Embrace Your Feelings, Emotions And Intuition
It is hard to make real progress on the spiritual journey if we are ignoring the emotional aspect of our journeys. It is the inner feminine aspect that gives us the space to be able to acknowledge and accept our humanity enough to transcend it and experience the Creator within. Alas, it is this realm of emotions, feelings and intuitions that gets so repressed in our technological, mechanistic world. As we learn to allow our inner feminine more room, she will lead us to the light by embracing and accepting our human selves. Think how easy life is if a momma is loving and accepting of her children. Even if our mom was not this way, we can learn to allow the Amma inside to help us receive love and acceptance. Nothing can stop us if we really decide to awaken and receive love. Premasudha cites her own disrupted infant bonding to her distraught momma and models that basically anything can be transcended... ...If we just keep talking to the Creator/Amma and listening to our own hearts

We're calling on grace,
Amen's grace.
It's so invincible,
You guys.
This grace is the source of all you see,
Of everything,
Including yourself.
It is,
It is,
And cannot be destroyed at all.
You're surrounded by it,
You're in it,
And may your body become more and more recalibrated to drop the alienation so that you can receive this love and feel it directly in the air you breathe in every minute of your day.
And this is what these satsangs are all about,
To help you open your hearts and for your awareness to rise so that you begin to recognize and feel the fact that you are the creator.
You are the creator in human form.
Yes.
And so it is.
Welcome.
It's good to see you.
You know,
It's heating up on the earth and it's heating up in the satsangs.
You know,
For our hearts to expand so that these,
You know,
Resistances withholds melt in the highest good pace.
And it's not to,
You know,
Want to fix or have an overly strong intention for these resistances to melt.
This is part of our problem.
We start telling the creator what to do,
Telling Amma what to do.
We don't need to.
We just need to go forward as ourselves with our open hearts.
I remember taking a picture up to Amma and I really wanted her to,
You know,
Give the person of the picture,
You know,
To work with his third eye and,
You know,
Bless it,
To bless.
And,
You know,
I went up with,
Oh,
Please bless,
Bless this person.
And,
You know,
Amma kind of looked at me like,
What are you doing?
Like she,
She knew what needed to happen.
She knew,
You know,
I was asking for a blessing and this gentleman deserved a blessing.
She didn't need my extra telling her.
Do you understand?
I could have just walked up with an open heart and pass the picture to her knowing that she would bless this person.
Do you see?
This is what we do.
We get in there and we start trying to boss the creator around rather than feeling how loved we are,
How understood we are,
How we're basking in this love.
Like this is even,
You know,
Premasutra after years with Amma.
So,
Like,
I get it.
It's why I'm so patient with you guys.
You think maybe I'm not,
But I am.
Believe me,
I am.
Yeah,
But I truly,
I understand and I really want to talk today about our emotional natures because this is a stumbling block for people on the spiritual journey.
It's a stumbling block for Westerners.
And it's,
You know,
The result,
We've had centuries of female oppression.
This means that the feminine aspect of humanity gets repressed,
Which means this is the realm of emotions,
Feeling,
Intuition.
It gets repressed,
Pushed down,
Discounted,
Disrespected,
The whole works.
So,
We're walking around trying to function without it,
Both male and female.
And this is why we're so unhappy.
And you guys,
I want you to really listen here.
This is why we get stuck on the spiritual journey and nothing happens.
It doesn't go anywhere.
We don't,
We can't figure out how to get past our resistances.
It's because in our feminine,
We're pushing her down and she's the one who solves this.
She's the one who brings us into acceptance,
Who brings us into this peaceful surrender to what is.
And if our feminine is not functioning,
We don't get there.
So,
You guys,
None of this is anybody's fault.
This is the malaise of our culture.
It's just that,
You know,
We're all kind of,
You know,
We're all responsible to our souls.
And this could,
You know what,
If your feminine is being repressed,
This will come over as a should,
As a must do,
As a prescription recipe that I have to figure out.
Okay,
Don't do that.
Don't do that.
Just be here in the satsang knowing that your feminine is awakening.
It's the whole point of the satsangs in lots of ways,
To give you space,
To embrace this innocent,
Emotional,
Intuitive aspect of you.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And that's what will get done.
And you may go through periods of trying to fix and doing all that,
But increasingly you'll feel that it doesn't work and you won't play there so much.
It's just how it happens.
You grow out of it.
It's just like a seed sprouting.
