Premasudha speaks about Bruno Gröning, a German spiritual giant who healed through Heilstrom—a current of Grace which he said was available to all of us all the time. His patients got up from wheelchairs after receiving the healing current. They described a feeling like electric pain moving through their bodies—then the illness would be gone. Bruno explained that the pain was part of the process and helped prepare the body for health. Grace most easily enters our hearts when we consciously open to it. When negativity fills us, there's little space left. Sometimes, we unconsciously cling to our struggles because they bring hidden benefits. Bruno emphasized that the will to heal was necessary. Premasudha suggests all enlightened ones communicate a similar message, such as the importance of love and forgiveness. Both Bruno and Amma also offer the practical help of encouraging the bedtime practice of reviewing the day's events as part of inviting further healing to occur in our sleep.

It's in a way to hold you energetically and soothe you enough that you can kind of be calm enough,

Open enough,

Quiet in your head enough to receive the glimmerings.

You know,

And when we go through the journey it can make very little sense to us except as the awareness gradually awakens.

You see your progress and you certainly feel it.

But questions come up,

Misunderstandings occur.

I remember Amma saying things and I took it one way and then much later I saw no,

It wasn't,

It couldn't have been what she meant.

She meant something much bigger.

So it's just being with the kind of process,

A little bit messy process,

A little bit uncertain process as we grow beyond our egos.

You know,

Nobody said it's a cakewalk.

You know,

God doesn't come cheap,

Amma doesn't come cheap in Pramasiddhi's experience,

But she does come.

You know,

Knock and the door shall open,

Seek and ye shall find.

We do.

Sometimes we have to see that we thought we were knocking sincerely,

But we might see,

Oh,

We had all kinds of withholds.

But it's not even a fault,

You guys,

It's just the process of getting our minds around this,

Our hearts and minds around this.

You know,

Teachers all say the same thing in many different ways.

And they will all talk about true reality.

They'll talk about what life,

What we're really here for.

You know,

Amma says we're here for self-realization,

But we're trained not that way.

So we have to have great patience with ourselves.

And yet,

Hold on tight to the vision of life that the teachers are all talking about,

And the possibilities of our life,

Holding on tight to that.

It's like,

You know,

You steer your wagon to the star.

It's your wagon to the star,

That's the expression.

It's your wagon to your star.

And when you do that,

You make progress.

But it has to be a sincere thing.

And,

You know,

Maybe it takes some time for true sincerity to come.

We might sit and be quite ambivalent for a while.

You know,

All we can do is put our arms around that and take it to Amma,

Take it to the silence within.

Take it to the Creator and ask for help.

I want to talk a little bit more about Bruno Gröning,

Because he was a healer.

I mean,

That's kind of an understatement of what he was,

Who manifested in Germany just after the war.

And he healed through healing waves.

And he would stand on a veranda,

You know,

On a porch,

And there would be hundreds of people,

Maybe even more than that,

Below,

Many in wheelchairs,

On stretchers.

And he would say,

Rise,

Rise up.

And a whole bunch of them got up from their wheelchairs and stretchers.

The premasutra feels that he received grace,

The energy of the Creator,

In such an unlimited way,

That the waves of this divinity just washed across all the people.

I think he said this about the wave.

So,

This is what's possible.

And he called this grace,

Heilstrom,

Which means healing,

Healing waters basically,

Healing energy.

This is the grace to which we begin these satsangs.

You won't hear it today,

Because I forgot to turn on the recording until later,

But it was there.

That's what these satsangs are for.

Now,

In my reading of Bruno Gröning,

He said that some of the people,

The healings didn't hold,

Because they couldn't make the leap from believing in their illness to this new state of purification.

So,

They slipped back into the illness.

This same thing can happen,

Like on this journey,

We might make a shift into vibration,

In a higher vibration,

A bigger understanding,

And we might start to doubt,

And it can seem to fall away.

