Breathe in slowly and hold it at the top for three seconds.
Release slowly and hold the out-breath for two seconds.

Now open your mind and relax your body.
Notice and feel everything you experience.
Focus your attention on your feelings and open all your senses to experience this time now.
Allow any distracting thoughts to drift away.
Notice them and let them go.
Sit quietly and observe yourself.

Feel and experience everything about yourself inside and out.
Focus back on your breath.
Now imagine yourself at the top of a beautiful staircase.
See it.
What does it feel like to be there?
I'm going to count from 10 to 0.
And as I do,
Visualize yourself walking down those stairs to a large wonderful door.

Feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed.

Going down that lovely staircase.

Now stand in front of that door.
What does it look like?
Now open the door to your space.
Here is your space.

Is it in nature?
This is your space where only you go.
Here you are safe.
You are loved.
You are accepted.
See this space.
Feel the space.
How warm is it there?
What is in this space?
What can you hear?
What can you see?
You are safe here.
This place is always here for you whenever you need.
No harm comes to you here.
You are strong here.
You are clear-minded.
You are loved.
You are free.

Abundant.
You are successful.
You are happy and full of joy.
Just be and feel.
What else do you notice in this safe and wonderful place?
Just be present.
Feel safe.
Feel safe and loved and so good.
Now we are going to slowly and gently come back to the day.
This safe space is always here for you when you need.
All you need to do is get comfortable,
Focus on your breath and go down those lovely stairs to your space.
It is always there for you.
It is always safe.
You are always loved.
Now turn back to your door and go through it and we will walk back up and you will feel ready for the day.
I am going to count to five and when I get to five you will come back to this room that you are in now and feel better than before.
