
Moving Into Higher Awareness
In this Satsang, Premasudha takes us on another exploration of our deeper, truer selves as she cuts away the misunderstandings and resistances that stop us from awakening and living more meaningful lives. There's a lot going on in this world,
And with all of us.
And the outcome that my sankalpa is the outcome is that all of you that wish to be are more lodged in truth.
After this zoom,
Just in the process of attending the zoom,
It is how it works.
And we will make the changes in our body and our mind,
As you know,
At the highest good pace.
Because many of us have got very full lives,
We might have children and everything,
We have to stay balanced.
But you don't want to stay so balanced that you don't grow.
You see,
This is the rub with people.
Yeah.
You have to let yourself become a little unsettled.
And then you call on God,
On the Creator,
To bring you through the shift,
And just get used to living that way.
It's like climbing a mountain.
So I want to talk about the Western mind.
We know the Western mind is very extroverted,
We've been taught to look outside.
The Eastern mind has been until recently,
You know,
The product of thousands of years of a very strong focus on the spiritual tradition.
So they're better at it than we are in these,
They're just better.
They tend to be closer to their hearts than we are.
But you know,
This seems to be changing.
I think there are a lot of souls actually being born in India that haven't had so many lifetimes.
So this climate is changing.
And who knows,
Maybe North America will get a whole bunch of old souls,
People with lots of lifetimes being born,
And we'll just become,
You know,
The center of wisdom.
That would be so funny.
Yeah.
But with our extroverted mind,
It is always challenging to help Westerners reach their hearts.
So a really easy way for Westerners is to look at what is happening in your life,
And understand that it is a metaphor for what is going on with you,
For what your soul wants you to learn.
Okay,
So I'll just explain some things from my life to help you.
So for a lot of my life,
I would encounter,
Like some problem with the negative male energy.
So when I go to,
You know,
England to be a journalist,
I,
With perfect radar,
Find the editor that the British people won't work with,
Because he's such a bully.
So he would hire people from,
Like me,
Journalists who were coming from outside the country,
And he was a big bully.
And I was like,
I just left Canada to get away from all this stuff.
And here I am,
Face to face with it.
So that is what happens.
What we run from,
We will walk right into.
Okay,
So over and over again,
I would be faced with these negative male figures,
And then have to find a way to solve it.
And in this case,
You know,
I left,
I left the company.
But I'm going to talk about the thing that confuses the issue a little bit,
Is when I was a barmaid,
You know,
During university,
I used to work in pubs,
And it's like,
I used to have a really fun time.
I loved it.
But I worked at this one big pub for a while.
And they suddenly,
A fight broke out in this,
You know,
So I'm 21,
A fight broke out in the table near me.
And within seconds,
The whole pub was in this violence,
Everybody was punching,
It was like,
It was just zero to 100.
It was shocking.
And you know what I felt in my body,
I didn't even feel fear.
What I felt was arousal,
Sexual arousal.
And I remember thinking,
What is this?
And you see,
My body was carrying that concept.
You see,
It's it would never happen now,
That there was part,
My cellular that my cellular awareness of what my the level of vibration that my body was carrying,
Responded that way to the violence,
And it actually was connected to the negative male thing.
So this is our problem.
When we try to,
You know,
Transcend our issues,
The issue is in our bodies.
And then also,
It will be in our thoughts,
But it will be carried by your body.
So you will have to have an experience of letting go of this vibrational level,
And of these concepts,
Concepts,
Physically in your body.
Okay,
Now,
This is what I've done over and over.
But this is exactly why people can listen to me.
There's some people have listened to me for 20 years,
And not much has changed,
Because they don't allow that to occur.
They don't allow their bodies to make a shift up.
Because when you're making the shift up,
You can feel temporarily scared.
It's like climbing a ladder.
