It has been said that the longest journey is the one from the head into the heart. We are so used to our conditioning that we don’t realize that we are walking around in our head with quills stuck in our heart. The storms in our mind keep us sort of romanced by Sturm und Drang (Storm & Stress). We might even be in love with this pain in a way. Once we have really opened the door to coming into Truth, there is a point of no return. It is time to drop the games and ask for help deepening. This is a whole hearted surrender that will keep you safe on the journey. It is not safe to keep playing in our heads/egos. We are part of God, so it matters what we do. Remember you are never alone, you can always ask for help. Both coming forward helped the whole group see how the ego can function which helped us drop more into our Hearts. We all go together. May Alma give us her grace.

May the creator pour grace into us.

Remind us how much we're loved.

Fill our hearts with it.

Feel it.

Because it's surrounding us.

We're made out of it.

It's everywhere.

May we take off our dark glasses of our ego so that we can see that we see this light that we're playing in.

And so it is.

Yeah,

It's all light,

You guys.

It's very strong today about what to speak about.

And it's around what I mentioned yesterday about coming into the body and living your life from your heart,

Which means from your body.

It means listening to your soul in your body.

As well as the still small voice.

But there's something I really,

Really want to make clear before I start.

Because some of you don't realize this.

And this is an absolute truth,

What I'm telling you.

It is a truth that comes from,

It's from true reality.

It is non-negotiable,

Okay?

So,

You know,

Obviously you,

I can't say don't doubt because we all have our minds and we all have to test the information.

But may the number one thing that you test and find is true is this,

Which is if you open the doors to your soul energy,

To your true self,

And you really open those doors,

You know,

Through really wanting to live in truth,

You know,

Coming across a teacher who inspires you,

And you kind of step right across that line to engage in the spiritual journey,

You have lost your freedom to play around,

Okay?

You really have lost your freedom.

So,

What you'll find is that if you really have crossed this line into this deeper commitment,

If the,

If you try to go back to how it was for you,

Your pain will go up exponentially or the circumstances around you will start falling apart exponentially.

Yeah,

You really can't do that,

You guys.

I just want to spell it out because this is not casual work.

This is self-realizing training.

This is the hardest,

Most highest level you could possibly address.

So,

If,

You know,

If you want to play around,

This isn't the kind of work to play around in.

I really want to put a big flag there because,

You know,

This is where Premasuddha really hit trouble,

Was I came into the journey so strongly and then I reversed it.

I went,

You know,

It's sort of like the creator wasn't giving me what I wanted on my terms,

And I went,

Well,

Man,

To this whole thing.

Well,

Good luck with that.

I'll tell you Premasuddha got a wallop she never would forget.

I just really want to spell this out and not to scare you.

In fact,

It's the opposite.

It's like a safety thing.

It's like,

You know,

When you cross the street and the mom's telling you,

You know,

Cross the street and take care,

Look both ways,

And she might be very firm about it because she really,

She doesn't want,

You know,

You,

Her magnum opus,

Her great gift,

She doesn't want you squished into jelly.

So,

This is what I'm saying to you.

I don't want you to walk into unnecessary trouble.

There must be a reason why I have been,

Like,

Asked to speak about this so boldly.

Yeah,

Because sometimes,

I'll tell you,

Especially with women,

You know,

If we don't think we're very much,

We think it doesn't really matter what we do.

Well,

Sorry,

You're part of God.

So,

It matters what you do.

Yeah,

But it's not to be scared of,

But it's like,

You know,

If you if you have,

You know,

If you say you have a difficulty and you kind of refuse to deal with it,

Then what will happen is this difficulty will come again,

And it will come with greater strength.

Right.

This is where the old fear of God comes in.

You know,

Amma says in Kali Yuga,

Blessings to Amma,

You know,

For wisdom.

She says in Kali Yuga,

The only kind of thing that works on the journey is fear of God,

Because otherwise people are so deluded and out of it,

Like nothing else gets them going.

Well,

This is this premeditated story.

It was when I got that real smack from the universe.

Then I had a very kind of respectful,

You know,

Feeling toward the Creator.

