Welcome.

This is Pirah Singh,

And I'll guide you today in the pleasure of presence.

Wherever you are,

Wherever you are doing now,

This meditation is pleasure of presence.

Whether it's outside,

In the nature,

Or inside,

Just choose a spot first.

Wherever your heart,

Your body,

Most of all Mother Earth is leading you to sit,

To lie down,

To stand however you feel comfortable,

And your body is inviting you to do this pleasure of presence.

And observe what beings there are around you.

The plants,

Maybe the trees,

Or maybe there are other kind of animals or beings around you.

When it's inside your house,

Maybe there's a plant,

There's some food,

Even a chair,

So many things are made also in the house from the nature itself.

And maybe if you want during this meditation move,

Change the place,

This is really to open the space to really listen and follow at what your body is inviting you to,

Your heart,

Mother Earth.

So it's okay if you don't follow the invitations here,

When I guide you through the senses of connecting with the nature around you,

Around yourself,

And in the present moment of others here,

Right now showing itself to us.

So when you feel ready,

You can close your eyes,

And we start to breathe.

Really focus for a moment on the breathing,

And do some deep breaths,

In and out,

In,

In,

Nose and out,

Through the nose and mouth,

Whatever feels comfortable.

And notice how it is to feel that oxygen,

The air going through your body,

Through your nose,

And out of your nose,

Or out of your mouth,

Flowing into the body.

How is it to notice that oxygen touching the nose,

The inside of the body?

Notice,

And through the breathing,

How it is to have your body right now.

Body that's unique to your own body,

Unique to you,

Unique to your own body,

Your own forms,

Your own textures.

It's your body.

How does it feel?

How do you notice to have your body right now,

To be in your body?

And that your body is touching,

With your parts of the body that are touching the ground.

How is it to touch that ground?

How is the surface?

Maybe you're sitting inside,

Maybe you're outside.

How is it to feel the body,

The part of the body that's touching the ground?

Now,

With the two-dimension,

That that body,

Your body,

The touch of a body,

You're not only receiving the touch of the ground,

But the touch of the ground is also receiving the touch of your body.

With breathing,

That oxygen through the body,

In through the nose and out through the mouth and nose,

And from that oxygen that's traveling in the body,

I'm going to travel to the first sense,

Touch.

And we notice the support from the ground.

How is it to really lean into that ground?

And really know that it can hold your touch,

And hold your support,

To let it support you.

The ground under your body,

Part of the body that's touching the ground.

Maybe to,

When you're sitting,

Your feet,

Your legs,

When you're lying down,

Also your back,

When you're just standing,

Your feet.

And how is it to feel the touch of the air?

Maybe there's wind if you're outside at this moment.

Maybe it's rain,

A bit of rain outside.

How is it to feel a touch on your skin?

On the parts that are with clothes,

On the parts that are maybe exposed to skin directly,

To the air.

How is it to feel that touch of the air against the skin?

Maybe if you're invited to explore a being,

A touch,

A plant,

A tree.

Where I'm sitting right now is a grass.

Yes,

Maybe there's an animal also.

Maybe even your own body.

If you're invited to explore the texture of that being.

How is it to feel,

You can keep your eyes open,

Closed.

Maybe you want to open them.

I'd advise you to see if you can just keep your eyes closed.

Now exploring the touch,

The texture.

Whatever this you are called to,

Maybe it's also inside the house,

There's a house plant,

A mother,

Some food.

Whatever it is,

Have a being,

Even maybe yourself.

Just take a bit of a moment to explore the texture.

How does it feel against your skin?

Maybe there are also other forms of water.

Perhaps that you're noticing.

Touching this being,

Or multiple beings.

Just follow the meditation of yourself,

Of Mother Earth.

Exploring these textures around you.

Things you're noticing,

Things you're touching.

And maybe it's not just with your hands,

Maybe it's also with other parts of the body.

With your whole body,

Or with one part of your body.

Maybe you also even want to explore,

And move or dance even with it.

Play with it,

However the invitation feels most comfortable for you right now.

Allow it to follow what feels most comfortable.

To explore the air,

The touch of the air.

Also maybe against your tongue.

From there,

You're ready to travel to the next sense,

And go to the sense of the taste.

The taste of the air,

Against your tongue.

If you're playful,

If you want to explore the invitation,

You can stick your tongue out and taste the air.

How does the air taste for you?

Maybe there's other tastes you are exploring now,

Or noticing inside your mouth.

Maybe something you ate today,

Or other tastes.

Maybe there's some ground.

In that invitation,

You can grab some ground.

If you're outside,

Or houseplants,

Grounds,

The earth.

And taste the earth.

Just a little bit,

Maybe.

With your tongue against the earth.

If you feel comfortable with that invitation at this moment.

And how is the taste of that earth?

How's the taste?

Maybe in front of your own skin,

Your own hair.

Maybe you explore a taste,

Another way,

Or with other parts of your body.

From the taste,

We travel to the sounds.

What are the sounds around you that you hear?

Maybe you sit at the side,

Maybe there's wind.

You notice the sound of the wind.

What are sounds far away,

Close by,

That you notice at that moment?

And again,

If you feel you want to move your body,

Change position at any time,

With this guiding,

The flesh of presence.

It's really a space to follow,

That invitation of your heart and body,

Of Mother Earth.

And it's leading us to connect here with Mother Earth,

With ourselves.

Maybe there's a sound that is more present for you right now.

Maybe if you want to move there,

Or just turn your head or body to there.

Maybe there's even some sounds within yourself,

That start to come up,

Mixing with the sounds of the forest,

The music of the forest.

Maybe you even notice the sound of your own breath.

If you feel comfortable,

You can see that you can even let that sound that you've noticed,

Or is rising up within you,

Sing it with the music of the forest,

Just above your breath,

Or even out loud,

Or just in silence within yourself,

Whatever feels most comfortable for you.

And from the sound,

We slowly drift to the last sense,

Which is the smell.

What are the smells you're noticing,

Right now,

Right here around you?

Maybe you want to smell the grass,

If you are safe,

There's grass around you,

Or maybe the earth,

Or others being around you,

Plants maybe,

Or a tree,

Or an animal.

How is it to feel that smell?

Notice that smell within the body,

Passing through your nose.

Maybe you want to smell your own skin.

Whenever you're ready,

You can slowly open your eyes.

Before you open your eyes,

I invite you,

When you open them,

To look around you,

Gaze to certain places,

If that's the invitation you feel,

And see it like you see it for the first time,

Like it's the first day on earth here for you,

When you were born as a baby,

And everything is new when you open your eyes.

So whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

Maybe you want to look around,

Different places,

Different parts of the nature around you,

And maybe there's one specific direction your eyes are drawn to gaze at.

And just notice,

Notice that maybe you see,

Notice things of the nature that you didn't notice before.

And just take the time then,

For yourself,

To witness what are you noticing.

Stepping into this nature,

Like you're stepping in it for the first time.

And if you want to express yourself,

If you want to move,

Dance,

Or be in silence,

Or whatever way you want to express yourself,

Allow yourself to express.

And you want to scream if that feels comfortable,

Whatever way you want to express,

Give that space to yourself.

Have a wonderful day.

You're a magical being,

Always,

No matter what,

With your own unique life tapestry,

And life.

A magical being sharing this earth,

All these other magical beings,

All part of this earth.

Have a wonderful day.

Namaste.

I loved the invitation to slow down, notice the details around me in my garden, and that brought me to a world of awareness of nature and myself ❤️
