It has been said that the longest journey is the one from the head into the heart. We are so used to our conditioning that we don’t realize that we are walking around in our head with quills stuck in our heart. The storms in our mind keep us sort of romanced by Sturm und Drang (Storm & Stress). We might even be in love with this pain in a way. Once we have really opened the door to coming into Truth, there is a point of no return. It is time to drop the games and ask for help deepening. This is a whole hearted surrender that will keep you safe on the journey. It is not safe to keep playing in our heads/egos. We are part of God, so it matters what we do. Remember you are never alone, you can always ask for help. Both coming forward helped the whole group see how the ego can function which helped us drop more into our Hearts. We all go together.
