Welcome to this quick stress release meditation.

Let's take a few moments to come into this moment and into our bodies.

In a comfortable position with a straight yet relaxed back and close your eyes.

Start by taking a few slow deep breaths to help arrive into this present moment.

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Continue to breathe inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the nose.

Breathing in and breathing out long natural breaths.

Close your face,

Your eyebrows,

Your mouth,

Your tongue and your jaw.

And pay attention to your inhales and your exhales.

Letting go of whatever is not the breath.

Keep your mind on your breath and nothing but the breath.

Notice will you feel the breath the strongest.

Now shift your attention into your body.

Noticing if there are any tightness you may be holding.

Take a deep breath in and out.

If you notice any tension,

See if you can let it soften.

On each out breath,

Let your body relax,

Allowing it to feel heavy like a weight.

As you sit,

Your mind may wonder.

Just allow your thoughts to appear and then disappear.

Release your anxiety by releasing the thoughts that create your anxiety.

Follow your breath all the way in and all the way out.

We can make better choices with a clear and relaxed mind.

Breathing rises and passes just like the breath.

Now wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes and may you bring this relaxed feeling with you throughout the day.

Remember in times of anxiety and stress,

Always come to the breath to release,

To relax and to be in the moment.

Namaste.
