heart as receptive and vulnerable.

Deeply feeling.

And from this whole entirety of your body.

Feel a breath arising with the in breath,

Letting go with the out breath.

And feel every instant of breath,

Awareness and breath flowing together.

Feeling every moment of the in breath and every moment of the out breath.

The whole field of body awareness.

Breath breathing in naturally.

Feeling every moment of the in breath.

Every moment of the out breath.

Field of body sensation.

Breath breathing in naturally.

And whenever there is a thought,

See it as a way of light arising out of space and falling back into space.

Always returning to your refuge.

And if they're feeling moods,

Emotions,

Just notice them arising like a breath out of space and falling back into space.

Or like a gust of wind arising out of space and falling back into space.

Always returning,

Returning and returning and returning.

Remembering the sensation of awareness and breath that is always there for you.

And feel your hand on your heart.

You might feel your heart as breath brushes through the softness,

The vulnerability,

The delicateness of your heart.

You can feel this limitless,

Boundless mother field within and around you.

Be aware that you are well.

And aware that you're well,

That you're well.

Just let yourself rest in this field of awareness.

Just listen to breath arising out of this field of awareness,

Falling back into it.

Like a wave arising in the ocean and disappearing again.

Always changing.

And just listen to breath arising out of this field of awareness.

Feel this energy.

Feel this energy within and around you.

This energy that's always there.

Out of which breath arises and falls back into.

Out of which thoughts arise and fall back into.

Now see if you can shift your perspective and become part of this limitless,

Boundless field.

This benevolent,

Spacious,

Knowing field of awareness.

See yourself,

The person you are,

The one who's striving to do the best.

Just see her with compassion,

The sense of warmth and caring.

See yourself totally from this wide,

Ancient perspective.

And wish yourself compassion and see all other human beings as we are trying hard,

As we are often going the wrong way.

But look at humans with a sense of compassion and maybe even affection.

Include all living beings in your ravishing.

Humans other than human beings.

The earth,

The waters,

The skies.

Maybe all be in this together.

Maybe we all realize our interconnectedness and interdependence.
