What Is In My Highest Good?

In the West, we are taught to compartmentalise. So even though we might consider ourselves spiritual, maybe not all of our actions are so pretty.

The process of embodying our true Amma Nature causes us to act in ethical ways because we can no longer do anything else.

Premasudha acknowledges that if a cashier gives her even a little bit extra change, she is physically unable to walk away with it.
(The tension and emotional dissonance such an action would cause just isn't worth the money!)

The problem is that many of us feel we cannot be honest and pure-hearted and survive on the earth plane. But the example of spiritual giants like Amma and the true sages who have walked the world is that we can.

A good question to ask if you are uncertain of what action to take is: What is in my highest good?

That question opens the door to be helped by Amma/the Creator.
