With her signature humor and ability to put words to vague perceptions and feelings, together with her healing touch, Premasudha's work is life changing. She has a truly great knack of assisting people out of the emotional prison of their ego/intellect into true freedom. This means that sometimes even serious diseases disappear too, as part of the emotional shift into a new more love-based understanding.

I've talked about before about how maybe Westerners we might tend to feel bad about ourselves rather than just becoming humble like a child,

Like just open to learn,

To realize that we we don't have it all sewn up and that it's okay not to have it all sewn up.

So I want to talk about give context for why we Westerners are the way we are.

If you think of you know an Aboriginal baby I don't know ancient Hawaii or maybe now currently in the Amazon or some very warm place where a civilization has not touched and you got a baby from there and a baby from any Western country and you put them together and maybe as the scientists to determine who which baby felt more loved,

More bonded to the universe if the scientists could even see past their own conditioning which is to be able to determine this.

So but assuming they could and that it could be measured you know considering I think it's probably the you know the Aboriginal Amazon ancient Hawaiian baby that would feel more loved.

And I've talked before about how the West we've have our philosophy we have this mind-body split.

You know Descartes said I think therefore I am.

You know somebody else somebody in a group I was giving said you know I am therefore I think and that's that's more that's what I think actually but anyway because we're soul so.

But also our religious trainings often split God and the physical as if God's somewhere important not here in the physical with us so when we go to pray we might not really feel that God's there.

So what we're banging up against is this alienation and my point is if you can just forgive yourself for maybe having trouble feeling that there's a God or feeling it's a compassionate universe because if you see what we're doing you might cut yourself some slack but you know no matter what's happened to us we're still responsible to allow a healing ideally or you know we can come back and try again another time but maybe we can allow healing this life.

One exercise that you could do if you're interested is imagine the baby you were and pick the baby up and bring him or her to your chest and you can play around with letting your heart expand maybe the warmth of your heart cuddling the baby you can imagine the the love in your heart going beyond your skin to include the baby you know it's just a thought and then notice in your body how you feel when you do this whether it feels like whether there's a disconnect or not or whether it just feels you just immediately feel really bonded to the baby and if there's a disconnect don't worry about it you can just ask the universe for help to heal it
