Greetings,
Everybody.
It's Quazi here.
I hope everyone's having a good time doing the things
that they're doing.
I've been meditating and continuing to collect focus with daily meditation,
And I thought I'd just pop in here and bring a 2024 pre-spring meditation.
I'd like to
invite you to bring in this idea,
This celebration of trusting oneself,
Trusting yourself,
And
trusting the process that you find yourself on.
Similar to the bamboo tree,
Whose roots
continue to grow underneath the ground,
Five years may pass before you ever see the thing
that you've been working on.
It could be more,
It could be less,
But this idea that it's
underneath the surface,
They're growing because you are watering it.
I'm inviting this level
of trust to us as we meditate here.
We're moving freely with this meditation,
Moving
from the heart space in this meditation,
Knowing that time can move forward and allowing it
to be something that envelops us,
Envelops us into more of the now.
Today,
I invite more
of the now.
I invite more awareness of dropping into the now,
Which would mean possibly less
thinking and less planning,
Especially for scenarios that may not need thought nor plans.
Letting the unimaginable go if it's headed in a direction that does not serve us.
I'm
holding space for the impossible becoming possible if it's headed in a direction that
best serves us.
I'm inviting us today to be able to pick and choose,
Pick and choose the
battles that we engage with,
Knowing that to lose a battle we did not need to engage
with is really a win for the time and for the energy that we save.
Learning to let go,
Learning to make space be a priority,
As much a priority as maximizing opportunity.
I'm inviting us to be the rest in between the notes that create the beautiful melodies
that we all continue to enjoy as we're here on earth.
The music of life from birds chirping
to the laughter between two friends,
To the overall dialogue,
The universal dialogue that
comes from all objects,
Inanimate and adamant,
Living and no longer living,
The continuous
ringing echo of this universe.
Today I'm inviting us to believe that things that we
imagined are moving towards us and that we continue to be mindful of what it is that
we are imagining in the first place.
Here in this moment you remind yourself that it
costs you nothing but a small moment of time to simply be.
Allow it to be.
Experiencing
what is.
With eyelids relaxed and the space between the forehead,
Third eye centered,
Engaged,
Maybe imagine you're being pulled in towards your reality.
Pulled into this
now moment,
Aware of it more than ever.
Take a deep breath in from the crown of your head,
A breath out from the sole of the feet.
I'll leave you with a quote and this is for your
inner critic.
Sticks and stones may break my bones but words can never hurt me.
Thank you
for tuning in today,
For being here today.
Hopefully something we did has an impact on
today.
Much love to all of you always.
Namaste.