It was like,

I was very clear that I wasn't,

You know,

Basically it's sort of like if you sign up for a PhD course,

If you don't do the work,

You will be refused.

You will be told to leave.

It's just the same thing.

This,

We're speaking about true reality.

You know,

This is more true than your cup of coffee on the table in front of you.

Yeah.

We don't have to be machines,

You know.

All you can do is your best.

If there's trouble and you say,

Okay,

Well,

You know,

I'm having real trouble with this,

Creator Amma.

Please slow down my journey.

Make it easier for me.

Make it softer.

Then that's what will happen.

And that's kind of all the Creator wants us to do,

In my experience,

Is just be responsible.

Responsible to our journey.

So,

Yeah,

If it's coming too fast,

Then,

Yeah,

Please slow it down.

But then you know what happens to people?

They say slow it down,

And then they get like,

Oh,

What happened?

It's boring now.

I'm not learning anything.

I want to grow.

We're so funny.

We're just so funny.

Yeah.

Yeah.

There's one very,

The reason I'm raising this is just because with our desires for control,

You see,

What can happen on the journey is somebody's unhappy,

Maybe very unhappy.

So,

They turn to the spiritual journey,

And then they start feeling better.

And so,

Then they say,

Okay,

Well,

Thanks.

I'm going to go off now and just have my happy life.

Well,

It doesn't really work like that.

I mean,

There's a level that really,

If you sign off on the journey,

If you go like,

Yeah,

I really have decided not to do it,

There's periods where you can be let go from the journey.

Right at the beginning,

When you have an opening,

If you decide not to continue,

You can move away from the journey and just kind of forget about it.

And also halfway through your journey,

There's another exit point.

And also,

Just before self-realization starts,

There's another exit point.

And there are all kinds of stories of monks say who,

You know,

They go off with a woman right at one of these points.

There was a contemporary of Yogananda's,

A friend of Yogananda's who did that,

Went off with a woman just at one of these points.

Probably it was just before self-realization.

Anyway,

But what happens is your life is never satisfying.

Ever.

Ever.

It will just turn to dust.

Yeah.

If you've turned away from the journey,

You decide it's not worth it.

Yeah.

It just won't,

It won't be fulfilling.

How could it be?

Because you turned away from true reality.

But the thing that Prama Sutta did was,

You know,

I went,

Oh,

I really want this.

And then it was,

Oh,

No,

I don't.

It's not coming the way I wanted it.

It's like,

This isn't fair.

I'm not doing this anymore.

But I still wanted,

You know,

To be enhanced by the spiritual knowledge.

You know,

This is funny because,

You know,

I can see,

I can smell ego so well because I was so encumbered with one,

Believe me.

And I feel great compassion for the whole thing.

But please,

And the thing is that if you're in pain right now,

I want you to look at whether this is part of why your pain's been turned up because you're playing with the journey a bit.

There are a couple of people who I feel are in this position.

You're kind of wanting it in your terms.

And it will never come in your terms,

You guys,

Except self-realization.

And in self-realization,

You get all your dreams coming true,

You know.

But the rest of the journey,

You know,

It doesn't come on your terms.

It just won't.

So it's better to,

You know,

Come to peace about that.

As Alma said,

I heard Alma say,

You know,

In the journey,

You can't do what you want.

But then in self-realization,

You get total freedom to do what you want.

But by that time,

You've turned into the creator.

You've lost your ego,

You see.

So what you want to do is just what the creator wants.

It's so humorous.

But there are a couple of you who are struggling with your egos.

And,

You know,

Sometimes you guys also go into,

Like,

Regret about wasted time.

And there isn't any wasted time.

No time has been wasted at all.

It had to be this way.

There are no mistakes.

There's just the weave.

There's just the weave of your life that was already preordained.

So,

You know,

And you're just getting your karma.

Yeah.

I told you that Pramasutra felt very badly for some time about that Alma came to Vancouver in 1990 to 1993.

And,

You know,

Where was Pramasutra?

I don't know.

But I never heard about Alma.

And it really bothered me for several years.

And then I thought,

Well,

You know,

It just wasn't meant to be.