You just grow into this bigger understanding.
It's part of what the years bring us over time,
You know.
We start learning how life works.
You know,
In our 20s,
We got a whole bunch of lists of what we want to happen,
And then life happens,
And we learn how to be patient,
And we learn how to put up with gradual growth.
And this happens more and more as you get older.
But I really want to somehow invite—it's like a cosmic,
A divine fertilization of your emotional understanding,
Because really the stumbling block is our emotional IQs.
And it's why we're so kind of clued out,
Why we feel like we're going around in circles,
We're not really making much progress.
Because I'm going to say it again,
This repressed,
Feminine,
Emotional aspect is the key to spiritual growth.
I've talked about how the Statue of Liberty is a female.
We come out of illusion through the feminine aspect of our personalities.
So,
If you're not allowing your feminine inside to function,
You're going to have trouble finding freedom.
And we're in this era where,
I'm saying it again,
It's like this repressed feminine energy.
You know,
The thing which made me feel sort of shamed for so long was that I was spending my life focused on this emotional material and getting no feedback or support from the outside world at all,
Except the divine always made sure that I had enough physical support.
And enough,
I don't know,
Good things that happened to me that kept me going.
But Prema Sutta has spent her whole life looking at this emotional realm up close and personal.
And that's what I speak to you from and wish to teach you from.
But because it's downgraded and not respected,
Sometimes it's not received.
But it's the key.
It's like the child will come through the birth canal.
If you decide the birth canal is dirty and not okay,
How can the child be born?
This is our problem.
Because we think lots of times women will have their true feminine nature,
They'll be ashamed of it.
And this will be going on in men too.
And it's why Superman,
Kryptonite,
Man of Steel,
And Kryptonite,
Which is the color of the heart chakra,
Reduced him to a puddle.
This was so scary.
Oh no,
Oh no.
And you know,
Sometimes men have to be reduced to a puddle before they find their true nature.
And they don't like this.
And I get it.
Because we're all men.
Well,
Actually,
Everybody's taught to be a Man of Steel now.
We're all supposed to be Superman.
Yeah.
This is,
You know,
It gets down to the primal level.
But like I was talking to with Gerald yesterday,
It's like our problems get solved at the instinctive level.
Like our problems with support,
Self-support,
Get solved in an organic way when we go down to the instinctive level.
The other pole at,
You know,
It's either we either do the instinctive level or we do the mechanical level.
And our culture is doing the mechanical level.
It's getting more and more mechanistic,
More and more controlled,
More and more.
But this will finally end.
I mean,
It doesn't go anywhere good.
The instinctive level,
It connects you with Mother Nature and it connects you to the Creator.
Both.
So just play there.
This is what Prama Sutta did.
This is what Prama Sutta teaches.
And I deeply understand,
You know,
That it's something to bring this in.
But,
You know,
We don't really have a choice.
Because,
You know,
If we keep going,
The culture will tank and we'll all be thrown into our instinctive natures to solve it.
Do you understand?
Like,
It's not avoidable.
I mean,
If our currency goes south,
You know,
We're going to be in the instinctive level.
So if you're equipped to live this way,
You're going to do a lot better than the people that have been running from it.
Now,
Maybe that won't happen,
Or maybe it will be in 20 years or whatever.
It's the most important thing is to realize that,
You know,
You're responsible to the Creator inside you,
To the God inside you.
And if you just play there,
You will be safe.
I promise you.
You know,
When I talk about Prama Sutta with my mom having this nervous breakdown,
And I would,
Okay,
And I've told you,
These memories surfaced from bodywork with Abraham,
Right?
Three people working on me.
I had six hands.
My mind could not keep track of whose hand was where.
And I suddenly was this baby,
And I was getting all this information.
And one of the things I got was,
As soon as I could crawl,
I would go into the dining room and rock against the walls.
Okay,
Now any psychiatrist or psychologist would say,
That person is going to be absolutely crippled for life.
Emotionally crippled,
Under-functioning in a major way.
And look at Prama Sutta.
It's the opposite.
This is what I'm talking to you about.
It's like,
You hold on to the Creator,
You hold on to your instinctive knowledge,
Your instincts.
You hold on to like an attitude of self-compassion.
You'll be brought out of all the conditions.
So,
Many of you use your stories.
You go,
Oh,
Well,
This happened to me.
This happened to me to explain the box you're in.
It's like,
If Prama Sutta had done that,
I'd be probably in a mental institution.
