Both men and women have their struggles. Modern women might not realize it but many of us are run by our inner masculine. Around or before age eight, the most innocent feminine part can decide to go numb, retreating behind an inner wall. At that point, the inner masculine steps in. He is trying to help, but the result is a pushiness that a woman would not engage in, if her feminine wisdom were operating. When we allow the feminine within to reawaken, we can reconnect with our Being. No matter how thick the wall is, we can emerge from behind it — and find peace. We also become wiser as we have tapped into infinity. Men too discover that they lost their true masculine energy early but can retrieve their true Natures by feeling the sorrow of refusing to love and walk in truth. When men and women awaken to this Divine energy, it has the power to transform the world — from a place of conflict to one of love. We are love. We’re simply wearing a coat of human imperfection.

We're asking for grace,

To feel grace,

To feel all the love that's around us,

To feel what Bruno Gröning called Alstrom,

The loving nectar,

The loving elixir that this whole world is created out of,

And that we're all made out of,

And may we open to it,

And receive it,

And may it heal us,

And so it is.

This is the sound of one who's free.

This is the sound of one who's free.

I am you.

This is the sound of one who's free.

I want to talk about finding freedom today.

And to do that,

I want to first clarify something that's different with the East and West worldviews.

In the West,

We basically say we have egos,

And then there's Mother Nature,

Or we've got egos and hopefully there's God.

But in the East,

They say we have mind and egos,

And that the Creator is,

We have mind and egos that are made out of the Creator's energy.

So,

You know,

The ego is the same in both,

Basically.

But in the East,

They have mind,

Which is basically everything that you can see,

You know,

That isn't your ego,

Like it's the Mother Nature,

It's the universe,

Everything else is mind.

And in the East,

They say that mind and ego make kind of an unholy alliance,

So that depending on our vasanas coming from other lives,

The amount of rage,

Fear we're carrying,

This will affect the way we experience the universe,

The way we even see the stars,

How close we feel to a tree,

How beautiful flowers are to us.

Yeah.

So,

When Pramasutra is talking,

She's not only wishing to help you move through the fears and resistances of your ego,

She's also wanting you to walk into a much more expansive experience of your reality.

It's like a healing of the mind,

Even.

So,

I've said to you before that as I move through my issues,

Mother Nature got closer and closer and closer to me.

And I developed this kind of understanding,

An instinctive understanding of Mother Nature and everybody I met,

Basically.

Yeah.

You see,

Our freedom comes as our mind dissolves,

As well as our ego.

So,

This can be kind of confusing for Westerners,

But just hearing it might be freeing,

Just because when you travel,

It expands your mind.

So,

When we talk about other ways of seeing reality,

This can also expand our mind,

Expand our experience.

So,

You know,

In Zen,

They talk about no mind.

Finally,

The mind dissolves and you just experience true reality in this illusion,

Which is,

You know,

All of illusion is created by your mind.

So,

It's like,

Even if you wake up,

You are still finishing your work here.

So,

You need the illusion to stay as you finish your work.

Now,

I'm hoping you'll almost give up trying to understand this,

Because it will make you open to what I'm wanting to talk about next,

Which is how you live your lives,

Because that's what really matters and that's our point of power.

We can have all the kind of theories about how it works here and what's going on,

But the only way we can find out truth is through our direct experience and it comes through how we live our lives.

And most of us have trouble even looking at that.

You know,

We're almost more comfortable with theories,

Because when we look at how we live our life,

Our egos get threatened,

You know,

And they're working really hard to just get us off their back,

To get us so that we never ever challenge our own egos.

And as I've said before,

Egos function like dictators.

They will use every trick in the book to stay in power.

It's why we have dictators,

Because they are showing us how many people in their countries are living psychologically.

The populations will have inner dictators.

You know,

If you have a river that's flowing powerfully,

And then you dam it,

You know what happens?

The pressure builds.

The water bangs up against the wall,

Against the dam,

And the intensity increases.

So if you're standing near there,

You can feel the resistance kind of bothering the water.

