In this exercise, you’ll be anchoring a new belief into your subconscious mind by relaxing the conscious mind and creating a closed-loop system with your body. As you continue to repeat your new belief as an affirmation, dropping deeper and deeper into a relaxed state, the door to your subconscious mind will open. As this happens you’ll feel a felt shift in your body. When the shift has happened, the new belief has made contact with the subconscious mind and is being integrated.

Make sure you're safe to relax.

Hello and welcome to this closed loop subconscious reprogramming meditation.

Find a quiet place where you can relax comfortably without being disturbed.

This meditation can be done either sitting down or laying down,

So go with whatever feels best to you right now.

Wherever you are,

Close down your eyes and begin to deepen your breath in and out.

Slow it down to a rhythm that feels nourishing and expansive to you,

While still being comfortable in your body.

With every breath,

Invite your awareness inwards,

Drawing all your forces,

All your thoughts,

Energy,

Presence and attention onto your inner felt experience of the body.

Become completely embodied.

Feel your presence.

Simply arrive in your is-ness and root down into your living experience of now.

In this exercise,

You'll be anchoring a new belief into your subconscious mind.

You'll be doing this by relaxing your conscious mind and creating a closed loop system.

This closed loop will ensure all your energy is circulating within you and the relaxation of the conscious mind will shift your brainwave patterns from the beta to the alpha and perhaps even the theta state,

Allowing the subconscious mind to easily absorb your new empowering belief.

As you repeat your new belief as an affirmation,

Dropping deeper and deeper into the relaxed state,

The door to your subconscious mind will open and as this happens,

You'll feel a felt shift in your body.

This felt shift may feel like a spontaneous softening or a sudden deep sense of peace.

Perhaps you'll feel an openness or an increased spaciousness in your body and mind.

The shift may come in 20 seconds or 20 minutes.

It doesn't matter how long it takes,

Just be sure that you'll know it when you feel it.

When the shift happens,

The new belief has made contact with your subconscious mind and has been integrated.

There's no need to continue repeating your affirmation once this has taken place.

The instructions have been given and your subconscious will take care of the rest.

You can go about your day from a place of ease and confidence,

Knowing the results of this belief will become more and more evident in your life with every passing day.

Take a nice deep breath in and exhale with a sigh.

Relax.

To begin,

Softly think of something your heart authentically and genuinely desires right now and then create a personalized affirmation around it.

It doesn't have to sound perfect or encapsulate everything you desire.

The key here is to find something that feels tangibly satisfying in your body.

It might be something like,

I feel happy and free in my body.

Or I am the love that I seek.

I'm going to give you about a minute or so here to settle on something that feels really good to you on a mental,

Emotional and physical level.

Know that you can do this exercise many times with many different beliefs.

So don't feel any pressure to get it perfect or fit it all in here.

Just let it be something that feels good and feels true to you in your now.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Once you've found the right affirmation,

Come to a cross-legged position.

You can do so either laying down or sitting down.

Just cross your legs in a way that feels intuitively best to you.

The cross-legged position is an important part of creating the closed loop with your body.

So if you need to,

Place pillows under your knees to support them,

Making sure that you can sit or lay down comfortably in this position for the next 10 minutes or so.

Now extend your arms out in front of you,

Crossing one wrist over the other,

Turning the palms to face each other and clasping the hands together fully.

Now you can lower your arms in this clasped position to your lap or to your belly and let them rest comfortably.

Now open your eyes and while maintaining a long and straight spine,

Turn your gaze softly downwards towards your hands and chest.

You are now in the closed loop posture.

From here relax your body,

Relax your mind.

Keep your breath big and slow.

Now begin to slowly repeat your affirmation,

Either silently or aloud,

Really feeling each word in your body as you do,

Integrating this affirmation at a physical level.

Simply continue to repeat your affirmation lovingly and mindfully until you feel a felt,

Fully shift.

It might happen almost instantly or take the full 10 minutes offered here.

When the shift happens you can release the affirmation and just rest in a state of relaxed stillness until the time is up.

And if you still haven't felt a shift after 10 minutes or so,

Don't worry,

That's more than okay.

You can either pause the meditation and spend more time with it or simply release it and come back to it another time.

The very act of focusing positively upon something that feels good to you will have a wonderful influence on both your physical health and your overall vibration,

So know that you'll be benefiting no matter what.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale fully.

You'll hear a soft chime when the 10 minutes have passed.

Breath fully into your belly exhale with a big sigh ahhh two more times just like that ahhh hmmmmmmmmm place your palms together at the center of your chest bow your head down towards your heart and just honor yourself with a moment of stillness silently thank yourself for taking the time to integrate a new and positive belief in your body your mind and your life you did so well today and together we say namaste namaste namaste namaste namaste namaste namaste namaste

This is a wonderful practice. One should repeat it. I would suggest to listen to the beginning and note the instruction on developing an affirmation/ belief ahead of time, so that you can have it more prepared. This will have it more developed and ready and leave more time for it being integrated in this meditation as opposed to developing it and refining it and remembering it during the practice. This Leaves more time to get into the state needed. Great meditation though
