The Erin the the the I those Hello,

I am Priscilla and welcome to our meditation for today.

Just be still.

Please allow to be seated in pure comfort,

However that may be for you.

Now gently close your eyes and become aware of your breath as I guide you through today's meditation.

Our lives can become a little chaotic at times.

Our days,

Our weeks may zoom straight past us without us even remembering some things that we had done or had said to our loved ones or for those who we connect with on a daily basis.

But most of all,

We can go through our days and for some people our whole entire lives without realising how important it is for us to just be still and to connect with ourselves.

I invite you now to take in a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose and allow to gently exhale.

Let's do that again.

Taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose and allow to gently exhale.

Now allow yourself to just be still and I want you to pay attention to this question.

What am I grateful for in this present moment?

What am I grateful for in this present moment?

I will allow you to just be with this question for a moment and just see what answer may arise for you.

What am I grateful for in this present moment?

Now take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose and allow to gently exhale.

Let's do that again,

Taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose and allow to gently exhale.

I would like you now to pay attention to your breath.

Continue to breathe in through your nose and effortlessly exhale.

Let's continue to do this on your own.

Thoughts may arise.

That's okay.

Just allow to drift back to your breath.

Body sensations may appear.

That's okay.

Again,

Just gently drift back to your breath.

I will now allow you to sit with this affirmation.

Just be still and know that I am.

Just be still and know that I am.

Let's say this out loud together.

Just be still and know that I am.

Now I will allow you to sit with this for a moment,

Saying it silently in your mind.

Now,

Taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose and allow to gently exhale.

Let's do that again.

Taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose and allow to gently exhale.

Now taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose and allow to gently exhale.

Let's do that again.

Taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose and gently exhale.

When we can allow ourselves to just be still,

We turn off the sound from our chaotic world around us and we listen to what's going on inside of us.

To have a deeper connection with ourselves means we will gain a better understanding as to why we experience things the way we do.

Let us take a moment now to just be still,

Hearing the silence.

We will use a mantra.

This will be,

I am worthy.

I am worthy.

I am worthy.

You may drift away to thoughts.

That's okay.

Just come back to the mantra.

And if it becomes muddled up,

Just continue to pay attention to your breath.

Let us now begin to just be still.

Let us take a moment now to just be still.

Let us take a moment now to just be still.

Let us take a moment now to just be still.

Let us take a moment now to just be still.

Let us take a moment now to just be still.

Let us take a moment now to just be still.

Let us take a moment now to just be still.

Let us take a moment now to just be still.

Let us take a moment now to just be still.

Let us take a moment now to just be still.

I am worthy.

I am worthy.

I am worthy.

Continue to keep your eyes closed.

Now let's take in a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose.

And gently exhale.

Let's do that again,

Taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose.

And gently exhale.

We will now seal our meditation with our vibrational word,

OM.

This is our universal vibration.

So let's take in a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in together.

Aa-oh.

When you are ready,

You may gently open your eyes.

Allow your physical body to come back.

Wiggle your toes.

Wiggle your fingers.

Take a look around into the eyes of the people around you and see the beauty within everyone.

Look around at this magnificent world around you.

And remember,

When you awaken each morning and you open your eyes,

Become aware of your breath and start your day with gratitude,

Knowing that your existence in this creation is a miracle,

Knowing that you are a miracle and you are worthy to just be still when needed.

Place your palms together close to your heart and bow Namaste.

I bow to the divine light in you that is also in me and together we are one.

Namaste.

What a beautiful mediation. Such a grounded and soothing voice that created a powerful space for going within and just being. Just the right amount of silence for space without being guided the entire time. I loved it! I look forward to more! Thank you!!!
