Happiness comes as we move into truth. Underneath, this freedom may feel somehow "Not Allowed“ Not surprising. Often in childhood, we disconnected from our inner intelligence and began to live below our true capacity. Our ego is comfortable with this underfunctioning, but the price is emotional chaos created when we try to suppress our real Self. It is like trying to suppress the sun. When we allow these dis-owned parts back, we open up to the Creator within. Our vibration rises; we become more peaceful; and our life starts to transform. Some friendships may fall away but inner peace and self-acceptance come. Our soul is our eternal Self but the body is also a good pal. The location of our illness or pain often reflects the spiritual/emotional issue we came to heal. How wonderful that we can actually learn to feel our cells letting go of emotional complexes and filling up with unconditional love and grace instead!
