Hello and welcome to this week's purely being meditation.
Begin by finding somewhere quiet and comfortable to sit,
Somewhere that you can completely let go and relax.
Either sitting cross-legged or with your feet planted firmly on the floor.
Then gently resting in your lap,
Closing down your eyes.
Inhale deeply and as you do allow your spine to lengthen up towards the sky.
Now exhale,
Relax your shoulder blades down your back.
Inhale creating space,
Openness.
Exhale releasing all tension.
Allow yourself to completely melt into yourself.
Let's do that together.
Inhale creating space and exhale melt.
Inhale open up and exhale let go.
As you continue to breathe,
Become wider and more spacious in your awareness.
Beginning to tune in to the sea of sensations in the body and mind.
Bring yourself up to your complete experience of now.
Judging nothing,
Seeing everything in perfect clarity and letting it all be okay as it is.
Staying open and awake to the whole of you in this exact moment.
Seeing your full self as one complete picture.
Building a spacious awareness for every sensation and feeling that arises within you in this moment.
As you see and hold the fullness of you in your awareness,
Speak a soft acknowledging the presence,
Feelings,
Movements,
And sensations.
Any areas of intensity or density within you,
You can speak your hello directly to them.
Softly acknowledging these areas with love.
Stay tuned to the fullness of you when something new arises.
A new thought,
Judgment,
Sensation.
Speak a soft hello.
Create an openness of your spacious and non-judgmental awareness.
Continue to stay present to all this.
Every time there's a shift,
Every time you become aware of something within the field of being,
Engage with a hello.
Keep breathing,
Staying open and expansive to the judgmental state.
In that soft hello,
Any time a thought washes by,
Your sensation expands.
Notice how this soft acknowledgement of your honest inner experience and soothes you.
Each sensation and experience opens up and softens through your simple act of love and presence towards it.
Continue this practice of awareness and acknowledgement as long as it feels good to you.
Keeping your breath big and wide,
Giving yourself the time to receive yourself fully.
This simple act of tuning into your honest felt experience and acknowledgement through a simple hi is always available to you.
It only takes a few heartbeats and a few breaths of stillness with a willingness to see and acknowledge your complete experience without judgment.
To see it,
Acknowledge it,
This kind of honest presence with yourself is an act of deep self-love and it's a great way to create more ease,
Spaciousness,
And harmony in your body,
Mind,
And ultimately your life.
Big in,
Pausing at the top,
And easy out,
Relaxing completely,
Softly opening up your eyes.
Move into your day with presence,
Tuning into your inner experience periodically,
Saying hello,
Acknowledging it,
And holding space for it to be as you continue to do this regularly.
Thank you so much for joining me here.
To yours,
Namaste.
