Welcome to Purely Being.

I invite you to take these next 8 beautiful minutes here with me to pause,

Soften into stillness and reconnect with you so that you can move into your day,

Your next moments with ease,

Flow and intention.

Close down your eyes.

Be still.

Feel the presence of your body.

Feel the natural quiet and simple beingness of your body.

Always here.

Always being.

Not judging or resisting anything.

Completely and innocently allowing life to be.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feel your belly expanding outwards.

And exhale with an open mouth sigh.

Again in through the nose and exhale with an open mouth sigh.

Softening.

Inviting any areas of your body that are ready to relax,

To relax.

Perhaps your palms,

Your shoulders,

All the little muscles around your eyes,

Your jaw.

Seeing if you can relax even one layer deeper.

Finding more quiet,

More inner stillness within.

Let your thoughts dissipate as you become empty of all ideas,

Even for just a moment.

Completely still,

Silent,

Spacious and serene.

Purely being.

Now place both hands over your heart,

Feeling your heartbeat.

Connecting into your heart,

Your own unique energy field.

Just breathe and be here with you.

You are an amazing human being.

And this life is here to love,

Support and delight you.

If it resonates,

Open your arms wide and speak either silently in your own mind or out loud.

I am open to experiencing the miracles and blessings of the universe today.

I am available for greatness.

I am available for happiness.

I am open and willing to have an amazing,

Good feeling day.

Great job.

Take a big inhale as you reach your arms up to the sky,

Bringing your palms to touch.

And exhale with a sigh.

Lower your hands down through heart center,

Gently tucking your chin into your chest.

Feeling gratitude for yourself.

You've chosen to prioritize your well-being,

Your alignment,

Creating more inner space and receptivity to shine,

Thrive and receive all the goodness this life wants to give you.

I'm so proud of you.

May you go forth into this day,

Following what feels good,

Taking little moments to appreciate and feel gratitude.