I mean,

If you make the water into like a human,

You can feel it.

The dissonance of banging up against this wall.

And to the extent that the energy of the river is in the flow,

When you obstruct it,

You get that same energy,

Which will then build in that narrow little place until finally it either goes over the wall or breaks through the wall or goes around it.

You cannot stop that river from flowing.

So you guys,

This is true for us psychologically.

We have our souls.

We are our souls.

We have our dharma,

This life,

What we're meant to do.

To the extent that we've learned to distrust,

To obstruct this,

We set up these dams.

We block our flow of energy.

We say,

It's not acceptable.

It's not allowed.

And we get this resistance.

And so we get unhappiness,

Insomnia,

Anxiety,

Judgments.

We get the whole,

You know,

The water gets dirty,

Basically.

That is what your resistances are.

That is what your unhappiness is.

It's just resistance to your true nature,

Resistance to the flow of your energy.

And may this hit home.

May the penny drop.

Because some of you are kind of ambivalent and you kind of make it into a game and you miss the heart of it.

Which is,

You came here to flow like a river.

And you will find happiness as you do that.

Just getting that.

Because some of you guys want to tell me how ambivalent you are.

And it's like,

Okay.

Be ambivalent.

You know,

You either want it or not.

And it's okay.

It's okay to be ambivalent.

But it's not an excuse,

You know.

I mean,

The truth of it is,

You have your dharma.

How sincerely are you engaged in serving,

You know,

Engaged in your dharma,

Engaged in serving humanity?

Serving all of life.

I just really want to spell it out.

Because without this bigger understanding,

In my experience,

It's easier to get lost.

When we keep the big understanding in mind,

Life gets a lot clearer.

That you're here to live your dharma.

And if you've got a teacher who can help you,

Then good.

Life is good.

We have Amma.

I mean,

We're the most blessed people in the world.

That's it.

There's no threat.

The only threat you feel is that your ego tells you that it's not allowed.

It's your ego that is threatened.

Not your soul at all.

Your soul is just kind of hoping you're going to do it this life,

You know.

I talked yesterday about how often when I'm working with people,

I get this visual of that they're cowering behind kind of a stone wall.

It's about a foot thick,

But it's only about 10 or 12 feet long.

It doesn't really protect them.

And they know this underneath,

But they're just pretending it does.

And they're cowering.

Scared of life.

And it's so funny because if I'm too direct with people,

They will stonewall me.

I love English for this.

It's a perfect example of what it's like to invite someone from out behind the wall when they don't want to.

And they will get this stony face and stonewall.

And it's okay.

You know,

Premasutha took 40 years.

So as I say,

Premasutha has no judgment.

I'm just wanting to help you guys.

And Premasutha,

A lot of what she brings is she's a very catalyzing energy.

So this is my gift,

Catalyzing.

It's part of why,

You know,

Premasutha feels like she's upset people all their life.

Really,

Just by being myself,

It's like upsetting people.

But it's this catalyzing.

Yeah.

Right.

I know several of you know the territory.

Yeah.

You're all very dear.

So,

You know,

This hiding behind the wall,

It is,

I talked about it yesterday.

But it's really up.

So I'm really,

I want to say exposing it today.

We know it's not safe,

Even when we're doing it.

We know it doesn't really protect us.

It's just that our child self learned that it worked growing up in the family.

The thicker,

You guys,

The thicker the veils and the walls within you,

Within your belief system,

Within your egos,

Within your bodies,

Because they'll be carried by your bodies too.

And it will be a rigidity and a numbing that you feel in your body.

The more defenses you've got,

The thicker the wall of the stone wall,

The more struggle you get in your life.

I want you to see the logic.

The harder your life will be,

The more energy you will use to get your goals,

To try to get your goals,

Whatever they are.

And the more lonely,

You will feel like separate.

This is why,

You know,

In the spiritual journey,

We talk about the point of power is in each human being.

Because we're the ones who have to decide to put down our sword and shield.

