Inhale deeply,
Exhale fully.
Now is the perfect time to relax.
Welcome to this week's guided meditation for connecting to your center.
Your center is the place of core stability,
Clarity,
Safety,
And sureness within you.
It's your direct line and connection to your divinity and the sourcing place of your being.
When you live from your center you live in connection with the heart of life.
From this place life unfolds naturally and with great ease.
Answers are simply given,
Movements flow from a place of grace,
And there's a sense of unconditional stability that will see you through any challenge or uncertainty that you may go through.
By finding your center,
You're finding yourself,
And from here all things are possible.
In preparation take a moment to get set up if you haven't already.
Just finding a comfortable seated position,
Adding any additional pillows or supports as you need them under your hips,
Legs,
Lower back,
So you can sit comfortably with a long spine and relaxed shoulders.
Close your eyes,
And as you do this allow your inner vision to come online,
Beginning to sense,
Feel,
And perceive yourself from the inside out.
We'll begin by using the breath to deepen in presence awareness.
Breathing in,
And breathing out.
Easy in,
Easy out.
Real,
Yet effortless.
Receive,
Release.
Breathing more and more deeply into your inner body awareness,
Your inner vision.
And from this place of calm,
Begin to sense your center.
It may be a specific location or point within your body,
Perhaps somewhere in your belly,
Solar plexus,
Or even your heart.
It may show up as more of an energy or feeling,
One of being centered,
Relaxed,
Grounded and whole,
Fully connected to who you are.
What does being centered feel like to you?
Where do you feel that in your body?
Connect to that place inside that feels stable,
Clear,
Connected and whole.
And as you do,
Simply notice it without holding or gripping.
Just be present to it.
Breathe in,
Exhale out.
Continue to feel your center,
Becoming vividly aware of it.
Then allow yourself to rest here,
To rest in your center.
Imagine yourself curling up in this stable,
Sovereign,
Safe place and simply relaxing.
Breathing deeper and deeper into your center,
Feeling more and more grounded,
More rooted and more deeply connected to who you are.
Now without straining or tightening any muscles in your face or body,
Simply document the feeling of what it's like to be stable,
Centered and calm.
Just noticing what it feels like to be in your center.
Taking an energetic snapshot of this feeling.
You might even touch your thumb to an inner knuckle crease on one of your fingers,
Creating a physical anchor to this energetic pathway and one that you can readily activate by repeating the gesture at any time you desire to feel more centered.
Inhale deeply into your center,
Exhale fully with a big sigh.
Release the gesture,
Release all conscious effort,
All conscious thought.
Just be here now.
Know that your warm,
Loving,
Stable center is always available to you.
It's the essence of who you are and you can live from it all day long if you like by actively and continuously choosing to connect to and rest within it.
You're welcome to pause this meditation here and simply soak in the feeling of being centered a little while longer.
When you feel ready,
You can gently open up your eyes,
Taking as much time as you need to arrive in your space.
Thank you for joining me here today.
With all my love,
Namaste.
