Hello beautiful and welcome to purely being guided meditations.
Today we are using Neville Goddard's potent revision technique to go back into your day,
Back into your life and rewrite any experiences you wish had gone differently into something more ideal and desired.
When you revise the past and visualize something more positive,
You're more likely to think,
Act and experience your more desired way the next moment and the next day too.
Because you're showing yourself a new possibility,
Teaching yourself a new way of seeing yourself,
A new way of being.
Essentially animating this new possibility into existence.
Take some time to get settled.
Get nice and comfortable.
It might feel good to relax your shoulders away from your ears.
Soften and melt through your forehead.
Relax your jaw,
Your lips,
Teeth.
Get spacious in your heart.
Soften through your belly.
Feel heavy through your hips and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Maybe the biggest breath you've taken all day and release it slowly.
Do this a few more times at your own pace,
Relaxing deeper and deeper as you do,
Becoming more and more centered,
More and more still within with every intentional breath you take.
Now I want you to take a moment to reflect back on your day.
What moments are sticking out to you that you'd like to revise into a more positive experience?
Anything that was lingering or just felt a little off,
A little sticky,
Uncomfortable?
Choose just one for now and see yourself going back in time and reliving it in a way that would feel really good and satisfying to you.
There's no need to overcomplicate this.
Make it nice and simple and easy for yourself.
Be playful about it and if you're not feeling particularly imaginative today or if you're having trouble coming up with a new scene,
Just think what would be the opposite of this and see that unfolding.
For example,
If you lost your temper you could go back and revise to see yourself being kind and compassionate instead,
Feeling spacious internally,
Seeing the other person responding really warmly and positively to you,
Leading to a moment of beauty,
Connection,
Happiness and ease for everyone involved.
Rewrite the script and revise the mental picture and the flow of it until it feels just right.
Ideally bringing it to a place of either neutrality or warmth,
Satisfaction and positive feelings.
Imagine it playing out from start to finish in your desired way.
Show yourself how good and lovely it can be.
Make it feel so good to you,
You might see yourself smiling,
Feeling good,
Feeling proud of yourself,
Grateful,
Happy about life and really allow yourself to experience that warmth and satisfaction now.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and release it slowly with an open mouth sigh.
This is a great process to do before bed but it can be done at any time.
You can go back into your day,
Your week or even your life in general.
Any moments that still kind of stick with you,
You wish had gone differently,
Are beautiful opportunities for revision.
Every time you do so,
You're liberating your energy,
Making it more accessible and easier for you to exist and experience life in new,
Better feeling ways.
Once you feel complete with the process,
Say thank you and release it all back to life for perfect love,
Creation and resolution with a smile.
Completely letting the experience go and allowing the future to be brighter,
More open,
More liberated because of it.
You did so well.
Take a deep breath in,
Holding it at the top and release it slowly,
Releasing any and all tension,
Letting it drip and drop away,
Softening through all the corners and edges of your being.
Finding ease and spaciousness in your body,
Bringing the sensation of a smile to your face and your heart.
Relaxing completely.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes and return to the present moment.
Allow these new feelings of lightness,
Possibility and ease to flow with you into your day or to your restful deep sleep.
And remember,
You have the power to revise any moment in your life.
Every time you do so,
You're changing your relationship with yourself and with life.
And you'll see those changes reflected in your outer world too.
Thank you for joining me here today in our guided meditation.
From my happy heart to yours,
Namaste.
