The way that we decide to arrive into our morning can set the tone for our entire day. Enjoy this brief grounding meditation that will allow you to arrive into your moment with a felt sense of calm, peace, and serenity. When we arrive into our day by first making space for ourselves, we can be more present with others. Enjoy this first thing in the morning, or choose to return back to it throughout the day as much as you need.

Making space for pause before arriving into your day allows for grounding and intention setting.

Let's bring awareness to our body and breath.

Arrive into a comfortable position by either sitting upright or continue to lie down.

Let's open our eyes and acknowledge the morning's first light.

A new day.

A new opportunity.

A new try.

Allow yourself to connect to the present moment.

Breathe in gratitude.

Exhale negativity.

Breathe in love.

Exhale hate.

Breathe in joy.

Exhale disappointment.

Breathe in peace.

Exhale chaos.

Take a few additional moments to enjoy this space and time reserved just for you.

Knowing that you may access this space and return here at any time throughout your day.