And you,
You know,
You take your foot off one rung,
And then you're putting it on the next rung.
But before it's stable on the next rung,
You've got one foot in the air,
And you're just standing on one foot,
And you could have,
You know,
It,
It can feel like there's a bottomless pit underneath you.
Okay.
Okay,
Good.
Now,
These satsangs,
The power of the love coming through them,
Is totally capable of assisting you to make one of these physical shifts.
So it doesn't just stay an intellectual exercise.
And again,
The intention behind this Zoom is that it happens at a rate that you can handle.
So you could even do it,
You see,
Through a dream.
Yeah.
And if you know what you're doing,
It can become so soft.
And if you put the intention,
Okay,
I'm willing to do this,
But it has to be really gentle and stable,
Then it can happen that way.
Okay,
Good.
Good.
I feel like we're building a pathway.
It's interesting.
It's,
It's,
I'm feeling almost like there's a road being built,
But it's,
It's happening in your unconscious.
Yeah,
Good.
It's good.
You know,
To the extent that I have gone into my unconscious and,
And the patterns have been cleared,
That there's that,
That can happen in you.
Because subconsciously,
You know that you're listening to somebody who's done this.
So there's a level of cellular trust that,
That develops.
That's why,
You know,
It doesn't work to listen to somebody who's just mouthing platitudes because their bodies,
They haven't done it.
Yeah.
They haven't made the shift physically or in their unconscious.
When you make the shift physically,
You're,
It's also your subconscious is part of the change.
You can't make the shift physically into a higher vibration until your subconscious has,
Agrees and,
And,
And says that it's safe enough.
Okay,
Good.
So now in my experience,
Overwhelmingly,
I,
I received tremendous support from meals and I'm,
And I'm actually getting tremendous spiritual support from a really high level spiritual master,
Like a,
Like a friendship.
And this is now what happens,
And this is reflecting my state.
But I still,
As I,
I talked to you,
I had to threaten the manager of this building with like documenting his,
How he was being with me.
You see these things,
I mean,
We,
We do a clearing,
But sometimes,
You know,
Something a pattern from the past will come up in our lives and we'll just have to deal with it.
You know,
This caused me no,
Nothing like the heartache of in the past.
Right?
Okay,
So I'm just feeling into all of you.
You see,
We have this tendency to blame others and also blame ourselves.
And there's just no point.
There's just no point at all.
So if you look at whatever is happening in your life,
That it's a metaphor for a misunderstanding you're carrying pattern from another life,
Or it could be you're giving a choice whether to allow a really deep understanding to come in at the physical level or whether to play on a more superficial level.
You see,
You'll know underneath,
Like I'll tell you,
You don't,
We don't get fooled.
We get the data.
It's whether we want to admit it.
Okay.
So this has taken me years to understand.
There's some people who just don't want to admit it.
So I would be endlessly patient would tell them a million times,
And then it would dawn on me.
They just don't want to get it.
Yeah.
Because the people that want to get it,
Get it.
Yeah.
But it's not.
We're all so human.
Like,
I have been like such a bumbling mess of resistances.
You guys.
I mean,
That's where any of the knowledge that comes through me.
That's what it's come from me walking into walls,
You know,
You know,
Walking into a big wall inside and outside me and not knowing what to do and gnashing my teeth and being up all night and yada,
Yada,
Yada.
But then you get cleared and you turn into kind of a diamond consciousness.
You know,
You get all your facets get polished up and the hard edges rubbed off.
All of you guys are,
You're a little self protective and it's all good.
I mean,
Maybe this is a bit of a onslaught.
I don't know.
You know,
I've been thinking about,
You know,
Meeting with you and talking.
And so there's a lot of energy when I,
When I come to these Zooms,
It's like,
Wow.
But I can feel that some of you are,
Well,
It's kind of,
You don't,
In a way you don't know what to do with it,
But there are these pathways being built in your unconscious.
So that's what's important.
Yeah,
Yeah.
Because God is in our unconscious.
