Grace itself is unlimited. Any apparent limits merely reflect our own distrust which can prevent us from receiving, or even feeling, the Love and Grace that surround us. This is why offering compassion and forgiveness to yourself and others is SO important. When we do this, we will gradually open to receive Grace. The trouble is our egos will not like it!. The key to progress is to understand the inner mechanics of spiritual growth. It truly is a mechanical process. Just as night follows day, a spiritual opening will be followed by an emotional contraction, coming from the rebellion of the ego. Understanding this will help us watch our ego's tantrum rather than buying into its storyline. As we practice this, we become more skilled. The cells of our bodies attune to Unconditional Love and more Grace becomes available to us. This is how we naturally detach from the storylines accompanying our experience.

There's no ceiling on the grace we can receive.

The only ceiling at all is just our distrust and disbelief and we will keep getting that reflected.

That's why Prama Sutta talks so much about,

You know,

Serving love and taking a step beyond your known reality by offering love to yourself and others.

You know,

We're all raised in,

Our culture is alienated.

That's what we know best.

So when we move into allowing the love in,

The ego always fusses and some of you who are a little more,

You know,

Distrustful,

Who maybe haven't had a lot of spiritual lives,

Don't get fooled just about how mechanical the spiritual process is.

We have an opening and then we will have a contraction.

The ego will fuss and it will seem that we've lost all our gains and that it's all meaningless.

But we just keep talking to Amma,

Keep talking to the creator and a new baseline with more love comes in.

Over and over again,

This is what Prama Sutta has done.

And the more skilled we,

The more practice we get,

The more,

The less we believe the storylines.

In fact,

It becomes,

It just becomes humorous really.

Thank you.

Thank you very much. There’s nothing like grace. We could do with tons more in the world.