And it wasn't.

Some of you don't want to be consoled.

Yeah.

You know,

You guys,

Sometimes,

You know,

There's a power in choosing unhappiness.

Yeah,

We can hold out an unhappiness out of,

Like,

The desire for control.

Like a little kid,

You know,

Like a little kid who shuts herself up in the bathroom.

Yeah.

It won't come out.

But she's not having a good time in there.

But it gives her the illusion of control.

There's one person who's in that.

Yeah.

Okay.

Now,

The other side of this,

Of this topic,

And about,

You know,

How we once the,

You know,

The career,

Once you open to the journey,

And you know,

You,

You lose your freedom.

What can happen is,

If you really open to the journey,

Your body starts becoming your best friend.

You start feeling the Creator enter your body.

You open,

You open to your true nature.

It's often some kundalini experiences will come with this.

But what happens is,

You start really lodging consciously in your body.

And it starts giving you a lot of information about everything.

Right.

Okay,

There's interest in this.

This is your ticket to freedom,

You guys.

It's your ticket to freedom to come into your bodies.

And I'll tell you,

For,

For we women with our,

Our realm as a physical,

If we're not in our bodies,

If we're not lodged in our bodies,

It causes us way more pain,

It's way,

It's kind of way more serious in a way,

Just because our realm is the body,

The physical.

Yeah,

So I want to invite you all to come into the physical more.

Because you will get such information,

Like,

You'll know when people are lying to you,

Which is very handy to know this.

I mean,

I'm,

No,

I'm putting it in kind of a negative way.

But,

You know,

Or you'll get a funny feeling about going somewhere and you don't go.

And even if you're more aware of aches and pains,

Which we would say,

Oh,

What a drag.

But actually,

You know,

These aches and pains are your complexes,

Basically,

You guys,

Whether there is a physical reason for it or not,

Anything wrong with you is a soul sickness,

Basically,

Any disease is about your relationship with your soul.

And any ache and pain is,

You know,

Basically a complex,

Putting it very simply.

So,

You can treat them as valuable information.

Even if you feel like,

I've told you that I remember feeling like 400 pounds once.

And I walked into,

One of the things I used to do for myself was,

I would do crafts for like a day or so.

I would feel terrible.

I would do some craft for a day,

And I would feel better.

And it was something that I've done from university on.

Like I'd macrame for a day and make something,

I'd feel really hugely better.

So,

In this case,

I walked into the store,

I needed a strip of leather.

And I needed exactly a yard of kind of leather string,

And I measured it out perfectly by intuition.

So,

It was like,

That was my data that I was on the right track.

I might have felt like 400 pounds,

But I chose exactly the amount of leather string that I needed.

And for me,

That was a big deal because Abraham had built his outdoor kitchens by feel without measuring anything.

I'm losing you a bit.

It's around the aches and pains in your body.

That's where you went on strike.

That's where I was saying,

You know,

It's valuable information.

You're kind of like,

Yeah,

Yeah,

Yeah.

Yeah.

It's a sacred journey,

You guys.

It's true reality,

You know.

This isn't casual knowledge.

Yeah,

I can feel this.

Part of you guys,

It's interesting.

There's a fear of power.

There's a fear of love power,

Fear of power.

Yeah,

Fear of bumping up and becoming powerful,

Even though you might look at somebody who's spiritually powerful and go,

Oh,

I really want to be like that.

But sometimes we just want to sit and listen to them.

We don't want to like do it.

You know,

Part of us didn't want to do it.

It's okay.

It's okay.

You know,

From a student's way,

I just admitted everything.

To myself,

You know.

And please do that,

You know.

Just admit stuff to yourself.

If you can't be honest with anybody else,

Be honest with yourself.

Yeah.

Right.

There's so much love,

You know,

Really,

You guys,

Like like,

It's like,

It's so warm and loving,

The truth,

You guys.

And Pramasutra is wanting you to feel it over time,

You know.

And the only way to feel it is to,

You know,

Listen and open to learn.

And let yourself be helped.

And swallow your pride.

It's like,

You know,

It's like in spiritual training,

There's no room for pride.