We access God through the unconscious and through the body.
We try to do it with our heads.
We kind of jump to God and we try to be perfect.
You know,
I get so many people saying to me,
And this is part of what I'm being surrounded by.
So many people are saying to me,
Oh,
You're just,
You know,
You're,
You're spotlighting my perfectionism.
And,
You know,
It doesn't,
It doesn't really have anything to do with the perfectionism.
It's kind of just their fear.
And also it's like the deeper the commitment to the heart,
The less any kind of guidance from me becomes about you personally and about what kind of student you are.
And it just becomes like food for the heart.
Yeah.
You don't make it about yourself so much.
You make it more about that you just want this knowledge and you'll do anything for it.
All this takes time.
Oh,
Bless your hearts.
You're also,
You know,
I'm seeing some birds wanting to fly.
You're wanting to learn to fly.
For a lot of you like this,
I'm seeing these fluttering wings and you don't know how to like get airborne.
So you know,
We'll be sending you this video afterwards so you can listen to it again,
Because some of the things you might not get the first time around,
And one of them is the bird,
Because to be,
To get airborne,
You have to learn how to embrace yourself and embrace your issues and swim through them to the higher ground.
You actually swim.
So it's like being,
You know,
I might wake up supposing,
Certainly,
You know,
This is how it would be.
I might wake up,
I might feel really heavy and kind of stuck.
And so I might pray,
And I'd walk around feeling heavy and stuck and thinking,
What is my life?
What am I doing here?
Why?
You know,
My thought would be,
Why don't people get my work more?
Why am I always so poor?
You know,
That would be the thing,
You know.
And it's like,
It would start dawning on me that I would have to start seeking higher ground,
Like seeking,
I would feel that there was this new perspective,
A new understanding wanting to come.
It was like being,
It's sort of like being pregnant and feeling like a baby's wanting to be born.
You just can't stand it anymore.
A woman who's pregnant,
She gets the point,
She can't stand it anymore.
And that's when the baby's born.
It's the same thing with our defenses and our unease.
We get so that we can't stand it anymore,
And you start swimming.
You start swimming through the sludge.
You start swimming,
You go,
You don't take it too seriously.
You know you're moving through it.
You swim,
You swim,
You swim.
You find a new perspective.
You swim to a new understanding,
And your body will start to carry a higher vibration over and over again.
When you learn to swim,
You can fly because you're more,
You're more non-attached.
If you know how to swim through the crap to a higher understanding,
You're not being so focused on your own self so much,
Like I was talking about with the people worrying about the perfectionism.
You're more focused on,
Oh,
I want this higher understanding,
Yeah.
And once you realize you can swim to this higher understanding,
To a higher vibration over and over again,
You start flying.
You start flying like an eagle.
Your perspective,
You become non-attached,
And you see a great deal.
Now,
You know,
Again,
Don't rush this.
It,
You know,
Just hearing it will help prepare you for it.
If you ask that this happens at the pace,
The best,
Highest good pace,
Some of you are already doing it.
But you see,
You guys,
It's a very unglamorous process.
The product is great.
Like I wouldn't trade who,
Where I am now for even a billion dollars.
I just,
It's priceless.
There's no amount of money,
But it came from just,
From this very organic kind of weedy process of just wanting to be an individual who lives in truth and just doing my best and,
You know,
Noticing,
Being well,
Just bumbling,
Muddling,
Muddling through.
Yeah.
Right.
Okay.
Good.
Okay.
Somebody really got that.
That went to somebody's heart.
I can feel it.
That's it.
It's a muddling through.
It's messy.
It's kind of like giving birth,
But then you make these quantum leaps and,
And it's good for your kids and you go,
Okay,
I'm,
This is on the right track.
You get your proof positive.
That's it.
All of you.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
I'm going to bumble the way I'm going to say this.
Okay.
Bumbling,
But it's like all your hearts need to warm up.
It's like,
I've got like big heaters,
Big heater,