And I want you to see the enormity of where this knowledge comes from,
You guys.
In the hopes that,
Not for a focus on Prama Sutta,
But in the hopes that you will get it and realize that you can trust.
You can trust and that this is a sure-footed way to proceed in a dangerous time.
And all you have to do is just listen and contemplate things,
Like let things bubble up,
Like step back from your thoughts a little bit so that your soul can talk to you.
This is what I'm wanting,
For your soul to talk to you,
For you to make room.
So,
Many of you,
You're thinking so much.
You just drown out the soul.
Just step back.
Make some room for some insights.
Make room for problem-solving.
Like,
You know,
Insights to help you problem-solve,
Or,
You know,
Just a direct illumination.
You know,
When Amma hugs us,
She's giving us unconditional acceptance.
And this is what Prama Sutta is giving you through energetically.
Yeah,
Truly,
It's there.
This is why people on the prayer page get better.
Like I said,
Not everybody,
But it's like sometimes the prayers are just seeding the future for something to happen there.
But this is unconditional love coming to you guys.
Don't underestimate it.
When I talk about,
You know,
Really,
Prama Sutta,
Like crawling,
Rocking against the wall,
There was,
The bonding was just so screwed.
But,
You know,
In my transformation,
I bonded to her fear and emotional chaos.
Like,
You guys,
I want you to realize that the normal thing that would happen to somebody like that is they would not be able to proceed,
Function in life well at all.
So,
What's the magic ingredient?
And this magic ingredient is what I teach and transmit to you.
It's a transmission that can bring you into more self-acceptance,
A spaciousness,
A willingness to just be with what is beyond the nya-nya-nya-nya-nya of your minds.
Nobody's in trouble.
Please,
Please,
The opposite,
The opposite.
It's Prama Sutta loves you so deeply.
It's,
You know,
Really the love coming through Prama Sutta loves you so deeply.
That's more,
That's kind of more it.
It's like Prama Sutta is just kind of a helpless hostage to the love coming through me for you guys.
And I'm a happy,
Helpless hostage.
Oh,
There we go.
Alliteration of H.
Happy,
Helpless hostage.
I am.
Yeah.
Right.
And I deeply,
Deeply understand the journey of what it's like.
And all of us,
We come in with our life patterns.
Like,
You know,
We could have a life pattern where we were here primarily to help our sister,
Say.
There's somebody in our family.
And that was,
You know,
Some kind of karmic payback.
And that was the point of our existence.
And that's what we would be doing no matter what.
And in that situation,
Our personal spiritual growth might have quite a ceiling on it that was meant to be there so we could pay back our sister.
Do you see?
Like,
Your journeys cannot be judged.
Please get this.
All Prama Sutta is doing is,
She's fulfilling her life dharma,
Which was to do this.
So,
Because it is for me to do this,
I'm doing it.
Or it's been done through me.
All I said is,
I'm willing.
Okay,
That was Prama Sutta's big step.
I went,
I am willing.
And so,
It happened.
And it is happening.
It's good.
It's interesting.
It's like,
As a group,
I'm getting this that you're very clean.
That's very interesting.
A clean group.
It's like,
There's not much secondary agendas.
There's not much deep,
Dark game playing.
You're clean.
You're wanting to grow.
You're here.
That's it.
It's good.
And everybody's got human imperfections.
Even spiritual masters have them.
If we're on the earth plane,
We're growing.
You know,
Nobody has all sown up on the earth plane.
Maybe Amma.
But,
You know,
Maybe Amma wouldn't think so.
Who knows?
Prama Sutta is wanting you to receive permission to feel your emotions.
Feelings and emotions.
And then,
Just embrace them.
Don't argue or try not to argue.
You know,
If you get a big burst of something unpleasant,
Just,
You know,
As much as you can,
Step back and watch it.
Like,
Be in it,
But part of you watching it.
Going,
Maybe you go,
Okay,
Here is what Prama Sutta was talking about.
It's happening.
Who knows?
Maybe you'll be that present.
The thing about the emotional realm that makes it challenging is these emotions come and we're asleep in a second.
We're caught in the trauma.
We're caught in the pattern.
We lose our awakeness.
So,
It's hard to handle.
You have to,
You know,
Sometimes you have to wait till this emotion has just flooded you and you've been totally lost in it till you recover yourself enough to be able to witness.
It's the hardest thing,
Prama Sutta feels,
You know.