It's just like a love affair.

There's no room for pride at all.

And anyway,

Your teacher can see through it all.

So,

Anyway,

You're not fooling anybody.

In fact,

You're not even fooling your non-teachers.

We all see through each other.

So,

You know.

And some of you,

You know,

Asked to join the journey,

Want to join the journey,

But some of you don't know how to evolve.

Yeah.

You think you do,

But you don't.

You're still lodged in your heads and trying to do the journey from the head,

And it's not doable there.

There are a couple of you who are really like this.

Yeah.

It's okay.

It's actually why I ask people,

You know,

To get close to me enough to let me help you.

You sort of like get close enough to let me help pull the porcupine quills out of you that you didn't even know that you have.

Really,

It's like that.

For you,

It's just normal,

And for me,

I'm looking at you and go,

Oh,

I could just pull these quills out.

They could get it.

Some of you are tired.

You know,

Sometimes we get tired on the journey.

We just get like exhausted by it,

Drained,

Exhausted,

And that is actually a good point because surrender comes in there.

It's the ego getting exhausted,

And a surrender starts happening often.

Yeah.

So,

I'm seeing a picture of a whole bunch of you,

And you're standing before a door,

And there's like you can't see the floor leading up to the door,

So it all looks dark for you.

You're scared to go forward through the door,

And you're all pulled back in a huddle listening to me.

It really promises you to know that it's just really safe to come forward and step through the door,

But please don't rush.

Yeah,

Please don't rush.

You know,

If you just open a little bit more as a result of this satsang,

So that you know that you're,

Yeah,

So that this love can get through to you,

You know.

You know,

Premasudha was talking with a very dear fellow,

And I had wanted to communicate in a bigger way with him for a while,

And I just thrust my hand out hard and touched his heart.

He was very shocked.

He's from a different culture,

And you just don't do these things,

But you know with Premasudha,

It's kind of like I'm just too old to worry about it.

So I watched my hand just come out with real oomph,

And I felt this huge love come through my hand,

And this dear soul,

This dear gentleman was like shocked.

He's commobulated,

And he made a shift into love as it happened,

And the areas where he was boxed with what's allowed and what's not all shifted,

And I was like so relieved because I've spent my life trying to communicate love to people,

You know,

And it's kind of like this feeling of please get it,

Please get it,

And this time I just,

Yeah.

Hi,

Premasudha.

Oh,

Who's that?

Who's that?

Who's speaking?

It's Veronica.

Oh,

Veronica.

Yeah,

I'm on my phone.

Oh,

There you are,

Sweet one.

How are you?

Yeah.

I'm struggling with some things.

I have been falling a little bit under the category of being totally exhausted,

And I'm still not working as a nurse,

But keeping up with the house and the family and also traveling last weekend has proven to be something that's like really weighed me down,

And a lot of it,

I feel,

Is coming from my emotional state where I feel like I should be able to physically be able to keep up with everything,

And I feel a lot of guilt about it,

And because of that,

I turned again to smoking cigarettes,

And part of me,

The struggles with addiction and control,

You know,

What you were saying before about turning away from the journey,

To have something that you can hide away from,

And you know what I mean?

That struck home for me.

Well,

Sometimes we do these things,

Like smoke or drink or something,

So that we can feel like a bad girl.

Really,

The ego,

Like,

You know,

It really suits the ego.

You know what I mean?

Like,

Is that my ego talking,

Or is it divinely led that I should enjoy in this human form to smoke?

You know,

Veronica,

The thing is,

Sweet one,

The problem that premasuda has with you is you defend your heart,

So it's very hard for premasuda to get through to your heart,

Because there's a lack of trust.

Yeah,

So that's the bottom line.

That is the problem between us,

And that is attention.

Right,

And it's not anything that has to change,

Particularly.

Like,

You're beautiful the way you are,

But you're not particularly open to what I say,

Really,

In a deep way.

Right.

Right.

You really have a very kind of crusty thing around your heart,

And it will be,

Yeah,

I bet it's making you exhausted.

It will be doing all kinds of things.