Now,

What happens is you will start to feel so horrible if you do this,

That hopefully that will give you the energy to turn to the Creator,

To turn to Amma,

And ask for help,

At which point you will get lifted back up into your newer understanding.

Please understand this.

They talk about attaining spiritual mastery,

Or attaining a higher vibration.

We take little steps.

We make a jump,

And we might jump back.

We make another jump,

We might jump back,

But there's a point where you take the jump,

And it's solid.

You're rooted in it.

Your body is fully integrated in this higher understanding.

In the course of somebody with an illness,

Who had this experience,

There's a lot of premasutra feels,

A lot of compassion for the people who couldn't hold it,

Because maybe they've had like 20 years of this illness,

And maybe they've never had any spiritual experience,

Or didn't even get any spiritual training as little ones,

So it might be hard to sort of hold.

But,

You know,

You guys,

No matter what kind of training you had as little kids,

Or how difficult it is for your intellect to get around these concepts,

You can believe in yourself.

Amma talks about self-confidence.

Yeah,

You can believe in yourself.

You know,

And in premasutra's case,

You know,

If something like that had happened,

If she'd been in the group with Bruno Gröning,

It would have been like,

You know,

Premasutra thinks she would have gone,

Well,

I want this.

I want my health.

See,

We have to have that.

I want my health.

I want evolution.

I want to know what God is.

It's like the ego heading in the right direction,

Even though when you say,

I want spiritual knowledge,

Your ego is actually saying,

I'm willing to die.

You know,

And we get like that when we're sick of our egos.

We're like,

It doesn't,

We just don't want to do it anymore.

And we get willing to put up with this discomfiture of evolution.

And when we get willing to put up with the discomfiture of evolution,

It gets a lot easier.

That's the joke.

See,

When our resistance dies enough that we're willing to put up with discomfiture,

It's far easier for our soul to get through to us.

You know,

Bruno Gröning talked a lot about the importance of keeping one's thoughts useful.

You know,

He said that,

You know,

And all teachers say these things.

They all just say it in different ways,

That a human being lives between good and evil and makes the choice of who to befriend.

Because,

You know,

If we're observing our thoughts,

Refusing to entertain negative thoughts,

You might not be able to avoid negative thoughts,

But you can refuse to entertain them.

Okay,

That's really key,

You guys.

You hear them,

But you just don't put any energy in their storyline at all.

What will happen is negativity will fall away,

And you will be left with a pure heart,

Pure thoughts.

This might happen over and over.

When complexes come up,

This was Premasuddha's experience,

When complexes came up to be cleared,

I might be flooded with negative thoughts,

But Premasuddha would just hold on to,

I would just hold on to the fact that I knew that there was something beyond this world.

I knew there was love at the root of everything,

That there was this silence,

I would keep staring to the silence within.

I would keep reminding myself about it.

And the negativity would fall away,

And that complex would fall away,

And I would go up the mountain.

Now,

Bruno Gröning uses the same words that Amma does about that,

You know,

If you're asking for grace,

You need to make sure that your cup is clean.

It's like you need a clean cup before you pour milk into it,

Because if you pour milk into a dirty glass,

It will spoil the milk.

Same with grace.

The purer your heart,

The more grace can pour into you.

See,

This is why it's important to first observe negative thoughts and then not buy into them.

And finally,

You will just get beyond thoughts entirely.

I mean,

You know,

You'll have a very peaceful head.

I mean,

Thoughts keep coming to some degree,

But lots of times there's just silence.

That's how I get.

The other thing Bruno Gröning talked about is the pain that comes with healing,

And the word is R-E-G-E-L-U-N-G-E-N.

And it's like the cleansing of the body may at first cause pain.

So,

The reports for,

You know,

With Bruno Gröning's work is that people would feel an electrical charge go up their bodies to the site of the illness.

And it really hurt.

And,

You know,

Premasuddha talks about that our bodies will,

When we're letting go of emotional complexes,

Our bodies will hurt and ache and funny things will happen.

