And coming back into a comfortable seat and just closing the eyes and just becoming aware of the base of your body and feeling the space between the pubic bone and the tailbone.

And just gently start to sway your body from right to left or left to right,

Whatever feels comfortable for you.

Just like a gentle,

Gentle sway from one side to the other.

See if you can kind of feel like your spine is in succession.

So it's almost like you move and then the ribs and the shoulders and the head follows.

It's like we're leading with the rib cage,

The shoulders and the head,

And then the other rib cage and the shoulders and the head.

And just keep going into this very fluid sway until you feel like your energy just wants to find stillness.

So let that take as long as it needs.

Sending the energy into that central channel,

That central meridian.

So what does it mean when our energy goes into the center of the spine,

Into shunanadi?

It means that we're no longer being thrown by either our emotional or our rational side that we're right in the center,

Completely subject,

Completely harmonized.

We're with ourselves,

Pure awareness,

Finding that place of stillness,

Finding that balance point,

Almost feeling like you're suspended.

The head and the tailbone are just suspended and held by a very fine silver thread.

So within the shunanadi is brahmanadi,

Which is this very fine,

Fine silver thread.

Feel all your energy there.

Feel it like a pulse.

And notice how it just draws you up to the third eye,

From the base to the midbrain.

Total harmony,

Total balance.

Feel light piercing through the middle of the brain,

Pure,

Soft light.

Could be gold light or blue light,

Any kind of light.

Just have a sense of awareness and energy right there.

At the same time,

You're aware of your sitting bones.

You're aware of the bottom of the body,

Rooted into the earth.

You're feeling the crown of the head reaching towards the sky,

Your whole body strong and balanced.

Think of this light in the midbrain like surya,

The sun.

The sun teaches hanuman and illuminates his mind like shiva,

Bringing that clarity of mind,

Bringing that knowledge that there's only one.

There's only oneness,

Which is consciousness,

Awareness,

Yourself.

Peace,

That stillness is you.

And then just gently deepen and lengthen your breath.

Feel your breath moving into your belly,

Coming back to your body,

Feeling your sitting bones.