We're the ones who have to decide to just stand up and look over this ridiculous stone wall that never worked,

It never protected you,

And to stand up and come out of it and start living your life as you are with wisdom,

Which is your best protector.

A wisdom,

A faith in the divine,

A willingness to allow your faith to grow,

A willingness to learn lessons,

And to walk in this circle of power,

Which is what I described yesterday,

This 360 degree viewpoint.

Where you look at a situation and you get all the information all at once.

I worked with a very dear one,

I worked with her dad,

And he very graphically stood up in the session.

He stood up from behind this stone wall.

And a few weeks afterwards,

I asked her if he had,

If she'd noticed any change in him as a result of doing this.

And this is what she wrote.

I think my dad has become more open hearted,

And the underlying anger and resentment underneath he was carrying before has almost vanished.

He's also started noticing moments when he just suddenly felt so good,

Without any obvious reason,

Or that he encounters people and animals while going for walks that really touch his soul.

There it is,

You guys.

Yeah.

It's subtle,

But very clear.

This is what happens.

And this is what we want.

We all want to live more freely like a child.

But we're the ones who have to okay it.

And,

You know,

There's no rush if you just get this image,

If you just get the visual of a person cowering behind this ineffective stone wall,

Versus coming out behind it and entering into life.

Living life from their true nature,

Like going forward with,

It's my birthright to be here.

That's the key,

You guys.

It is your birthright to be here.

It is your birthright to be able to just live life as yourself.

To express your true nature.

It's why you're here.

It's good.

And when you get this,

You get very peaceful.

And so when you're peaceful,

All your energy then is available for you to use to assist your life.

You're not pouring out big parts of your energy through a whole bunch of negative thoughts,

A whole bunch of anxiety,

Insomnia,

All that stuff.

So,

It's easier goals happen more seamlessly.

They happen quicker,

More seamlessly,

Or quicker often.

Yeah,

But you know how I say,

Like,

Everybody knows what Pramasuta knows,

Like,

That we all know this stuff underneath.

It's just how willing we are to get it.

And to look this way.

And this is inescapable.

It will become obvious in the course of our lives,

What we've chosen.

And as I said,

We can re-choose,

You know,

If we spent some years deluded,

We can re-choose.

And,

You know,

Even as I'm speaking with some degree of oomph,

There is huge compassion,

You guys,

For what it's like to actually do this.

And this is why Pramasuta doesn't work.

Because I can't stand the idea of people feeling abandoned at these really important points in a life.

You know,

In women,

Part of what makes them cower behind the wall is because they can feel that it's inhospitable here to their true nature.

But actually,

It is totally possible to move into your true nature at this time.

And to live a life like that.

Most women are,

You know,

Run by their animus,

So they're run by their male.

What happens is most children,

Like female children,

The guys do this too.

But the female children will go asleep to their true nature,

Really sometime before they're eight most times.

And then their male comes in,

And it starts,

It's wanting to protect the feminine.

It's wanting to protect this sleeping feminine who can't take care of herself.

Who's abdicated,

Basically.

And so the male will,

You know,

Protect her.

So women can get,

Like,

Defensive,

Argumentative,

Pushy.

Get a big shell,

Closed-hearted,

Because they're being run by their male inside.

This is how many of us are just living our lives.

And the less attention there is to love,

Compassion,

Nurturing,

Wisdom,

The more threatened the feminine feels.

The more defended she gets.

So this is part of the step for women to come out behind the wall,

Is to start to allow the very deep feminine within them to awaken.

Now when she awakens,

It's going to really hurt,

Because she will feel the full impact of what we're doing to Mother Nature,

And what we're doing to our own hearts.

And how brutal it's getting.

But if she feels it,

She will tap into God.

She will tap into her true nature.

And she will bring in this female face of God energy that the world needs so much at this time.

Mama said even the men,

You know,

The best are men who are,

You know,

Nurturing,

Like,

More towards the female.

That's what we need.

Women and men,

More to the way of the female at this time,

To basically help get us out of this pickle.

