We'll just sit quietly for a moment and see if you can feel how the energy is just gently being drawn to the center line of your spine.

Like a magnet,

Energy is just being drawn to that sushunanadi,

The central meridian in the spine.

See if you can visualize the inside of your spine like a column of pure radiant light.

And as you breathe in,

The light travels like a small ball of light traveling up the center line of your spine.

That light is traveling from in between the pubic bone and the perineum all the way up to the middle of your brain as you inhale.

And as you exhale,

That same ball of light is radiating through the center line of the spine all the way down to the base in between the pubic bone and the tailbone.

So as you inhale,

Line of light,

Ball of light traveling up from the perineum to the midbrain.

And as you exhale,

That ball of light is traveling from the midbrain right down to the base.

And you're just following that ball of light.

It's very beautiful,

Radiant,

But not burning in any way.

It's just gentle white radiant light traveling up the spine to the midbrain and down the spine.

If you can't visualize,

Just feel the breath moving gently from the base of the spine up to the midbrain and from the midbrain back down to the base.

Just feel how the energy is just being magnetized to that light.

When we bring our mind into these Kriya practices,

This one pointed focus,

It's drawn out of its need to identify with any restlessness or our thoughts or ideas.

And what we're doing now is just being with ourselves,

A pure knowledge,

That truth,

That oneness that's always there as ourselves.

You are that light.

And maybe you're the image and the practice is fading and you're just feeling your energy resting at the point in between the eyebrows,

The midbrain.

Just let your awareness rest there.

Nothing but oneness,

Nothing but wholeness,

Nothing but fullness yourself.

And just slowly deepen and lengthen your breath.

There's nothing more precious than being embodied.

The biggest gift that we can be given is the gift of birth to simply exist and to be able to enjoy the beauty of creation.

With every breath,

With every heartbeat,

With every sensation.

There's nothing more precious than you,

The experiencer.

Om Om Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti,

Sri Guru Purnima.
