Welcome to Feeling Safe Affirmations.

Let yourself take a deep,

Slow inhale and then slowly exhale.

Notice your breathing as you are repeating these affirmations.

My body is safe to be in.

I am creating more ease and safety in my life.

I am allowed to be safe in my body.

I am allowed to feel safe in my body.

I am allowed to appreciate my body.

I am allowed to feel pleasure in my body.

I am free to feel all my feelings.

I honor and respect my body's boundaries.

I trust my body's inner wisdom.

I am worthy of love and care.

I am allowed to create boundaries.

I am allowed to change my boundaries as needed.

I am aligned with my highest truth.

I am allowed to be my authentic self.

All of me is welcome.

I am allowed to take care of myself on every level.

I cultivate a sense of safety within my body.

I am allowed to feel pleasure in every aspect of my life.

I am allowed to enjoy my life.

I am allowed to feel my whole body.

I take care of my body.

I am allowed to have fun.