Now,

Yesterday,

A dear one talked about what it was like,

As she didn't describe it as this,

But it's what she was doing is retrieving her feminine.

And she talked about that she had a night of five hours of anxiety,

And she had the feeling of falling,

Of the,

You know,

The ground falling away under her feet.

You guys,

This is what falling into the heart feels like.

Okay.

You do feel that you're falling,

That you've lost your ground.

You don't know which way is up.

But it's actually the process of finding your sanity.

She was feeling that scared that she was going to lose her mind.

But actually,

She's finding sanity.

What we're doing right now is totally insane.

She's finding her sanity.

So,

You guys,

What I just love about this dear one is her sincerity.

And having been quite a defended woman for many years,

She is emerging.

The innocence is breathtaking.

Just breathtaking.

So,

You know,

In a way,

Premasuddha feels that this message can be heard now because things are getting so dire that it's going to be hard either way.

It's hard if we stay asleep.

It's hard if we wake up.

But if you,

You know,

A few hours of feeling like you're losing your ground or losing your mind,

It might be worth it to come into this incredibly expansive,

Peaceful energy of the creator.

And you guys have Amma and Premasuddha is always here just for this reason.

So that you don't panic.

Remember,

Premasuddha went through this just,

You know,

I set my will to move into truth and I went through this stuff and I'm like,

Wow,

This is so weird.

But then my life blossomed.

So,

It's all good.

So,

I know it's like a huge challenge and I'm not wanting to ask people to intentionally to walk into feeling difficult emotions.

But if you can decode,

Like get some overviews in advance.

So,

If you ever experience something like that,

You can just be more peaceful about it.

You know,

Don't be scared.

It's like,

Really,

You know,

Just getting knee-jerk scared is a form of stupidity.

It's kind of like,

Look at where we are,

You guys.

What do you want for your lives?

You know,

It's sort of like a woman who's about to give birth and she wants a child but doesn't want to go through childbirth.

Well,

Good luck with that.

You know,

Even if you have a caesarean,

It hurts.

Don't be wimpy,

Okay?

Like,

You can handle anything.

You think of your,

You've had maybe a thousand or more lives.

You have handled so many challenges in your life.

In your life,

You've lived,

You've been born,

You've died,

You've faced incredible circumstances.

You would have triumphed in some,

Maybe in many.

Every time you face a challenge in those lives,

You've got it inside you to help with challenges this life.

It's there.

You just draw on it.

You know,

When you start losing your idea of normal,

Then strengths and talents within you start rising up.

You didn't even know you had them.

You know,

It's like when I talk about this compassion just rose up in me,

And I realize now it was from a lot of Buddhist lives.

But at the time,

It just arrived.

I went,

Oh,

This is nice.

Thank God.

Remember,

If you're worried about discomfort,

You can ask the universe that everything comes at a pace you can handle.

And you can also,

If it gets too intense,

You can tell the universe to turn it down so that you can handle it better.

The reason I'm being a little,

It's like I'm being kind of hard clear about all this,

Because the confusion,

Sometimes when I'm talking to people,

They've so lost the big picture.

And it comes down to,

When I'm talking to them,

They'll go,

Oh,

I feel really bad about this,

And I'm uncomfortable about this.

And,

Oh,

You know,

Oh,

I feel bad.

And I'm like,

Remember the big picture of what you're doing,

You guys.

This is a noble journey.

It's the hero's journey.

You know,

You're climbing a mountain.

It's uncomfortable sometimes.

You don't get to the top of the mountain without facing some discomfiture.

Mostly teachers,

You know,

Don't talk about the nuts and bolts of what it can be like emotionally,

I think,

Because they don't want to scare people off.

But on the other hand,

It means that people aren't prepared for the journey.

I want you to be prepared,

You know.

So you have an anxious night.

Oh,

Well.

If it brings you closer to the ama within,

It's good news.

If it helps you bond to premasuddha and that you feel safer in premasuddha's company,

Yay.

But,

You know,

Maybe you want to keep staying behind this wall.