Yeah,

Yeah,

And you don't want to face this.

Right,

But remember I said to you,

You know,

I said,

Spend time around me,

And you'll be through this in two years.

Not that you have to spend time around me.

You don't,

But it's kind of why I'm being so direct with you,

Because I know you really want to wake up,

And I think you're really aware of this crusty thing in front of your heart.

I think it's everywhere.

It's not just with premasuda.

I think it's between you and your boys.

It's everywhere.

Right,

Okay,

Good.

It's becoming less crusty as we speak.

This is good.

It's just admitting the truth,

You guys.

The truth will set you free,

And part of us is aware of our games,

But the trouble is,

You see,

We often feel like that we're scared the bottom's going to fall out if we move into truth.

Right,

Right.

Yeah,

So there's,

Yeah,

It's like a room,

You need more room to just feel without judging your feelings,

Without having categories for that are good,

Or you just need more space to be able to just feel.

Right,

This is good.

This is good.

You're listening.

You're listening more deeply than you ever have,

So this is good.

You're probably more at the end of your rope,

You know.

This is what we get like,

You know.

We get like,

We bang into the wall 500 times,

And we start,

Then we're open to listen.

Yeah,

Right,

And it's just love,

Sweetie.

It's like you're scared of being judged.

Like,

This is the rub,

You guys.

We didn't get love properly,

So when we open to love,

We're scared we're going to be judged.

Yeah,

And sometimes the teacher's just trying to help us,

And we just feel judged.

I really appreciate your honesty.

Yeah,

Like a really good mirror.

Yeah,

So thanks.

Yeah,

Thanks.

Thank you.

Thank you for being open.

It is what works.

It's like a deep level of seeing,

You know,

And it's like,

This is Premasuddha's gift.

I can like spot the ego.

I will tell you how your ego is getting in your way,

And it's because Premasuddha had this ginormous ego.

It's my specialty.

That's it,

Sweetie.

Yeah,

That's it.

Yeah,

Yeah,

It's maybe you're going to be able to be softer with yourself,

You know.

You know,

Abraham used to say,

Or Alma says,

If you have to do something like a bad habit,

Like smoking,

Just bless it.

Just bless it as you do it,

You know.

Bless each cigarette,

And remember,

I don't know if you're at the satsang where,

You know,

Abraham smoked for 30 years,

And he never had any symptom.

He died of,

He didn't have any,

You know,

He just came to the end of his life,

And he was in perfect health,

And he told his mate that he was going to be dying that night,

And he did.

But he would say that the judgment of the smoke,

Smoking,

Is worse than the act of smoking.

So,

If we judge somebody for smoking,

Or we judge ourselves even for smoking,

And feel guilty about it,

That's worse than actually the smoking.

That's harder on us.

Right.

Right.

Okay.

Right.

So,

So how do you feel right now,

Veronica?

I feel,

I feel more centered in myself.

I don't feel judged.

Good.

I feel more acceptance.

Yeah.

It's like you're really hoping it's there.

It's like you're a bit scared that it's,

You know,

Kind of,

Oh,

How much is really there?

Like,

Is it,

You know,

It's like somebody who's looking,

Put their whole life savings,

And they're looking for gold,

And they dig and dig and dig,

And they find a little bit of gold,

And it's like,

Oh,

Is this really going to be something that pays off,

Or is this just going to be just something that just dies away?

Yeah.

Right.

You're kind of like that,

And I can tell you that this journey is really real.

The only thing that exists is God,

And we can find it in ourselves.

And,

You know,

A lot of people your age,

We blame others,

And we either blame others or blame ourselves,

And really,

There's no one to blame.

Everybody is just doing their thing,

Coming from their lives.

They see it their way.

You know,

We see it our way.

Really,

Sweetie,

Saying a mantra is pretty much the most powerful thing we can do,

And being good to our kids,

You know.

For sure.

Yeah.

So,

How are you?

Struggling with accepting that I do only have my kids,

Like,

Half of the time.

That's hard,

Because I want to be with them more,

But I also feel like it had to be like this for,

Like,

Equal give and take measures with their dad and their dad's side of the family,

Too.

