Hello and welcome to Purely Being Guided Meditations.
In our meditation today we are consciously releasing all stress,
All tension,
And taking a mini vacation from ourselves,
Our minds,
Our lives,
Just because it feels good.
Close your eyes,
Relax your shoulders down your back,
Get settled.
Take a deep inhale into your lower belly,
Filling up through your torso,
Opening up through your chest,
And release it completely with an audible sigh,
Letting all tension drip,
Drop,
And wash away easily as you do.
Again,
Breathing in fresh life,
Awakening your body,
Pausing at the top,
And releasing it all completely,
Softening through the edges and corners of your body.
Last time,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep belly breath in,
Breathing into every space and cell of your body,
And release it all,
Surrendering completely,
Finding a sense of ease within,
Relaxing in the silence as you breathe naturally.
For the next 30 seconds,
I invite you to release all your burdens and worries,
Giving yourself a vacation from yourself and your life mentally.
Let it all go completely,
Give it all away,
And let yourself be wide open,
Spacious,
And free.
Let yourself experience a true mental vacation,
Just letting it all go for a bit,
Resting here in what's left.
Great job.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
And let it go,
Relaxing.
Take a moment to check in,
And notice how you feel.
This is the power of rest,
Of space,
Of breath.
It feels good because it is good.
You're allowed to claim it for yourself here and now.
You don't need to wait for a vacation.
It's safe to let it all go.
Together,
Let's take one final deep breath in,
Maybe raising your arms up to the sky,
Bringing your palms to touch,
And exhale with a sigh,
Drawing your hands down to heart center,
Prayer position.
Maybe tucking your chin slightly,
Offering yourself a silent prayer of thanks for showing up here.
