Good evening.

If you're listening to this meditation,

I imagine that you are at the end of your day.

While this meditation is designed as a closing supportive ritual to end your day.

You have the freedom to access it anytime you desire or need.

This meditation started off as a journal entry in which I found myself searching for balance and in need of inner peace.

After experiencing an emotional couple of weeks,

I realized that my imbalance was also impacting my sleep.

I needed space to just flush out all of the noise happening inside of my head and create a place of grounding.

My hope is that you are able to also flush out whatever it is you need.

I would even encourage you to listen to this meditation once.

Take a moment to flush out in writing what came up for you.

Then listen to this meditation a second time and see what new positive experiences within yourself you're able to connect to.

So let's start by getting into a comfortable position.

This could be lying down.

This could be sitting up.

Whatever position is comfortable and calming for you.

I want you to place one hand on your belly and the other hand on your heart.

Take this moment of silence.

To just connect to your body.

Our mind is connected to our physical experience.

It is brain body connection.

You are in control of the things you experience physically through the control of your mindset.

Repeat after me.

In this moment.

I am in control.

In this moment.

Now I want to work on breathing.

Take a deep breath in.

And hold for four.

Three.

Two.

One.

Now release exhale.

Let's take another deep breath.

And this time when you exhale,

Exhale out loud.

What it should sound like is something similar to this.

So let's do this together.

Two more times for centering.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold for 4321.

Exhale loud.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold for 4321.

Exhale loud.

Now take a few moments.

Be quiet moments to breathe normally out of rhythm that works for your body.

Continuing to hold one hand on your belly,

And the other on your heart.

Now that we've taken time to center and ground ourselves.

Release your hands and allow them to fall naturally to the side of your body.

Through this meditation you may choose to listen in silence.

Or you may choose to repeat after me.

Let's get started.

Tonight,

I seek balance.

I relinquish the stress attached to my body.

I dive into a place that nurtures me.

I surrender to the emotions that overcome me.

I acknowledge the emotions.

My acknowledgement validates that my pain is real.

It is okay to experience pain.

I allow myself to accept all parts of self.

I seek balance.

I seek peace.

I embrace my whole self.

I am love.

I am light.

I relinquish the stress attached to my body.

I dive into the place that nurtures me.

I return renewed.

I am reborn.

I am full of gratitude.

I accept positive energy.

I am free.

I am free.

Tonight,

I am free.

I seek refuge.

I seek rest.

I seek me.

I am connected to myself.

I give myself what I need.

I am a provider of love.

I am the energy of the sun.

I glow like the moon.

Tonight,

I seek balance.

I relinquish the stress in my body.

I relinquish.

I relinquish.

I surrender.

I let go.

I surrender.

I let go.

I am free.

I am free.

I am new.

I am uncaged.

I am safe here.

I guard the sacred place within me.

No one has permission to disrupt this place that nurtures me.

I return renewed.

I return renewed.

I am renamed.

May love and light fill up your heart in this space of renewal.

And remember you can come back to this meditation and these affirmations at any time.

I ask that you guard the sacred place within you.

I am free.

I am free.

I am free.

I am free.
