Hello,

And welcome to the Full Life Reboot.

These are short segments to reboot and reconnect you to your beautiful self.

Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes,

Including you.

So let's do this!

Let's unplug for just a few minutes here today.

So often it's a pattern of thought,

Or a deep-seated one at that,

That is blocking what you're wanting.

Wanting to have,

Wanting to feel,

Wanting to let go of,

Wanting to change,

Maybe wanting to accept.

A thought,

For example,

I never have enough time,

Becomes a belief,

And a belief becomes an action.

An action in our busyness without conscious awareness actually becomes our life.

Those actions become our life.

To make right choices in life,

We have to get in touch with our soul,

Or our true self,

Or perhaps you call it your intuition.

And to do this,

We have to unplug from the busyness,

The external stimuli,

And then plug into a place of stillness that can gently tell us,

You can do this.

You've got this.

I am worthy.

I deserve the best.

Spontaneous right answers will come as you allow judgment to move away,

And your intuition,

Well it will high-five you.

So let's unplug for just a few minutes here.

Gently allow thought patterns to soften just a bit and experience a little stillness.

Gently and silently repeat the mantra,

Letting go.

Letting go.

If your mind wanders,

And surely it will,

As soon as you notice,

Just gently let your thoughts go and come back to letting go.

With your eyes softly closed,

Noises around you,

They might happen.

Feelings in your body probably will occur.

Just notice them and gently come back to our mantra,

Letting go.

Letting go.

I promise you're doing it right.

I'll watch the time,

And when you hear my voice,

Just sit gently with your eyes closed for another moment.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Continuing with your eyes closed,

Just allow this stillness to really settle in.

Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for just a few minutes,

Even you.

When it feels comfortable,

Gently open your eyes and high-five yourself for taking this full life reboot.

When you're done,

Have a beautiful day.