Come on up to the heart.
You see,
We're,
We're trained to be a little reptilian,
You know,
We're trained to stand on the wall and analyze our experience and basically run from our emotions.
And this makes for unhappy people who are very easily controlled because they're out of touch with the roots of their being.
So they're very easily controlled by governments or whatever.
Good.
That hit home.
Yeah.
You don't want to be like that.
You know,
People who love deeply are very difficult to control because they're very strong and they have a lot of courage.
Good.
Yeah.
Sweeties,
I still know this in myself.
It's like a lukewarm heart.
I mean,
A lukewarm heart for myself or for others.
It's like,
But it's to allow the love to come to your heart.
And you know,
When people are,
It's okay if you don't feel it,
But when you do let the love come to your heart,
It will feel warm,
But it's okay.
You know,
Sometimes people need a one-to-one phone call,
You know,
And then it's easier.
Okay.
That's good.
Some of you are warming up.
You have permission to warm for your heart to warm to yourself and to all of life.
That's it.
That's that warm heart is what gives me the energy to keep reaching out to you guys.
There's somebody who feels that they faltered badly in the last week or so,
And you need to forgive yourself here,
Or really get really good at forgiving yourself.
You guys,
I have made so many mistakes.
Any human being,
You know,
Just by existing,
You know,
We will step on ants just without even realizing.
We just hurt people.
We will hurt others just by existing.
We won't even know,
But you know,
A casual comment we might make depending on somebody else's state of mind could hurt them really deeply.
Like all of our minds are so full of our particular past lives,
Our particular perspective,
And what's up at this time.
So one person might be just a casual comment,
You know,
And it can hurt another.
So sure,
It's good to be careful,
But to understand we're not in control of how somebody else takes us or sees us.
Yeah,
I feel like I'm working you guys too hard.
I have to,
I've been told I need to step back and go softer with you guys.
This is what it's like,
You know,
I get all these instructions,
But you see,
The liberation is that I can just follow it,
That I just get these instructions and just follow it.
So it's a lovely way to live,
You guys.
That's it.
Okay,
Good.
Good.
It's a shift into your deeper hearts.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And to kind of the sound of silence,
You know,
The silence of your being is in your heart.
That's it.
And you're surrounded by pure grace.
The thing is,
You know,
When we're walking through one of our issues,
Say,
When I was talking about I would be faced with these negative males,
It's might be hard to feel that you're surrounded by grace.
But you are.
And grace is always there,
Available for you to help you handle anything.
That's it.
All of you have this capacity to feel into this deeper silence in your heart,
So I can feel it in all of you.
There's no rush.
You might even get a dream,
You know,
A week later,
But it's this is the silence of your being.
That's it.
That's it.
And every time you access it,
Or it's being witnessed and through a satsang like this,
It gets stronger.
That's it.
You know,
Just turning up for the satsangs will do a lot just as a byproduct.
Wow.
Yeah.
Some of you are scared of your depth,
And it's very understandable.
That's the West.
But if you can face your depth peaceably,
Then you don't need,
You don't need trauma to push you into it,
Or in a way,
You know,
It's kind of meditation or trauma.
I mean,
Part of the reason why this work is so rock solid is I learned a lot of it through trauma till I got humble enough to meditate.
I mean,
That's the terrible truth.
I mean,
It was trauma after trauma after trauma.
Finally,
I go like,
I start turning inside.
It's actually why I'm so patient with people because I get it.
Yeah,
You you.
There's a feeling that some of you feel that you're being asked to do something.
So again,
I'm going to step back,
Back,
Like just give you more space.
Just to be yourselves.
Yeah.
Yeah,
There's some deep things in here.
I'm feeling that some of you feel that you really have to pass the mustard,
That you really have to like,
You know,
That expression pass the mustard,
It's,
It's British,
I think it means you,
You have to measure up and perform,
But Vani,