Because when the emotions come,
It's like one of those dark,
Rainy days and it just seems like our whole life is a mess and we're making no progress.
What's the point?
And then,
You know,
We have a dream or make a shift or something happens in the outside world and we're back into a sunny day and a feeling of a competence that we understand enough to continue our lives.
You can all outgrow your patterning.
This is what I'm wanting to,
You know,
If you've got the will,
If you've got the courage,
Nothing can stop you.
So,
You know,
You could imagine,
Theoretically say,
The levels of fear and abandonment that Prama Sutta's had to allow to clear that would be a repeat of this neglected infant who was abused by my older brother.
Not sexually,
But like he would just beat me up even as a little one because he had these encephalitis that left him with this disrupted brain waves.
You know,
The reason I just,
It's like not a claim to fame on Prama Sutta's part as much as like I'm going like,
It's all healable.
And sort of don't argue with me about this.
Just get on to the healing.
Yeah,
Right.
I caught your eyes there.
Yeah.
It's a little like,
Hello.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Busted.
Like,
You know,
Okay.
Okay.
And this kind of increasingly no nonsense,
It's just coming direct from the creator.
It's just,
It's just grabbing me,
You guys.
I have no choice but to be like this.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I know a lot of you are going to come with me.
I know a lot of you are going to like,
Get it.
And you know,
Even if you don't get it in your consciousness,
You can get it unconsciously.
It can be speaking to a part of you that is awake.
And that part of you will be strengthened,
Reinforced,
Enhanced.
And even that part in your subconscious will start helping you more.
This is how it works.
This is why it's not,
You know,
The spiritual journey isn't just a to-do list or it's this weave.
So,
Something is activated in your unconscious and it starts working deep down inside you.
It starts opening to light.
Okay.
And actually this is in fact happening.
I can feel it in you guys.
And the reason it's happening is because this is truth and this is my dharma.
Like,
It's the creator coming through me.
So,
It gets results.
I'll tell you,
It gets results.
Although we're human and we have these bodies,
So change has to be gradual.
You know,
It has to be gradual in order for us to stay stable.
But when your unconscious is activated,
I'm seeing this light go on with you guys in your unconscious.
It starts helping you.
It's like the elves and the fairies who help the the heroine in the fairy tales solve problems while she sleeps.
This is what this reflects.
You see,
Your evolution is not in your shoulders.
You just have to say yes or no and mean it.
And then that's the path that will be manifested for you.
It will be manifested out of you,
For you.
Everything that happens to you is being manifested out of you,
For you.
You're not a helpless victim at all.
It's the opposite.
You're doing it all.
Yeah.
And so,
As you realize this,
You just see that you have the freedom,
Kind of a spacious freedom,
To do something else,
To allow something else,
To play in different thoughts,
If you have to play in thoughts at all.
Whatever will just happen organically.
Just more expanding your mind.
You know how I've talked to you about that Himalayan master who achieved mastery at 91 and then lived to be 150.
And then I talked about how one of my,
You know,
The people I work with,
Sort of all over the world,
One of them in India,
Is a master who walks in the Himalayas,
Who's 95 and smokes.
Well,
There's a book,
Women of Power and Grace,
And I think it's by Tim Conway.
I'm not sure.
He's got a PhD.
Not sure if he's the author,
But it is a very reputable book,
And he cites eight or nine spiritual giants,
One of which is Amma.
And there are all kinds of women in this.
Such different ways to reflect the Creator.
This book,
You know,
Is one of those books that if you read it and then you read it in two years,
You'll see completely different things in it.
It's a very,
Very powerful book,
You guys.
The author's soul was in it.
Anyway,
There's this woman who was an Arabian from the Arab states somewhere,
And she was a princess.
This is 1800s or so,
In that world,
And I don't know where it was,
Middle East somewhere.
She was to marry this guy who'd been chosen,
And the day before her marriage,
She crawls out of this palace and she goes AWOL,
Just on her own.
And this is a woman in the Arab states,
You know,
In the Middle East,
Just on her own.
I mean,
This is just…anyway,
She's about 18,
I think.
So,
She has this life where she walks,
She walks all around.
And there's even,
I don't know,
She comes,
I don't know what mountain ranges there are around there,
Where she was,
But she crossed this mountain range.
And there's a point where she was buried alive by a group of bandits,
Or a group of ruffians.
Buried alive.
She got out.