And,

You know,

I get all that,

But it's still,

Even though I feel bad,

I do understand.

Oh,

Yeah.

It's horrible,

Sweetie.

I know what this feels like,

Yeah.

But,

You see,

It stops it from being too crushing for you,

Too.

Yeah.

It is like having a village of helpers with the kids,

So,

Because they're going to be so well-rounded.

I mean,

They're already coming into themselves more and more,

And it's really cool to see.

It's really good for them.

It's really good.

Yeah.

Yeah.

They're good,

But it's hard for mama's heart,

Yeah.

Yeah.

But,

You know,

On a deeper level,

It's like the sorrow,

It's like you need to connect up with your own soul,

And that will take away the pain as well.

Okay.

Yeah.

And that would be your greatest gift to them,

If you come into your soul energy,

And then you'll be able to love them without the usual maternal attachment that gets in the way,

You know.

It makes us so scared for them,

Or we get bossy with them,

Or whatever.

Somebody,

Or one of them reminds us of Uncle Ed,

Who we didn't like,

You know,

All that stuff.

You wouldn't even,

You'd have far less of that kind of contamination.

Right.

Right.

Right.

Right.

Good.

This is good.

Good.

Yeah.

It's good.

I'm feeling,

I'm feeling a feeling like safety,

And gentleness,

And spaciousness.

It's good.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Thanks.

I feel like I cleared,

Or at least brought some lightness to it.

Right.

You made a shift.

All right.

Yeah.

You're not alone,

You know,

Sweetie.

You know,

Any teacher just sees,

You know,

They see through their own lens,

In a way,

Of through their past experiences,

And lives,

And everything,

But they're tapping into the creator,

And they,

They will have the neutrality that comes from unconditional love that can be just very accelerating.

And,

You know,

If you listen to the tips,

You can save a lot of grief.

Thank you.

Yeah.

Okay.

Good.

So,

Sweetie,

I,

This feels good to me.

You're,

I know you're,

You've been a little skittish,

And it's okay.

It's very good what you did today.

Yeah.

And I,

Veronica,

I know you're deeply sincere,

Okay?

Like,

I really know how sincere you are.

Yeah.

Mm-hmm.

Right.

And that,

I love it.

It's like that sincerity.

All of you guys,

When I feel this deep sincerity,

It just makes me want to go 500 extra miles on your behalf,

You know?

Really?

Yeah.

Okay,

Good.

Good,

Good.

Okay,

Good.

That's how it works.

Good,

Good,

Good.

There's a shift.

Good.

I feel like you're,

You're gonna shift into,

Um,

Into real knowledge.

It's very good.

I don't want to put,

I don't want to speak anymore,

In case I muddy the waters,

Okay?

I've learned sometimes it's better for promiscuity to zip it.

So,

Yeah.

Thanks for speaking up.

Renate,

Did you have something to say?

Renate?

Renate?

Renate is German,

So she'll need a translator.

Yeah.

She was from the Amis Satsang near the ashram.

I'm not really have the courage to speak,

But I'm also like the young lady,

I'm very exhausted in last weeks.

Very,

Very exhausted.

I don't know really why,

But here is always so much trouble and so much work,

And I don't like it anymore here.

Oh,

At the ashram?

Yeah.

Right.

Could you find the courage to speak a little bit,

You know,

Sweet ones?

You know,

This is a,

You know,

It's a loving place and,

You know,

Stepping forward might really help you.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I'm thankful that you,

That you asked me direct.

What shall I say?

I'm very sad also.

Amar is coming,

But I cannot really enjoy it.

I don't know why.

It is always so hard for me.

It's always a big mountains.

Right.

Yeah.

Right.

Oh,

I can feel that.

Yeah.

Right.

Oh,

Yeah.

Sweet one.

I don't know why I can feel this,

But on the other side,

I'm I thought I must see Amar on her first,

On her first place in Switzerland.

Yes.

This is also the yearning to,

To see her very,

But,

But I,

Here it is not really open.

But you can see her in,

You can see her,

Right?

You can go to Switzerland and see her as she,

She's coming to Munich,

I think.