Just thinking about coming out from under it,

From,

You know,

Behind it.

But wanting attention.

Wanting to be consoled.

Even though if you actually came out from behind the wall,

The creator,

Ama,

You wouldn't even need consoling.

You'd feel love.

You'd know you were loved.

See,

You guys are love.

And all that premasuddha is saying is just to encourage you to feel the love that you are.

You are it.

That's why you're perfect.

You are love.

You're wearing a coat of human imperfections.

And it's like you're terrified to take off the coat.

It's like,

I get it.

And,

You know,

Remember,

There's nothing to do.

Just hearing this.

Just being present,

Hearing this,

Will just help.

It's nothing you can force.

You can't force yourself to be brave.

You can't force yourself to stand up to your full wonder.

And really,

You know,

If it's in your life plan for you to do it,

You'll do it.

So it's not even in our control,

Really,

You guys.

It's already happened.

So this whole thing is so ridiculous.

But here we are.

I remember going to a psychiatrist when I was 21.

I may have told you,

And the appointments were 8 o'clock on Friday morning at his house.

And,

You know,

I knocked and nobody answered anyway.

Like,

I was there for about 10 minutes.

And he said,

You need to knock a lot louder than you do.

He was even kind of suggesting I could have just opened the door.

But I was a well-trained,

Scared woman,

Scared girl.

And well-trained about being polite and not being too pushy or forceful or upsetting people.

Some of you,

You know,

Could come out behind the wall and you wouldn't feel anxiety.

You'd just feel peace.

It's kind of like some of you are just,

Like,

Ready.

You can't run from yourself.

You are always going to be yourself.

So you might as well just face it and walk forward as yourself.

In truth.

Being true to yourself.

Supported by a loving,

Sad saying that we could continue this for years and years and years.

Promiscuit is not going anywhere.

Everything I've heard,

I'm going to have a very long life.

You know,

In the East,

They talk about that sometimes teachers,

They'll walk with students,

And then they even come back to work with the students who didn't make it through to self-realization.

They come back the next life.

That's how loving it is.

Yes,

I know.

It's not adorable.

I know.

I know.

It has been so therapeutic for Promiscuit to read about the East.

You know,

Read stories about spiritual masters in the East.

See,

We in the West,

We've got this.

Maybe we have a thicker wall.

We're so outward focused,

Right?

So we put the threats outside ourselves.

We think it's coming from outside,

But the biggest threat is inside with how we are with ourselves.

Yeah.

Are you a mean dictator to yourself?

Yeah.

One of the ways the wall works,

And the person gets so small cowering behind the wall because they're thinking to themselves,

What they're thinking is they're not meeting their checkpoints,

Like their boxes.

So they'll have boxes for how much money they should be making,

How beautiful they are,

Whether they have a relationship or not,

Whether the relationship is going well,

Their weight.

The list goes on and on,

Their fitness.

And as they feel that they failed each box,

They get smaller and smaller and more and more scared behind this wall.

That's how it works,

You guys.

That's why,

You see,

We get so vulnerable to dictators in the outside world,

Because if we're feeling that we don't matter and we're not much,

We will just let the dictator tell us whatever,

Take away our rights.

If we think we're just a bit of Flotsam and Jetsam,

We're a bit of failed Flotsam and Jetsam,

Which is what we can all get like.

I know this.

It's very hard to stand up for yourself.

It's very hard to think that you could have any impact at all.

So,

It is this movement,

You know,

Coming out from behind the wall is opening to change your attitudes to yourself,

To change your narrative,

What you're running.

Somebody was speaking yesterday about how the way they spoke to themselves inside was gentler.

That's it.

That is the revolution.

That is you moving from the negative pole of fear to the positive pole of living in love.

It's how you speak to yourself,

Whether you speak to yourself like you're a miserable sinner who's failing to tick the boxes,

Or whether you're a beloved child of God who sometimes makes mistakes.

You know,

I've talked about the feminine psychology,

But the guys are running very similar,

You know.