Like,

I've told you that for,

You know,

Three months I walked around with all my joints seized up,

Like the worst arthritis in every joint of my body,

And it was a big clearing of the Chi.

It really hurt.

It's like getting comfortable with some degree of pain on the spiritual journey,

Getting comfortable with some pains in your body,

You know,

Paying attention to the location,

Like Premasuddha encourages with the transcendent body approach.

And so,

You have an idea of what the issue is that you're clearing.

It just helps free your mind from the storyline.

So,

If you've got sore knees,

The issue will be relationship because,

You know,

We kneel to pray.

The suitor kneels to propose to his beloved.

When we kneel,

It brings our heads down closer to the ground.

It's around relationship and the need for humility,

Perhaps,

When we have knee pain.

You know,

We think of back in the days,

You know,

I know that a lot of,

You know,

The word yuppies,

Young,

Upwardly mobile,

Would force themselves to run on cement,

No matter what kind of pain they were getting.

And then there was big trouble with knee problems.

It's kind of,

There it is.

Not wanting to listen to the body,

Not wanting to have enough humility to stop,

Or maybe just run on nature.

And there's no blame at all.

I mean,

This is,

This is how we find out about the tricks our ego is playing.

This is what our illnesses show,

And there's,

You know,

It's showing vastness from other lives,

Maybe our karma.

You know,

Bruno Gröning says it's basically false thinking and actions that is the root of illness.

That in God's energy,

In the Creator's energy,

In Amma's energy,

There can be no illness.

In our perfection,

There's no illness.

And we,

You are perfect.

You are already enlightened.

And,

You know,

Amma talks about before sleep,

Reviewing the day,

And correcting our mistakes,

Like imagining,

Reimagining our day,

Reimagining,

You know,

Doing something different than what we did,

Imagining,

Making a different story.

It helps steer the psyche toward perfection,

Toward healing of these vasanas and the blind spots of the ego.

Bruno Gröning used to talk about when you,

When you go to sleep,

At the end of the day,

Ask the Creator for anything that was undone to be done during sleep.

So,

We could ask,

You know,

For any mistakes to,

You know,

For our sleep to help us to find better ways of living,

Find better ways of acting.

See,

We do these things,

These small actions on the journey,

These really small actions,

Like reviewing the day,

Or add up and give tremendous momentum.

And the really sincere seeker does things like this all the time,

Or uses their imagination,

Like I've described about,

You know,

Opening,

Imagining doors opening to yourselves,

Opening,

Sorry,

Imagining doors in yourselves opening to grace.

But there's another part to this,

Which is when you do these things,

Like use your imagination to bring in,

To open up to the Creator,

Understand that you will get a little bit of a temper tantrum from the ego,

You'll get a little bit of fuss for doing this.

It's like,

You know,

That expression,

No good deed goes unpunished.

It's like the ego will try to punish you,

Basically,

For moving into truth,

For taking any step into truth.

So,

You just,

This is all part of what you watch,

And you don't take it too seriously.

You just get to know yourself,

You get to know how your ego functions,

And you don't take it so seriously,

You don't believe it.

You just witness it and go,

Yeah,

Okay,

Okay,

Ego,

You know,

Do your thing,

You know.

It's a very mechanical journey that way,

That every step into truth,

Your ego will fuss.

Like,

You know,

The more committed you get to the journey,

The more interested in embodying your inner Amma,

Embodying your truth,

Embodying your true unconditional nature,

This stuff is just like dealing with a child's tantrum.

It's not a biggie,

Just pick the child up and keep doing what you're doing.

That's what Premasiddhi used to do with their children.

I just pick them up,

Put them on my hip,

And keep going.

And the touch from the hip and the walking would calm them.

I didn't battle with my boys at all when they were little.

Just like if you,

You know,

If you battle with children,

Not only it's bad for them because you're so big and you're overwhelming,

But it will just make it worse.