Okay.

This is coming to us here on,

On,

On,

On our,

In our centrum.

Yeah.

In November.

But well,

But yeah,

I will see her.

Sure.

But I hope that I can see her earlier in Switzerland.

We'll do both.

Yeah.

Both.

Yeah.

I'm sure that's doable.

Yeah,

I will do.

I hope my old body is a little heavy.

Ah,

Sweetie,

You know,

I feel that your problem is you have storms in your head.

Yes.

Right.

Storms in your head.

And I think,

You know,

It keeps you out of your heart.

It,

It,

You forget to surrender.

You forget.

Yeah,

You forget Amar's message really.

No,

It's too hard.

You,

You just kept caught in these storms in your head.

And,

You know,

Everybody who's listening knows their version of this.

But Renata,

It's sad for Premasuddha to see this.

It doesn't have to be so much.

That's it.

Actually,

I'm feeling that you're,

I'm almost seeing that you're,

You're almost wanting and,

And,

And doing this,

You,

You're almost so fed up with these storms in your head that,

That you're just going to start coming into your body more,

It feels like to me.

I'll be interested to hear if you argue with me though.

I listen,

You guys,

I say this stuff and then I listen to what they say.

It's like,

Do they actually interested in doing this or are they going to argue with Premasuddha?

So,

Which is it,

Sweet one?

And it's okay to argue,

But think about like why you would argue too much.

You might think,

Well,

Maybe I'll just come into my body with Premasuddha's help,

Which is really,

It's all Amma.

Oh,

And I'm getting,

I don't want to come in my body.

That's it.

Yes.

That's it.

Yes.

Yeah.

So,

You can stay in hell if you want.

There's some others in this set saying in exactly the same place as you,

That you can stay in hell.

Premasuddha is getting,

She's getting old herself and I'm getting much smarter.

So,

I don't argue with people so much.

I let them say no and I go,

Okay,

Say no.

Have these storms in your head.

Have a happy time.

Yeah,

You're very sweet.

You're very sweet.

What can I do with the storms?

Well,

I just feel you that even talking about it is actually helping you.

It's like,

I can see that you're just falling into your body more,

Even as we speak.

Right.

And let it be so.

It's sort of like,

This is right where people will go.

They'll start arguing with me and I'm like,

Okay,

You can stay in your head,

But I've really,

I'm giving you this opportunity.

It's like,

It's coming through me.

It's unconditional love coming through me saying that you don't have to do this anymore.

You can come more into your body now.

Right.

Right.

It's almost like you didn't know you had a choice,

But you do.

You do.

These storms in your head are useless and it takes you away from Amma's energy.

It's just ego,

You know.

Just come into your body and let everybody be the way they are.

That's,

You know,

Let everybody,

I mean,

Everybody's going to be the way they are anyway.

They're not going to change for you.

I mean,

People don't change for Premasuddha either.

They change when they want to,

But you can change.

You can just relax and come into old woman wisdom,

Which is like,

You just let people be.

That's the way they are.

Right.

How do you feel right now?

It came a little down from here to here.

You understand?

Something is coming down.

Right.

This is what I saw.

Something is coming down.

Yeah.

Yeah.

This is good.

I don't know right,

But anyway.

It's very good to expose this stuff in front of a loving group because the ego dies with the exposure.

What is exposure?

Just showing it.

Just talking about it.

Talking about,

Show the others.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Letting people know.

Yeah.

Just shining a light on it.

The darkness dissolves.

Right.

It is so easy.

It's a very easy way to evolve.

It's really easy to evolve this way.

It just takes a bit of courage with speaking about it at first and courage about whether the group is really loving or not.

This is a very loving group.

Right.

You're very,

Very dear and you've got a heart of gold in there.

Right.

That's good.

I can feel it.

I can feel your heart of gold and I can feel how much you love.

That's what you're scared of.

How much you love.

This is a joke of what we're like.

We have storms in the head.

You're getting hearts coming from Rajan.

We have storms in our head to distract us from the love in our hearts.

Yeah.

You can let people be.

Right.