Does anybody want to make a comment or anything?
You can't make a mistake.
Yeah,
Sometimes there's not much to say.
So I was thinking to say something this week.
Oh,

But now I don't know what to say.
I have a small child who just woke up from a nap.
So maybe in a little bit.

That's okay.
I just saw your brain brighten up and I thought you were thinking about saying something.
Yeah.
Yeah.
The,
You know,
With all the kind of instructions I give you,
I want you to really realize that you're just okay the way you are right now.
You know,
It's,
It's just,
It's like raising kids,
Like kids are where they are.
The thing that I,
Like,
You know,
You know,
When I talk about the humility,
Being open to learn,
You guys,
That's it,
It's just realizing that,
You know,
That we know very little,
And you'll get shown over and over how little you know as you climb up.
And that's what works.
Just not thinking that you know much,
But just being trusting what you do know,
And being true to your hearts.
That's it.
Being opening to learn.

There's some light developing in some of you.
It's just being open to learn,
Like,
Open to learn from your own heart,
And open to learn from guidance being offered.
That's it.
I see some light.
You really,
You guys,
Sometimes it's,
You know,
Really bluntly,
Sometimes it's like talking to people.
It's like talking to a two year old who's,
Who's just self important,
Like a self important two year old.
And I'm going,
Oh my God.
You know,
So,
But I,
I have been like that too.
I have done this too.
I,
I,
My main,
My worst problem was me over and over again.
It was Premasudha.
It wasn't anybody else.
It's like Gandhi says that he said that Gandhi says that he himself was a far bigger problem than anything he met in India with the Brits.
And that's,
That's really what the journey's like.
It's like,
So that's why just,
You know,
Putting your arms around yourself.
I was,
I've talked so much about self compassion,
But I heard someone say,
Describe it like this,
Which is look inside and hug.
That's it.
Look inside and hug.
And I know all of you can do that.
And that sounds easier than being self compassionate.
Just look inside and hug,
Whatever you find,
You know,
If you find some little straggly ragamuffin two year old who never felt love,
Hug,
Just hug,
Hug everything that that's the magic wand.
It transforms lead into gold.
I'm seeing the light in you guys and your hearts.
There's more light.
You know,
Even just knowing that,
That the secret is your,
To let your heart warm up.
It gives you something to work with something to measure your progress with a way to work internally.
And it's not to be fixed,
It's just noticing if your heart's lukewarm or even feeling cold,
Just noticing,
Don't try to fix it,
Just notice.
You know,
Sometimes we,
We,
You know,
We have to have a cold heart.
Like we have to know,
I was thinking,
You know,
Sometimes we have to,
We experienced being cold if we're setting some boundary with somebody,
But really,
It can be done with more.
It can be.
Yeah.
It's best if it can be set with warm boundaries.
Yeah.
With a warm heart inside,
Even if you're not expressing warmth to the person,
I don't want to confuse you.
Some of you just got confused.
Don't worry.
You're all hardest on yourselves,
But you see you guys,
If we're hard on ourselves,
We will be hard on others.
So yeah,
I'm going to think about saying something.
I feel like somebody needs to say something because I'm feeling a very familiar feeling like I'm chasing after people.
And but I do want to say one thing is that we will keep tripping over our own resistance over and over until it dies and you can watch it die.
You know what I noticed once I noticed that I was felt the happiness of,
You know,
I don't know,
Cleaning up or dumping the garbage.
I realized that I was carrying it heavily like,
Oh,
I should do this.
And that it was too heavy and it was running my life.
And so I just thought,
Oh,
I'm not going to do that.
So I just stepped back and it was like,
It didn't press on me so much.
I still had to do it,
But it didn't wasn't obstructing me the same way.
Yeah,
I guess there's something,
You know,
We can all this.
I hope this isn't so confusing,
You guys.
But,
You know,
If we're in a metaphor and faced with,
Say,
Like in the old days,
The trick is to step back from it.
Before you do anything about it,
You step back.
You contemplate the situation.
You ask,
You know,
For perceptions and insights to bubble up to help you.
You know,
You might get thing,
Oh,
This is a replay from my childhood.
And also you step back to feel into how can you take action?
It is a clear and a pure way as possible.
So you're not being reactive to it.
So you're witnessing that is a metaphor that your soul's giving you to.
For you to learn and it doesn't have so much to do with the other people,
It has more to do with you.
Yeah.
And then you take action.
You know,
On the journey,
You were taught to be couch potatoes.
Basically,
Very passive.
You know,
Come in,
Sit down,
Shut up.
And you can't do the journey like that.
You actually have to step forward.
You have to step forward to want to embody your integrity as best you can.
And that's part of what I'm feeling.
It's like I need some comments.
I can't chase you guys anymore.
Somebody's got to say something.
I'll say something,