It's the same with our egos.

If you battle with your ego,

It will just make the fuss worse.

Just observe it,

You know,

Put your ego on your hip,

Comfort your inner child,

And just keep going.

I'm just spelling this out for clarity,

You guys,

Because with the journey and with the clearing of the emotional levels,

It can get very confusing.

So I'm wanting to show you,

Really highlight the mechanics and really highlight the truth of it,

Which is,

You know,

We're God in human form,

Here to remember that.

Here to remember it and live it and then dissolve back into our true natures.

Like a flower that blooms for a few days and then dies.

That's us.

Yeah,

So he talked about how the human being,

We're like a battery and we,

Our energy gets depleted and we have to learn to recharge.

We recharge by receiving grace,

You guys.

We recharge by remembering and feeling the love in our hearts.

Right.

So what I'm feeling right now is the love in your hearts,

In all of our hearts,

Wanting to come through this wall,

And the wall is what we think of ourselves.

It's okay,

Just shining a light on this.

The wall is our idea of ourselves,

Our smaller identity.

We're much bigger,

We're infinite.

That's it.

And,

You know,

The love can be allowed through very gently,

And it can just melt resistance.

Right.

This is why this work emphasizes the feminine face of our experience,

Because it's easiest this way.

It's gentlest,

It melts,

It's more organic.

It's organic.

It's an organic melting that can occur.

Right.

That's it.

That's it.

That's it.

That's it.

The love in our hearts,

The heat of it,

The warmth of it,

Can melt our ego walls,

The walls of who we think we are.

And just patience,

Just be with it.

And if you're not feeling it,

Still know that it's going on.

Because when you come to satsangs,

Your true nature becomes strengthened.

You are stepping up like a peaceful warrior.

You're stepping up.

You're saying,

Yes.

And so it will happen.

And it will happen at the right pace,

Gradually in some,

Faster in others.

It's wherever you are is fine.

Yeah.

That's it.

Be with your bodies,

Be in your bodies.

That's it.

It's like be in your bodies and receive grace,

You know.

You know,

So many of us try so hard.

But it's more of stepping back and receiving.

The stepping back from our storylines,

The stepping back from what we think is true,

Stepping back into our hearts more.

Right.

Yeah.

With great compassion.

You know,

So with the battery,

Coming back to the battery,

The more,

The pure hearted we are,

And the purer our thoughts,

The more we can receive grace and have our batteries filled up.

You know,

Amma,

We watch her.

You know,

She goes like,

She hugs for like hours and hours and hours and hours and hours and hours.

A newborn baby can scream 24-7.

Any parent of a colicky baby knows this.

And they can do it without exhaustion because they're so close to God.

You know,

Our fatigue,

Nervousness,

Angst,

All these things are reflecting our lack of purity where we need to embrace ourselves more.

Embrace.

Embrace ourselves.

Embrace.

Love and accept ourselves more.

These things fall away.

And you receive Hailstorm or Amma's grace.

Just noticing negative thoughts is good work.

The trouble is when we're letting them just flow without noticing,

They reprogram our unconscious with all the old stuff.

It's sort of like letting a ship go without anybody at the wheel.

And,

You know,

Finally things start going round in circles,

Which is what our minds do as well.

The important thing is keeping your,

Hitching your wagon to the star and not being too hard on yourselves.

Seeing the darkness within without fussing.

Just give it over and ask for help clearing it.

That's all any of us can do,

You guys,

Because any darkness,

As I said,

Is coming from other lives or our conditioning.

So,

It was before we were compass-mentis enough to know better.

But we're responsible to allow the healing.

We do it this life or another life.

You know,

Bruno Gröning talked a lot about the will to be healthy.

And sometimes with our illnesses,

You know,

There's payoff,

There's secondary payoff for keeping it going.

So,

Sometimes consciously we want to get closer to the Creator.

