
We Have Nothing To Worry About
Premasudha speaks about the art of learning how to sink into our hearts and bodies, & leave tension, even PST, behind. Our bodies are often stuck in fight-or-flight mode. It can help to imagine big, gentle arms around us, comforting us. Tension comes from veils present in our bodies, arising from our early conditioning and past lives. We can train our bodies into a higher vibration through a focus on the Creator, sound, inspiring subliminal videos to help transform our unconscious self-talk, and just doing things that comfort and empower us. Meditating and sincerely wanting the truth is another way to open the door to the Creator. A daily meditation practice can help give us a stabilising structure. The bottom line in this freewheeling satsang is that we are infinitely loved by the Creator.