This woman studied,
She,
You know,
Walked all over the place,
Studied with masters,
Kind of had this itinerant life,
Achieved enlightenment at 64 or 65.
Which,
When I read it,
I thought,
Oh,
That's so old to achieve enlightenment.
It's like,
Oh my goodness.
But anyway.
Then she kept walking around,
And anyway,
She settled somewhere.
It's been a while since I read the book.
So,
She settled somewhere under a tree,
And she sat there for decades.
And all around her,
Everything developed,
Came up beautifully,
And people would sit in front of her.
And she finally died at 140.
Yeah.
It is very fluid,
What can happen to us.
We Westerners have to just,
You know,
Take this dark reductionist helmet off our heads.
Truly.
This dark reductionist helmet is insanity.
It's just,
It's insanity.
It's like beliefs in cause and effect that have no value.
It's like diluted.
It's like,
I'll tell you what we Westerners do.
There's a study that,
Do not,
About,
If you paint children's nurseries yellow,
They cry more.
Okay?
So,
It's like,
Don't paint this thing yellow.
Okay,
So that's like one of our things,
Okay?
But the deeper truth behind this is yellow is the color of communication.
So,
The solar plexus,
The communication,
Communion.
So,
A child would cry more.
They're communicating.
It's like we just get so linear.
We go,
Oh,
The color's yellow.
Don't use that.
But the bigger understanding,
The bigger meaning behind it,
We don't get.
It makes us really stupid.
And this is this downgrading of the emotional world,
The intuitive world,
The feeling world,
Because that world brings a bigger expanded knowledge to our concrete reality.
It's like when you really have allowed your emotions,
Your intuitions and feelings,
You get data that will explain things like why yellow,
Why kids cry more.
So,
You decode your concrete life,
Your life in the concrete in a really helpful way.
You see to the heart of the things.
You see to the root of the problem.
You function much better at a much higher level.
Now,
This takes training and practice,
And it can be very scary at first to know what you know.
It's sad,
But it's like,
You know,
There's a story about scientists saying that,
You know,
If you pick up the baby when it's crying,
You know,
The baby develops much better.
Brain development,
Everything.
And so I'm going,
You know,
My comment was like,
It's sort of sad and odd that we need scientific studies before we just admit what everybody knows in their hearts.
And then the thing that's sadder and odder is this news.
Scientific studies have been saying this for 50 years,
And it's still being treated like new news.
Okay.
The reason it is,
Is because we're standing on this wall of alienation.
We keep doing these studies.
They keep saying,
Come on,
Bond,
Bond to your children,
Bond to mother nature.
And we keep standing on this wall of alienation going,
Well,
I'm not 100% convinced yet.
And it's like,
Okay.
But really,
That's what you guys are doing.
You know,
A lot of you are standing on the wall of alienation.
So,
You're always ambivalent,
Always not sure.
You have to side with your heart.
Yeah.
If Prema Suddhod stayed on the wall of alienation,
I'd probably be in a mental institution,
You know,
Or a very like homeless person.
This is how real it is.
And you guys,
You know,
There's a realness to your lives.
You're not,
You know,
You're here to awaken.
You're here to let yourself be real.
Yeah.
It's not a trivial thing.
The main thing I want,
Well,
Not even that,
The main thing that would be wonderful to happen,
That Prema Suddhod is hoping for,
Is that when you wake up in the morning,
That you feel more just embraced.
Mm-hmm.
Just allowed to be.
Just okay with yourself.
And if you're having troublesome thoughts or feelings or emotions,
To be able to just just remember that it's passing.
It's not permanent.
It's passing.
And to be able to put your arms around yourself,
Truly in acceptance,
Just like picking up a crying baby.
The baby stops crying.
That's it,
You guys.
When you do that,
When you really pick yourself up,
When you really put your arms around yourself,
You'll get the scent of peace.
You'll get a feeling of peace wanting to come in.
You might feel it.
You might feel the peace.
Or you might feel it wanting to come.
That's it.
That's it.
Good.
And remember,
When you turn to love and honor yourself,
Don't look for a peanut gallery to praise you.
Just don't.
Yeah.
It's sort of like trying to fit in with the people who are three feet high when you're six foot high.
Why would you do that?
Hang out with the people with no.
.
.
It's a bad example.
But you know what I'm talking about.
Yeah,
There's no safety.
You know,
One of the things premasutas found in this is that there's so few people really talking about the emotions and the feminine side of things that premasutas get misunderstood even by high-level spiritual people in ashrams.