But on other levels,

We might have an agenda that wants to keep the old stuff going,

The old illness or the old mental turmoil going for whatever reason.

And it's just,

You know,

See it,

Admit it and give it over.

You know,

The way Premasiddha was conditioned,

It seemed like a big payoff to function like confused and powerless woman in a way,

You know,

Because it was what worked in my conditioning.

To be a little,

To chunk down,

To just be stupider than I was and to be,

Stay kind of ineffective and conflicted.

And Premasiddha grew out of that when she really realized that this did not work and did not bring happiness.

You know,

This observation is ongoing,

You guys.

It's like it never stops.

The observation,

The growing beyond the present,

You know,

Growing beyond where one is,

It never stops.

The whole thing is limitless.

So,

Even as Premasiddha has been talking to you,

There's been activity in my left arm,

Which is,

You know,

On my feminine side,

The arms are in reaching out and embracing.

And there's been some activity in my arm,

Which is kind of,

I don't know how to describe it,

Apart from it's a cellular experience of allowing more grace.

So,

Even as the sad things occurring,

Premasiddha is making this shift into more of an embrace of capacity and reaching out capacity.

It never stops.

This is,

You know,

The transcendental,

Transcendent body approach,

Just came as a result of me observing the experiences in my body and the connection to the emotional complexes.

And then I noticed that as these pains came up in my body at certain locations,

That it was actually,

That I was able to sort of observe the healing out of these emotional complexes by grace,

By something beyond my present consciousness,

You see.

So,

It's got a non-doing quality.

We become healed.

Grace does it.

All we do is work with ourselves to become a pure receptacle of grace.

So that our batteries can be fueled more,

That our batteries can get bigger.

Like Amma is such a generator.

I mean,

I remember standing next to her.

I've told you this.

Well,

Very close.

I was on stage very close to her just before she began hugging for her birthdays.

And I guess I was 10 feet away,

12 feet away.

I almost on some levels had trouble standing up.

The immense power that she,

It felt like she was,

You know,

Calling in,

In a way.

I can't speak for her,

But that's what it seemed like in preparation for the hugging.

I felt like I had to work really hard to stand up.

It was that palpable.

What Pramasut is talking about is palpable.

It's the reality.

It's the truth of things.

And it's to help you see.

There's a word grok,

To grok it,

To get it.

Kind of for the penny to drop.

This is the real gig.

What we think is the gig,

Which is our,

You know,

Our history as a person,

Our address,

Our,

Who our parents were or are,

Or who our children are,

Our issues,

Our need to make money,

All these things.

We think this is us.

And it's just,

It's a phantom.

It doesn't exist.

It's illusion.

This work is to help connect you,

Help you feel safe enough to connect to the truth of you.

So,

You can allow it in to your very human life.

Now,

The thing with Pramasut is,

Sort of Rapscallion life is the result is there is great compassion and understanding for all the detours.

We can get caught in all the messes.

And at the same time,

There's this,

I know you can do it.

It doesn't matter what kind of a mess you think you're in or what you've done.

It's like,

I know you can do it.

I know that you can learn to communicate,

To commune with this grace,

To commune with the truth of you.

And sometimes people don't really want to do it.

Do you know?

It's like Bruno Groning talks about the,

You know,

The need for the urge,

The will to heal.

We have to have the will to do.

And if we're in the,

We know that we don't have the will to heal,

Then we just have to be with it.

Embrace it.

Pray about it.

Whatever is going on with you,

Just embrace,

Embrace it,

Pray about it.

That's it,

You guys.

Remember,

You're safe wherever you are.

Do you know?

The whole thing will have a good ending.

You know,

It can't help it because you see,

It's all love.

So,

You know,

You'll find that you'll get through your complexes.

You'll come to this bigger understanding.

And,

You know,

Even if you're stuck and you're making very slow progress,

It's still okay because you're a divine being.

This is just a Leela.

And at some point,

You will get it and start allowing love in.