First of all,
Really thank you.
You know,
It's always great to just,
You know,
Touch base with myself by,
You know,
Listening to you and then participating in these.
But,
You know,
What just these last couple of weeks,
What I've been finding is these sort of phases of swimming and then flying sort of the next day.
And it's interesting when I'm swimming,
I,
You know,
Feel the old patterns,
But just a little bit more of being able to observe the patterns,
But still being affected by them.
So it's not like I can just say,
Oh,
It's fine.
I'm observing and they're not affecting me.
Yeah.
But then,
Yeah,
Like I say,
I think I get to a certain point and then it's,
OK,
Well,
You know,
Now we can move forward.
And it's funny,
Even sometimes,
You know,
When I lose my orientation,
I'll forget,
You know,
The most basic things that we've talked about.
And that's part of the swimming.
It's just part of the swimming process,
I think.
And then it lifts and goes away again.
And then,
You know,
A little more light comes in.
That's that's that's kind of how I'm experiencing the journey right now.
Yeah,
There is that remembering and the forgetting.
All right.
And you remember again.
Yeah.
In a slightly different way.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah,
That's it's good.
What you're this is all good,
Michael.
It's bigger,
Though.
It's like,
Let it all get bigger.
Yeah,
Because it doesn't go from swimming to flying.
It actually.
It's both all the time in lots of ways.
Hmm.
Yeah.
Yeah,
Because it's by swimming through their issues,
You know,
We go to the we we go,
I'm sick of this always happening.
And please help me.
Please help me,
God.
Show me,
Show me,
Show me.
And we get to higher ground.
And then you see the the flying of our bigger comprehension gets stronger then.
Yeah.
And we're the more we do it,
The less earthbound we are and the more non-attached we are.
So we fly more and more easily.
But you're right.
I mean,
Just keep going.
But it's just bigger.
But you've grown a lot.
There's no criticism.
I will just always open the door and go,
OK,
But then there's the next step and the next step.
Just keep going.
That's good.
Yeah.

I want to share an experience.
Earlier,
I was walking through the woods and I was listening to a meditation that was contemplating contemplating death and contemplating the impermanence of things.
And I had this swell of emotion when I really understood that,
That I felt like I was holding myself like kind of like you would hold beloved,
Like I hold a little baby where I realized that.
Yeah,
That,
You know,
I'm not this body,
But also like just how just how beloved this body is,
Right?
Like this is the one moment.
That's it.
It's heaven and earth.
That's it.
You know,
It's even I can hear the difference even in your voice.
Do you know your voice has actually dropped an edge that you've had before this?
It's softer and rounder.
Very subtle,
But I can hear it.
You go,
Girl.
That's it.
Yeah.
And often we'll have like a difficulty before,
Like Jen and I had a little like just and like that's that.
That's often what life will give us before a shift.
So it's all good.
Mm hmm.
It's lovely.
It's lovely.
The round the roundness I'm hearing in your voice.
That's good.
It's your it's your true feminine.
That's good.
Yeah.
So over and over again that we are a beloved of our souls.
Our souls love us more than any parent could ever.
It's an infinitely passionate love affair between our souls and us.
And as we grow in the journey,
Our souls become our beloved.
And we're true to our beloved.
I mean,
That's all you see me.
I've been true to my beloved internally.
I've talked to you before about when they sell horses in in the Arab states,
They they will starve the horse for three days or two days,
And then they'll let it come into a paddock and there'll be food on one side and the owner on the other.
And the horse that goes to the owner first is considered far more precious than the animal that goes for the food.
So this is like us with our egos and our souls.
What do we go for first?