And at the same time,
Premasutas often get really well understood by just the ordinary person who has a common sense and a matter-of-fact attitude.
Because although this.
.
.
I'm speaking from this understanding,
It's just so human.
And you see,
We have to accept our humanity in order to grow.
And this is what virtually all of you stumble over,
And I get it.
But we're in this period where we're disrespecting our humanity.
It's with disrespecting Mother Nature,
Disrespecting the feminine aspect of our human polarity.
And you know what's going to happen?
You know what I think?
What will happen is the things get so polluted that there'll be real problems with birthing children.
And as this happens,
It'll be like the human race will be overwhelmed with,
Boy,
We need to take better care of women.
And also,
What I'm thinking is,
I'm wondering if there's not going to be a whole bunch of babies born to unstable mothers at this time who have just overwhelmed,
Losing their ground,
Not functioning well.
And there'll be many experiences like what premasuta had.
Truly.
This is why premasuta is so no-nonsense.
It's like,
Hello?
Yeah.
You know,
One of the things that I've found is that now,
Over the last five years,
There's almost a growing relief at this kind of teaching.
Premasuta gets a lot of comments and input from people like,
Oh,
I'm so glad somebody's saying this.
And this is where this knowledge came from.
I would feel uncomfortable.
And really,
Listen,
You guys.
I would feel uncomfortable feelings and emotions.
I would be with them.
I would feel them.
I would embrace them.
And they would dissipate,
And I would get the insight or the knowledge that that uncomfortable emotion was covering up.
Do you understand?
These emotions,
Our uncomfortable emotions,
Are part of our ego.
And when we feel them,
We get the gold of our soul coming in.
And that's where this knowledge came from.
It was this endless cleaning,
Healing,
Embracing,
And receiving the insights.
And that's where this knowledge base came from.
And about the body that I teach you,
The meaning of the body,
All of this came from putting my arms around my emotions,
And then also just making space to receive insights from the Creator,
From Mama.
Well,
I can feel you guys being in overload.
It's like,
Oh,
Okay.
It's a lot.
This is a big,
It's a big sad thing.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So,
You know,
When we have an agenda,
Like we need to get a job,
Or we,
You know,
We want to develop in our career,
Or anything like a nuts and bolts goal,
You know,
Watch it.
Because of our culture that we're pushing down the feminine,
We tend to manipulate ourselves.
We will,
Well,
It's like parenting books.
They're about really how to manipulate your children into behaving in certain ways.
Nobody's talking about just deeply loving children.
Or,
You know,
With self-help,
We'll get like,
Well,
Do this,
Do that,
Do this for this outcome.
It's all manipulation,
You guys.
You know,
The people who know most about the human emotions,
Everything,
Are the advertising people,
Because they're using it to sell things.
So,
Come back and embrace your full emotional nature.
Watch any agenda about,
You know,
You're upset about winning a job,
Or whatever,
Or whatever,
Your arms around it.
And gradually,
It will get solved,
If you do that.
If you stop trying to fix it.
But,
You know,
You might have to watch yourself trying to fix.
The bottom line is we're animals.
So,
You know,
When we lose our cave,
Or our food is,
You know,
There's a threat to it,
We get an instinctive response that's non-negotiable.
It cannot be fixed.
And it is what helps us solve the problem.
Because without this instinctive emotional response,
We would just quietly starve to death.
So,
Gerald,
Don't think in terms of getting a job.
Think in terms of your dharma.
Think in terms of how the universe wants you to handle this period.
Go up.
Go up.
That's it.
You guys,
That is how Prama Sutta solves things.
I didn't,
I mean,
I had a problem,
But I'd go like,
How do I walk through this?
What am I learning?
Show me the big picture.
Don't try to be perfect,
You know.
My boys talked about,
John said,
Mom,
You know,
Every six months you'd get worried about money.
It was like clockwork.
Then it would just get solved.
And then over and over stuff got solved.
I got more and more and more and more trust.
Focus on your dharma,
You guys.
Go up.
Go high.
We're not,
You know,
Amma talks about,
We're not animals.
It's like,
Well,
We are animals.
This is a thing.
But one part of us is,
But the other part is divine.
So,
You know,
We don't want to just focus on food and shelter.
We've got the meaning.
We have to bring in meaning.
Make room for meaning.
If after this satsang you are just even a fraction freer to be yourself,
That would be a wonder.
