Welcome everyone to today's meditation.
We all go through battles of decision making into our minds.
And in that perspective we all are true heroes in our own minds.
But the warrior is not a worrier.
The journey of awakening is about acknowledging this inner warrior that's in every single one of us.
The biggest obstacle and taking bigger perspective on life is that we let our emotions capture and blind us.
But warrior within offers this friendship with emotions in every encounter.
Most of our energy goes into holding our importance.
But think about it.
If we were capable of losing some of that importance then we can free up so much energy from trying to be something that we think we are.
To using that energy in becoming what we are here to be from the universe's perspective.
The warrior within continually comes up against big challenges.
But does not take refuge into emotions.
Instead this warrior in us learns how to soften and to open.
How to detach and letting go by simply feeling the whole thing in the heart.
Let it touch your heart and you soften and you feel compassion for you and for the whole human kind.
The journey of detachment or starting to let go is first of all realizing that you have come up against your edge.
That everything in you is saying no and then at that point the warrior in you softens.
It expands with more space within.
More space for love.
More space for growth.
It has to do with finding open space.
Not being covered in armor.
Being aware that we ourselves have a lot of fear but we aspire to have our hearts wake up completely.
With that let me invite you to meditate a bit deeper today.
With mantra.
Ah hum.
Ah hum is a vibration of words.
I am.
In Sanskrit.
It's a sound of self.
With capital S.
Repeating ah hum silently.
We naturally attune ourself to the ultimate sound of I.
The sense of self.
Which is the root of pure consciousness.
The I also reflects the original prana.
That arise from the heart.
Please close your eyes.
And sit or lay down comfortably.
Take a few slow deep breaths.
Simply follow and flow.
And flow of your breath by coming into the present moment.
Bring your attention to your heart center.
And allow yourself to become more relaxed and comfortable.
Now you may start repeating mantra silently.
Ah hum.
Ah hum.
Remember.
Repeating the mantra is always effortless.
Whenever you find that your attention is drifting away.
To thoughts in your mind.
Sounds in your environment.
Or even sensations in your body.
Please gently return to your attention to your mantra.
Ah hum.
I will watch the time.
And will tell you when it's time to end your meditation.

Repeating the mantra.
Continue to rest.
Rest in existence.
Rest in awareness.
Rest in being.
You may begin to take a few deeper breaths.
You may want to move gently.
Stretch.
And when you're ready,
Please open your eyes.
When somebody works with hardship in an open-hearted,
Humorous way,
Like a warrior.
When somebody cultivates his or her bravery,
Everyone responds because we know we can do that too.
We know that that person wasn't born perfect,
But was inspired to cultivate warriorship and a gentle heart and clarity.
We first have to do what scares us in order to develop the courage for it.
And the small problem is,
We don't get courage until we face that challenge and go through it.
Courage is what comes afterwards.
This path of warrior is a lot more daring.
You're cultivating a fearless heart.
The heart that doesn't close down in any circumstance.
It is always totally open.
So you could be touched by anything.
Path of warrior isn't easy.
And it is accompanied by a lot of fear,
A lot of resentment,
And a lot of doubt.
That's what it means to be human.
That's what it means to be a warrior.
You always come up against your so-called limits.
And then you soften and expand over those limits in a gentle way.
This fight is not using weapons.
It is using a pure consciousness and creative purpose.
Align with your consciousness.
Know what you want and work towards it.
Recognize yourself,
Your warrior within.
Recognize your strength.
Who we are changes the world.
We must take courage.
Take on our responsibility as creator.
Be the change you desire.
Let's not expect result.
Let's be the result.