And in some ways,

With the boxes that the males have got for checking what it means to be a man,

They're even tougher for sensitive,

Thoughtful,

Spiritually-oriented male.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And,

You know,

Guys have more trouble self-soothing than women.

You know,

Women,

It's like really no matter how hard life gets,

Women will tend to always affirm life somehow.

It's part of the feminine nature.

Because we have kids,

We have to.

And it can be harder for the guys.

And there's a lot of love coming to you guys right now.

I can feel it.

I mean,

It's actually coming.

This whole river of love is coming to you guys through Kramasutra,

But from a higher source,

Particularly for you guys.

Because spiritually awake males are priceless in this world.

And,

You know,

Women can feel,

We can feel that men are the oppressors,

But,

You know,

Inside the psychology of a man will be a guy who just really wants to please his mom and please his wife.

You know,

That's so strong in the male.

Yeah.

See,

There's no battle.

A lot of this coming up behind the wall for Kramasutra happened when I realized that,

You know,

Guys were.

.

.

You see,

I'd had such trouble with guys in my family.

So,

I had a kind of a real threatened by them.

And as I realized,

Guys were just the same as women,

You know,

Bumbling human beings,

You know.

That was part of where I came out from behind the wall.

Yeah.

See,

It's so funny,

The stage that we're playing in,

It's so infinite and huge.

But the point of power is in these bumbling lives of ours.

And our outlooks and whether we're willing to change our mind or give ourselves the benefit of the doubt.

I was so big on that,

You guys.

I gave myself the benefit of the doubt over and over and over when I didn't understand why I was behaving in a certain way or I didn't understand why I was wanting to do something.

I would just give myself the benefit of the doubt,

Make space around it.

To just feel into it more without judging it.

We don't know why we're called to do some things.

We might not understand it all.

But,

You know,

If we just follow,

You know,

If we check it and wait and get really clear,

But then we follow the call,

There'll be a reason for it.

We'll find out the reason.

And you can't find the reason without jumping.

You have to jump.

And then you find out why you had the feeling to do something.

You don't want to,

You know,

You want to be reasonably cautious.

I mean,

Take care,

But don't endlessly second-guess yourself.

If you're endlessly second-guessing yourself,

That's cowering behind the wall.

And the more we're cowering behind the wall,

The more we're projecting our own defenses on our own shadow side onto others and onto the world,

And the tougher our experience will be.

And when we realize that we're the ones carrying this stuff that we were thinking was outside us,

We can allow it to heal,

Just like I just put up a video of a beautiful client who she had trouble with her sister because her sister was favored,

And she always got more things from the parents.

And maybe,

You know,

The sister pleased the parents more somehow.

But in adulthood,

This sister borrowed money from this other sister,

Who happened to be,

You know,

Still getting more things like she did in childhood.

And then she never paid her back.

And as we spoke,

She realized that even if she'd had a million dollars,

She never would have paid her sister back because she was holding onto this grudge from early years.

So that's shadow side,

You guys.

And it can melt in bigger understanding.

And this woman,

Her heart opened so when she realized that she had this shadow,

That she had been so blind,

And that it wasn't the sister's fault,

That she was just treated better by the parents.

See,

This is why Premasuddha emphasizes this gentleness with our humanity,

Because this is what we're like.

We're all like this.

But if we go to the trouble of seeing our shadow,

Then we can become like a saint.

It's basically,

You know,

If the energy in your shadow is cleared,

All that energy that was working against you,

Against life,

Comes in behind your heart.

It comes in to support your goals.

And people feel it.

If you're not carrying a shadow or your shadow is very small,

They will immediately trust you and feel safe with you.

And this is,

You know,

The hero's journey,

And it's uncomfortable clearing the shadow.

But,

I mean,

Everything good is uncomfortable.

It's uncomfortable giving birth.

It's uncomfortable being pregnant.

Life is uncomfortable,

You know.

Is that when you've got a cup of hot chocolate in bed or something?

We have nothing to lose,

You guys.

You know,

The biggest.

.

.

