Welcome to your affirmation practice for body acceptance.

When we are in the process of healing our relationship with our body,

Sometimes having an initial connection of respect and kindness through acceptance is a great place to begin.

While having self-love is incredibly supportive on our healing journey,

Sometimes we aren't quite ready to make that leap.

Moving into a place of body acceptance allows us to honor our body and respect it and be kind to it even if we struggle to fully love our bodies.

These affirmations will help you on that journey as your subconscious soaks up all of these lovely affirming words for your body.

You may wish to repeat the affirmations out loud after me.

You may wish to repeat them in your mind.

Or you may wish to just listen to the affirmations and let them flow around and over you as you relax in this practice.

Go ahead and find yourself in a comfortable position either laying down or seated,

Whichever feels best to you in this moment.

Let's go ahead and get started.

I fully respect and accept my body.

My body is deserving of respect.

I connect with my body.

My body is a vessel in which I can freely experience and express joy,

Curiosity,

Connection,

Love,

Pleasure,

And safety.

My body is mine to care for and I am honored to care for it.

I fully respect and accept my body.

My body is worthy of healing.

I celebrate my body.

My body is a good body.

I appreciate my body and all that it is capable of.

Self-love is available to me.

I fully respect and accept my body.

My body thrives when it is cared for.

I love tuning in to my body's unique needs and requests.

I am grateful for my body.

My love,

Respect,

And acceptance for my body grows within me daily.

I fully respect and accept my body.

I have autonomy in and with my body.

My body is a creation of magic and love.

I am grateful for my body.

I surrender to my body's wisdom and recognize it as an opportunity to heal.

I celebrate my body.

I can begin to love my body.

My body is made up of the stars and the earth.

And it is easy to love something so magical.

My love,

Respect,

And acceptance for my body grows within me daily.

I acknowledge my body and all that it has done for me and all that it continues to do for me.

I fully respect and accept my body.

My body is perfect the way it is.

I am connected to my body.

Self-love is available to me.

My body thrives when it is cared for.

I hold an abundance of my own self-love.

I hold an abundance of thanks for my body.

Thank you,

Body.

Thank you,

Body.

Thank you,

Body.

Allow yourself to take a few deep breaths here.

And you may wish to put a hand or both hands on your heart space and give yourself a moment of gratitude for being here today.

This practice is available for you to return to at any time,

Especially as we are rebuilding and repairing our relationships to our bodies.

Take another deep breath and go ahead and welcome yourself back to your space.

And hold these affirming words with you as you go into the rest of your day.
