I found the teacher’s voice gentle and compassionate. And the background music pleasant. I appreciated the body scan. Yes indeed grief is one emotion. Fear, isolation and anxiety and anger are here too. But also moments of gratitude. Thank you for offering this. Note: I live in Stratford Ontario. We have meditated together through this wonderful Insight Timer. Thank you for the feeling of connectedness.
