Just as you can carry your worries, burdens, and insecurities into your vacation - you can choose and bring your peace and relaxation into any point in your now, no matter what you’re doing. In this meditation, we’re consciously releasing all stress and tension for a few moments and taking a mini-vacation from our minds.