But with all of you guys,
Everybody here,
I see this light going on in your subconscious.
So,
That will illuminate and you will get more information about yourself coming up gradually.
You can't rush this stuff.
And guys,
Please,
The more you step back from your thoughts,
The more your soul can get through to you.
So,
Abraham used to talk about,
You know,
Being like a cow chewing the cud,
Just being a bit vacant.
And then the insights can come.
Because as long as you're like on the merry-go-round of your thoughts,
There's no room for any insight.
In fact,
You'll find out that just when the soul is on the move,
The ego feels it and your mind will start spinning with thoughts,
Uncontrollable thoughts,
Just spinning.
And it means that your soul is moving,
That you are moving into a breakthrough.
And don't panic.
Just let your mind spin.
Just be with it.
Spin away.
Yeah,
Your soul is on the move.
And just hearing this,
You guys,
Hopefully will give you more room to accept and make the shift faster,
Rather than spending six months with spinning thoughts.
Maybe,
You know,
You'll have a day of them.
Or maybe if your thoughts have been spinning,
That after the satsang,
You'll find that you're in more peace.
You're in more peace because there's light going on in your subconscious.
I can feel it in everybody.
You know,
There's a real grace coming to all of you guys.
I can feel it in whoever listens to this satsang after.
Right.
It's very good.
It's the time.
It's the time.
It must happen now,
Truly.
Does anybody have any questions or comments?
Hi,
Pramasutha,
Saskia.
Yeah,
Saskia.
I just wanted to thank you.
This all made so much sense to me.
And I feel like,
You know,
You gave me that picture of walking with my rubber boots through the mud.
And I feel like I can take off my rubber boots and I'm in a garden now.
It makes perfect.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's how it happens.
Exactly.
So,
Thank you.
Well,
Blessing.
Thank you for receiving it.
Thank you for coming.
It's like,
You know,
You need the person with arms out,
Need some people in them.
Dog.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Good.
But that's exactly,
We go through periods where we feel like we're walking through the mud and we move into this acceptance.
And then it's the garden.
It's the Garden of Eden,
Really,
That happens.
It starts happening more and more.
And you know you're bumping up.
You can feel it.
It's non-negotiable.
You just know you're rising in vibration.
And then,
You know,
When the heaviness comes again with the next step,
Just put your arms around it and just keep doing it over and over.
It's like child rearing,
You guys,
Over and over,
Over and over.
Same thing.
Same thing.
Yeah.
This is why,
You know,
With God,
God the Father,
God the Mother,
Because it is exactly like that.
We're so loved.
We're so embraced.
Has anybody else got anything?
Well,
You guys,
It's a joy.
It's always a great joy.
It's,
You know,
Gives Premasiddha's life great meaning,
Color,
And enhancement that we can do this,
You know,
And that you are,
You let me reach you so deeply.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And there's great understanding about what it's like.
But,
You know,
It really is true.
God exists.
And Premasiddha is,
You know,
She walks around really quite deliriously happy so much of the time.
And I'm going,
You know,
Who knew?
You hear about this.
You hear about this,
The bliss and everything.
And it's like,
It is really true.
And this little kid that I was,
Like,
Distraught little young one,
It's like,
Nothing can stop us.
Even with that patterning and my brother beating me up all the time.
It was like,
It was like a war zone,
You guys,
Emotionally.
It can all be transcended.
And the great gift is,
This is why it's like,
It's really,
How do I put it?
You know,
When I would be working with people and say I was giving a massage,
And one person started to throw up,
I remember,
And Premasiddha had no fear,
None at all.
I just knew that love was going to solve this.
Nothing could happen on the table that was beyond what love could handle.
And as I shifted into that,
She stopped throwing up.
Right.
Because you guys,
Therapists actually can get scared by what the client brings.
If it's something the therapist has not sort of conquered in themselves,
Dealt with,
The therapist will go into fear and will respond in fear,
Which makes it difficult for the client.
That's why you need to choose a wise therapist.
But the point of what I was saying with this example really is that love and trust,
You can just develop love and trust to take you through all challenges.
Okay,
That's really good.
Oh,
You guys,
That's really good.
There's another big shift there,
All of you.
You'll either be conscious or unconscious.
Yeah.
All of you feel more equipped for the journey.
That's so funny.
Okay,
You guys.
Blessings,
Blessings,
Blessings.
Okay.
See you next week,
Hopefully.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you for coming.
Thank you.
