Here's a tip that will make becoming your real self easier.

You know,

Lots of times we're very aware of what's in us and we judge it as bad or good.

Sometimes we might even feel like we're like miserable sinners.

In fact,

I think this is actually what stops most people from waking up is their deeply felt sense of being kind of like a miserable sinner,

Like not doing it right and worse,

Being some kind of sinner.

And this is very sad because it is your ego that is saying this.

Your soul never would say that at all.

In fact,

Your soul would say if you're feeling like a miserable sinner,

You're stuck in your ego and no doubt your soul would be inviting you to feel into the truth of yourself,

Which is you're an eternal being.

You know,

I read recently that there's some Jewish scholar,

A famous Jewish scholar,

And I can't remember,

I can't remember his name because I tend to be a little broad brush,

But I can't remember the detail.

But what I remember is after 15 years of study,

He's concluded that human beings are basically good and the universe is basically good.

Now I thought this was really good news because you see,

If you start from there,

That you're basically good and life is basically good,

Then you can evolve.

That is right out of what I feel most people walk around in is feeling like a bad or bad or a miserable sinner.

So the fact that this Jewish scholar has said this,

I took it as like a good omen that maybe some of this religiosity was leaving our consciousness and we're making room for like a breath of fresh air or the door open,

Opening the windows and the door,

You know.

Let the new air come in that we're basically good.

Yeah.

Yeah,

I mean,

That's my life experience that we're eternal beings and,

You know,

Like personally I had to clear the darkness coming from my early upbringing and in the East they would say from other lives.

Well,

Clearing darkness and just misunderstandings.

But the thing that clears this stuff is the soul.

It's our eternal nature that is able to forgive ourselves and others.

I mean,

Our humanity,

We can't really do that.

That comes from our soul.

So the key is just,

You know,

Open the door to your soul.

Like you're basically good and life is basically good,

You know.

So if you're feeling bad,

There's something wrong.

That is,

You know,

Feeling sad or depressed and everything.

It's not for us to stay there,

It's for us to realize that the soul is showing us in a way that we can understand that we're out of alignment.

You know,

That we're not following the path,

That we're off some way.

You know,

The soul can't really sort of sit us down and tell us like a parent,

Like,

You know,

You need to wake up.

So all our soul can do is like give us this experience of distress.

So you know,

I had enormous distress at the beginning of my journey to get me onto the journey,

To get me to actually tap into my eternal nature.

And you know,

It goes beyond,

You know,

Religions are really important and they teach values.

You know,

They really do.

It's good.

But where it's not useful is if it stops us from tapping into our true nature and following our life,

In our life task,

Following what we're here to do,

Then you know,

Religious rules can really get in the way there.

So it's,

You know,

You got to be careful because,

You know,

If you're listening to your heart and you're following it,

You need to really check and make sure that it's,

That you're really getting a deep,

Deep signal that it's the true thing to do.

It's the best thing to do.

It's the highest good.

And then experiment,

Take some steps,

See how it goes.

If you get good results,

Keep going.

And if you,

You know,

The opposite is true.

If you take some steps and you go,

Oh no,

I'm really going really off,

Then step back and you know,

Think on it again.

Just go buy empirical evidence.

But I'll tell you,

When you move into your soul,

You'll feel lighter,

Happier,

Clearer,

And you'll just become a better person.

You know,

Your heart will open,

You'll become less judgmental,

You know,

With yourself and others.

It's just,

You know,

You can't really fake the soul journey.

It really shows if you're becoming a better person or not.

Anyway,

Trust your hearts,

Bless your hearts.

All my love to you.

Okay.
