Not everyone has the ability to attend sound healing in person. I have developed a self-guided sound meditation for everyone far and wide to experience. There has been a huge amount of research performed that shows remote healing coupled with intent can have wonderful outcomes. My self-guided sound meditation is full of intent and will set up your best healing outcome. With an open heart and an open mind, you can take yourself on your own sound journey.

Welcome,

Welcome,

Welcome everybody.

My name is Rachel Whiteman and I am delighted to be here with you today to offer you this beautiful nourishing sound healing.

I'm here to hold space just for you in this safe beautiful space that is here for you to receive these healing sounds and vibrations.

You are your own healer,

You have everything within you that you need to heal yourself and take yourself to exactly where you need to be.

I invite you to find a place to lie down and relax,

A place where you won't be disturbed and if you can I suggest that you cover your eyes.

It's really nice to close off that sense and then just do a little body scan and make sure that everything is nice and relaxed,

Especially your jaw and your tongue.

I invite you to bring your attention to this moment in time and know that there is nowhere else that you need to be or anything else that you need to do or say other than be here in this moment,

Be truly present in this moment that is just for you.

I invite you to bring your attention closer into your body and listen to the sounds of your own body,

Your breathing as the warm air is drawn through your nostrils,

Bringing in the life force energy to your body.

I invite you to take three deep breaths in through your nose and then sigh it out through your mouth,

Breathing in through your nose now and sighing it out and again and one more time.

I invite you to think about your intention that you'd like to set for this sound healing and be something you'd like more of or less of in your life.

It can be for you or it can be for someone else but I'd like you to imagine it as though it has already happened.

In your mind's eye picture yourself as though it has already happened.

Healing has already occurred.

Now holding that intention loosely in your heart center,

We'll work together with your intention during the sound healing.

I invite you now to imagine a beautiful bright white light up above your crown chakra.

This beautiful ball of swirling warm energy has been drawn from the infinite source and know that you can draw on this energy at any time in your life.

So imagine breathing this beautiful bright energy down through your crown chakra,

Down through your mind and your throat and down into your heart center and let that energy mix and mingle with your intention and let it shine brightly from your heart center.

I invite you now to think of a time in your life when you felt unconditional love,

Pure joy and acceptance.

It may have been that you were giving unconditional love or receiving it.

It may have been for a person or a place or an animal.

Just remember those feelings of pure joy and acceptance of that moment in time and let those feelings grow in your heart center.

And I invite you now with an open heart and an open mind to take yourself on your own sound journey.

I invite you to slowly bring your attention back to the room and back to your body and back to your body and know that your intention has been set.

The healing has already occurred.

Just taking a moment to acknowledge how you feel.

How does your body feel?

How does your mind feel?

How does your soul feel?

And I invite you to take a moment of gratitude for allowing yourself to be here to receive these beautiful healing sounds and vibrations.

And I invite you to take the space and silence and the stillness that we have created here.

I invite you to take that into your world.

And when you're ready,

Bringing some gentle movement to your fingers and your toes.

And maybe taking a deeper breath and maybe a stretch and just rolling over onto your favorite side,

Nice and slowly.

There's no hurry.

And again,

Just taking a moment to acknowledge how you feel and then slowly sitting up,

Keeping your eyes closed.

And in the moment,

Bringing your hands to your heart center and bowing your head gently in the universal gesture of gratitude.

Thank you for being here with me today and allowing me to hold space for you.
