Hello and welcome.

This guided meditation focuses on fostering self-love.

Make sure you're in a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Whatever resonates for you.

If it feels right,

You may close your eyes or have a soft gaze.

Let's begin by noticing your breath.

Take a deep breath in.

Notice how your belly rises.

And begin to exhale slowly.

Let's embark on this journey of self-love together.

As you continue to focus on your breath,

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.

With each exhalation,

Imagine releasing any tension you're holding within your body.

Feel the weight of your body grounding you to the earth.

Your body is providing you stability,

A strong foundation.

With each breath you take,

You feel more relaxed and present in the moment.

Now let's shift your attention to your body.

Thank your body for all that it does for you.

Begin at your feet and slowly move up through your legs,

Your torso,

Arms,

And head.

Feel gratitude for your body's strength and resilience,

For caring you each and every day.

Now let's affirm our self-love.

Begin to repeat affirmations of self-love and acceptance.

You can say,

I am worthy of love and respect.

You can say,

I accept myself fully.

Or you can say,

I am enough just as I am.

Find an affirmation that resonates with you so you can begin to cultivate this self-love.

With this affirmation,

Imagine this golden light within your heart center.

As you repeat the affirmation over and over again,

This golden light begins to grow and expand.

It's warm,

It's nurturing,

It's loving.

It expands all around you,

Filling you with that warmth and compassion.

As you imagine a version of yourself filled with unconditional love and acceptance,

See this person standing before you.

This version of you is sending you the love,

Understanding,

And compassion that you need.

This version of you is giving you this warmth,

This love,

And it comforts you.

This light enters your body and it begins to fill every cell within you with a sense of peace and self-acceptance.

As this guided meditation comes to a close,

I invite you to set an intention to carry this sense of self-love with you throughout your day.

Gently begin to bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

And then when you're ready,

Slowly,

Gently open your eyes.

Carry with you the love and peace you just cultivated.

Remember that self-love is a journey.

It is not a destination.

Be kind to yourself and know that each moment of mindfulness and compassion brings you closer to a state of loving acceptance of who you are.

I love you again.

Sending you so much love and light.

Until next time.