Pramasutra has gotten really good at letting people be.

Yeah.

Love them anyway.

See all their flaws and love them anyway.

That's what Pramasutra does.

Love them anyway.

We're all goofs,

You know.

Yeah.

Renata,

You may feel some sadness come up and just feel in the hours after the satsang,

Just feel the sadness.

Okay.

It's just separation coming up.

It's like you'll get closer to Amma this time.

Yeah.

Right.

Right.

Yeah.

Just what you're doing.

Coming down out of your head,

Coming into your body.

This grief is going to,

You're going to feel this grief of separation and when Amma hugs you,

You will be more open to let her in.

Right.

Pramasutra is very,

Very happy.

Thank you.

This is very good work.

Thank you.

Thank you so much that you asked me to.

Thank you.

And for your mail also.

Bye,

Sweetie.

Yeah.

Blessings.

Blessing.

Okay.

Is there anybody else who's got questions or comments?

Be bold,

You guys.

What are you protecting?

There's nothing to protect.

Yeah.

The journey can be so tough,

But it's so safe and it's so rewarding.

It's so rewarding,

You guys.

Such an adventure.

Sure.

And you'll always get what you need to keep you going.

Always.

And,

You know,

Believe in yourselves,

But be open to learn.

Okay.

Yeah.

You said believe in yourself,

But be open to learn.

Yes.

It's really,

Really important that.

It's like have a deep self-confidence and valuing yourselves,

But be open to learn like a child.

You guys,

Alma says the journey to self-realization is way bigger than we realize.

And sometimes I feel like,

You know,

We have to open to the enormity of the journey.

We have to open to how diluted our materialistic societies make us.

Okay.

That's kind of the key.

Please realize that your training has been teaching you that to go the wrong way.

And when you realize that,

You just go,

Okay,

I'm just open to learn.

I really don't know anything.

One of the biggest obstacles with Premasuddha communicating to people is they're,

They think they know.

And I'm like,

Okay,

Really?

Yes.

Yes.

Yeah.

And just assume that,

You know,

That you can learn more.

Just assume that there's more to learn than you think.

I'll tell you,

Premasuddha had a bad habit.

Like,

I would always think that I didn't know anything and people must know a lot more than me.

So,

In my initial stages,

I was very humble to fools who didn't know anything.

And I was following them and listening to them and it was just junk.

And I didn't even have enough faith in my own knowledge,

My own things.

I was overly humble.

So,

I had some spiritual fires about this and I got stronger.

And I,

And my faith in myself went up.

And I,

You know,

I,

It was good.

But the thing that,

You know,

When I took to Abraham,

I took to Amma,

I was really open to learn.

I really knew I didn't know.

And I think almost all of you could just become a bit more like that.

That would make it easier for Premasuddha if you just all across the board just open up,

Like,

Just,

You know,

And then take stuff that Premasuddha transmits and then test it.

And if it tests well,

Then trust more.

But you'll do it in your own terms.

I don't want anybody to push themselves.

And I kind of want to roll this back a bit and take any pressure off.

Because I don't want any of you forcing things at all.

So,

Okay.

So,

I'm just going to redo this.

Actually,

You guys,

I'm changing all that.

You're just perfect the way you are.

Premasuddha is just stepping back from all that.

Just relax.

You're beautiful.

There's no problem.

I mean it,

Though.

I mean it.

There's no problem.

Relax.

Just be yourselves.

Oh,

Dear.

That's so funny.

You see,

Premasuddha gets corrected too.

Look,

I just get corrected.

I just got a correction there.

It's like,

Okay.

Okay.

Okay.

Okay.

Yep.

You're all beautiful,

You guys.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Thank you.

Thank you for coming.

I feel your open,

Your open,

Soft hearts.

I'm just,

I feel we really came to a communion today.

It's very,

Very beautiful.

And I'm very grateful,

Very grateful to you guys.

Yeah.

Okay,

My beloveds.

See you next week.

I'll be,

Prayers are every day.

And just know you're loved,

Okay?

And you're in my heart all during the week.

All during the week.

Okay.

Bye,

You guys.

Bye.
