
Yoga Nidra: Reset With Nature
This 20 minute Yoga Nidra practice, or yogic sleep, is a gentle journey into deep rest and inner connection, inspired by the grounding presence of nature. Through guided body awareness, breath, and nature visualisations, you'll be invited to soften into stillness, reconnect with your body, and welcome all parts of yourself — just as you are. This session is suitable for all levels and can be practised lying down. It’s ideal for winding down at the end of the day or whenever you need to come home to yourself. You are safe. You are whole.