Do we love or do we put material things first?

Do we go for the food?
Because if we're going for the food,
This work will be like diluted problem.
It'll be registered.
It'll come in like diluted problem.
As opposed to a feast.
But,

We can change that any time we can shift into.
Giving up an attachment to outside things.
And focusing more on the inside.
But again,
There's no rush.
But I want to spell it out.
I mean,
Even.
I mean,
I think that's amazing that this is recognized in the society,
That the horse that would go for the owner would be more precious.
I just think that's so awesome.
OK,
You guys,
What I feel is there's some guilt in you.
There's a little bit of guilt.
And then there's a huge amount of laughter behind the guilt.
Can you get this?

It's just like this laughter is coming up.
It's like like all this,
You know,
The ridiculousness of guilt.
It's like guilt is always ego.
Most of the things people feel guilty about,
Like from 20 years ago,
They stepped on somebody's toe,
You know.
I mean,
Some people should actually feel more guilt.
But like the people that are interested in this,
They tend to feel too much guilt.
That's like this laughter.
You don't have to believe it.
It's just it's just the ego trying to keep you on the bottom rungs.
Mm hmm.
It's just nonsense.
It's almost like I would get mad at you for playing there.
Come on.
Come on.
Don't don't don't.

Really?
And anyway,
I must say,
It's already happened.
So,
You know,
It's like our souls are doing it,
You know,
At the higher levels.
You just see the souls are doing everything.
And you're just this mind body complex that is just walking through it all.
All things ridiculous,

I think,

If you wanted to.
What I'm feeling is.
Even if what I've been talking about is confusing for you,
All of your hearts have warmed up.
Yeah.
And there's more.
There's more room for you to feel into the silence.
It's almost like you're better friends with this.
You're beginning to become better friends with the silence within,
Which is your true self.
That's you.
Yeah,
It just we're just figments or dream fragments.
And we were so we think we're so important,
You know,
Which is like meh.
I mean,
On one level,
But on another level,
You see,
We we have to really love ourselves and honor ourselves and honor our humanity.
That's it.
I feel in some of you,
Your souls are going to when you leave here,
You're going to feel that your souls are more able to talk to you.
Yeah,
That's it.

Teachers will always teach in the way that they came to their knowledge.
So I used to kind of be firm with myself,
Like I'm firm with clients.
You know,
Sometimes I get really firm and it's I would do that to myself.
I would kind of pick myself up by the scruff of the neck and say,
OK,
You're getting over this.
You're just never going to do this ever again.
Yeah,
That's it.
That's it.
We're just bumbling,
You know,
We just bumble away.
But if our hearts in the right place,
You just get to the right place.
That's it.
You know,
It's the student whose heart's in the right place that gets the information,
The the easiest,
Right?
It's just and then it's a student who notices if their heart's a little bit if there's a contamination of any kind,
If they notice and let that dissolve.
That's it.
And please,
You know,
If you can,
Like,
Don't please don't focus on the news too much,
You know,
Because you will just see in the outside world a kind of a reflection about what's going on inside you.
In the unconscious.
So don't get hypnotized by it.
You know,
It's just OK.
And some of you,
You know,
There's a greater Kundalini wanting to happen for some of you.
Yeah.