We have peace prayers.

It's great,

You know,

Praying for peace.

But the most important thing is,

Like,

Healing this war inside,

Healing our shadow side,

That's what will bring peace.

Just hearing this,

Okay,

There's no demand in what I'm saying.

I'm just being clear.

It's like sort of a short synopsis of how life on earth works and what brings happiness.

Just the image,

You know,

Of the wall and coming out,

If you just think about it or let it percolate,

You can imagine coming out from behind the wall and feeling like what life would be like.

You could imagine a whole bunch of angels helping you,

But don't force it.

Let it be very organic.

You know,

The only trouble Premasuddha has gotten into is when she forced things.

Don't do that.

Let it become gradual.

Remember,

These satsangs carry an energy of the river that helps un-dam the river.

Just listening.

I don't want to say,

Like,

You can go off-duty about your dharma.

You've got your dharma to deal with,

But you can also realize that it's not up to you.

All you can do is your best.

It's not on your shoulders.

It's just like a child making decisions.

Just do your best.

Experiment.

Experiment.

Even knowing that you're cowering behind the wall will help.

Just knowing that you're there.

Just admitting it.

Admitting it.

Admitting stuff is super,

Super powerful.

That moment where you just admit it.

Premasuddha feels this is why teachers use silence,

Because it just gives you space to admit stuff.

You too easily feel like bad girls and boys,

And I don't want that at all.

Premasuddha is just responding to her inner dharma,

To just be clear like this.

There's no one judging you.

The only one even watching you is you.

Your soul is watching you.

And when you call for help,

Your soul will help you.

The inner Amma.

Right.

Okay,

Good.

Okay,

Good.

Good.

Good.

It's a feeling of you're getting this.

It's the only safe place to go to,

You see.

As our egos crumble,

Our soul comes in.

Always,

It's there,

Ready to help you.

Right.

It's good.

It's a feeling of this opening to your soul energy.

It feels like everybody's made,

Some more unconsciously,

Some more consciously,

But you've all made it.

Yeah.

Yeah,

Please don't underestimate turning up for satsangs.

Don't underestimate the power of them.

That's it.

Remember about the gentleman that the dear one described,

Saying that he just started feeling happier,

You know,

And had sweeter encounters with people,

And the anger and resentment lifted.

That's how it is,

You guys.

It's just what the Masood is inviting you to find out.

It is like that.

And when you have these experiences,

It gives you just,

You get more and more proof of being on the right track,

And it gives you more sturdiness and courage.

Right.

Right.

And who knows what's going on here,

Maybe there's going to be so many people opening their hearts that will just have peace.

Suddenly,

I feel all these angels,

I'm seeing all these angels,

And they're all clapping.

It's like they're so pleased.

That's so sweet.

Yeah.

You know,

Premasooda trusts this data because this is the data that's been proven right over and over again,

Even though I'm kind of like,

Wow,

That's,

That's pretty,

It's pretty cool.

You see in our just you guys see the power of like just sincere open hearts,

Please.

Plus,

You're bumbling humanity.

Look at the power of it,

The angels are clapping this applause.

Yeah.

This is,

It's,

It's,

This is,

This is how it works,

This is the secret.

You know,

You keep,

Keep reminding yourself about the creator and,

And just embrace your bumbling humanity.

I almost said bumbling humility.

And,

And actually the humility is key being open to learn you guys.

And even if what you're learning is how wonderful you are,

Because some of you are scared of that,

You know.

But that is what we find out,

We realize our worth,

Our soul feels its worth.

We realize that we're,

We're souls.

And nobody can take that self esteem away from you when you do it,

When you,

When you reach there you go,

Oh,

Who knew,

Except it was kind of the secret feeling that every child has underneath.

Well,

My beloved,

You are my beloved,

And I am so grateful for your,

For your presence.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you for coming.

Thank you.

Some of you I haven't seen in a while.

So happy to see your sweet faces again.

Laura.

Missed you.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Okay.

Many,

Many blessings.

Bye.

Bye.
