Welcome to this meditation experience,
Thunderstorm Aura.
You can sit or lie down,
Finding the most comfortable position for you today.
Allow your eyes to gently close,
Softening the edges of your being,
Noticing the sea of sensations rising through your body,
Softening your awareness and returning all of your energy and essence to this moment.
As though your power is flooding back,
Beautiful waves of your power returning to you now.
All of the wisdom of all of your experiences that you've been having is alchemizing,
Transforming and flowing back to you,
Like a beautiful,
Powerful storm,
This wave of energy of you.
Notice how that feels,
Like a wave greeting you and rippling through,
As you tune back into your real power.
When you sense into the depths of the earth now,
This neutralizing essence,
And you sense into the skies now,
Sensing expansion,
Possibility,
And maybe you sense a shift happening,
Beyond words,
Thresholds beginning to expand.
Maybe it's a transformation beginning like never before,
And you allow it,
Something within you is stirring,
Is ready,
Is beckoning and craving the storm to unfold in its full glory through you.
You sense into feeling the rumbles of the thunder,
The vibration of this powerful thunder,
As it shakes up and it shakes away everything ready to dissolve.
So that the new can be revealed through you,
And you sense into the silent flashes of lightning rippling through your aura,
Your energy,
Your awareness.
New possibilities glimmering,
Divinely emerging,
Arising,
With a strange,
Eerie sense of peace and excitement at the same time,
A sense of you guiding you,
As though you are taking an inner journey somewhere,
A new surprise.
You sense the electricity in the air,
This creative flow,
It's all happening through you,
You relax into this flow,
You sense raindrops clearing the way,
Melting,
And the thunder so powerfully vibrating through your aura,
Your presence,
Notice the shapes and textures that you experience,
It's as though you can sense something dissolving at the same time as something blooming,
Illuminating,
Being born,
And you notice this rhythm of nature,
Of reality,
That you are,
And the lightning flashes through your aura,
Gifting you,
Revealing you,
Infinite you,
Not one,
But a constant flowing expression,
Like the clouds,
Growing,
Dissolving,
Growing,
Changing,
Allow yourself to be deep in this magical space of you,
In this moment,
Exploring,
Experiencing,
And resting.
Enjoy this as a rhythm,
Enjoy what is revealed,
And let things dissolve,
Noticing the silence between the thunder,
The dance happening,
And now,
You begin to sense these energies slowing down,
Reaching their peak,
And before we close this experience,
Pay attention to noticing any guides that greet you,
Animals,
Symbols,
And pay attention to your night dreams and daydreams,
And the knowing that will be deepening within,
That is all yours,