You can't help it because this whole thing is love.

So,

No matter what your ego is saying,

You know,

I've talked a lot about how kindness is accelerating.

You know,

A kind word to someone accelerates them and accelerates us because lots of times we have to break through this wall of alienation.

We all learn to put around our hearts to do it.

So,

What I find like really sad is lots of times people go around in endless focus on themselves in an ego way.

You know,

What's that word?

Ruminating.

Ruminating.

Ruminating.

Ruminating.

Endlessly locked in their heads.

Ruminating.

Ruminating.

And they forget just to hold the door for somebody,

To have a kind word for somebody,

To just express love somewhere.

And that would help them out of their self-focus and endless rumination.

I was coming out of a thrift shop a couple of days ago.

I had a big shelf thing and I was right behind two women.

And they walked through the door with no.

.

.

Lost in the world.

Not even aware I was there and the door slams on me and it's like I went,

Oh boy.

Because,

You know,

We can get so lost in our own stuff that we're not even aware,

Like physically,

That there's someone behind us.

Right,

This is.

.

.

There's this sweet kind of organic humanity.

Come back to organic humanity.

Come back to,

I would say,

Aboriginal humanity.

Just the simplicity,

You know,

Hold the door for someone coming behind you,

You know.

If your neighbor has trouble,

You put,

Take over a casserole.

Yeah.

It's very accelerating,

This organic humanity.

When you do it,

It will keep you grounded and it will keep you out of these ruminations.

Of this dark and dreary ego land.

Yeah,

Not ruminations,

Ruminations.

But it's like we get,

It's like,

Yeah,

Being paid for being in ego land now.

So,

It's all sort of heartbreaking for Premasudha,

In a way,

Because I spent so much time there myself,

Ruminating,

You know,

Which is why I got the dog and everything to help me out of it.

You can even just stop your thoughts for a bit,

You guys.

If you want to do that,

You can just stop them.

Gently,

Just stop them for a while.

You can experiment with that.

Don't do it fiercely.

You know,

In a way,

It's a forcing thing to do,

But it can be useful sometimes.

So,

I feel that we're in a bigger heart opening.

It's just sort of beginning to show itself.

And remember to participate in it.

Don't just come and listen to what I say.

Participate in this heart opening.

You know,

It's like I said,

Putting gratitude on your glasses.

Before sleep,

Reviewing your days.

Or,

As Bruno Gröning suggests,

Asking the Creator to help complete,

To heal any mistakes and to complete anything undone.

The gifts go both ways.

As I say,

I got this soothing on my arm that maybe without offering this wouldn't have happened,

You see.

So,

Whatever we give comes back to us.

Remember,

It can all take years.

It's just the staying on it that matters so much.

Picking yourself up.

Trying again.

That's it.

It's a primacy to do that in spades.

Pick myself up,

Try it again,

Because where are we going to go?

Where else can we go?

Yeah,

Good.

Good.

I'm feeling there's a gentle opening to learn.

I feel that this has helped treat your heart.

It's helped.

Sort of helped you if your head's bent.

Helped us all out of our heads.

And all the listeners who listen to the sad sayings after.

May your heart be strengthened.

May you know you are part of the Creator just as you are.

Just one,

Is there any room?

I mean,

Is there any anybody who has a question or comment just want to offer?

Maybe there's something important that has to be said or asked.

Well,

May your week be graced,

You guys.

May you feel more and more love.

Know that Premasutra holds you in great love and compassion and deep,

Deep,

Deep respect for being a human being here on the earth plane at this time.

And that there are no errors.

It's just learning.

We're just,

You know,

We're bumbling idiots.

It's like in a way,

The bar is kind of low.

Believe me,

The bar,

What human beings are capable,

It's low.

It's like anything,

Any effort,

Any extra prayer,

Any focus on the divine,

That's all a plus.

Yeah.

Okay.

Blessings,

You guys.

Blessings.
