You've probably heard the word karma thrown around a million times.

She got what she deserved,

That's karma.

I must have done something bad in a past life.

Careful,

Karma will catch up with you.

But what if I told you that karma is not punishment.

It's not some cosmic revenge system.

It's not a judge in the sky keeping scores of your sins.

The truth is much more profound and freeing.

In this session,

We're going to explore what karma really is,

How it's created,

How it's created,

And how you can consciously clear it.

Let's dive in.

The word karma comes from the Sanskrit root kri,

Meaning to do.

So karma simply means action.

But deeper than that,

Karma is cause and effect.

Every thought,

Word,

Action,

And even intention sends out a frequency.

And that frequency must return to you,

Not as punishment,

But as feedback for your soul's evolution.

The universe is always seeking balance.

So if you create a distortion,

A ripple in the field,

The field brings you an experience that helps you see,

Feel,

And eventually heal it.

It's not personal.

It's a mirror.

You hurt someone,

You may feel the same hurt.

You manipulate,

You may be manipulated.

That's karma.

It's the law of balance,

Not judgment.

So where is karma actually created?

Most people think it's just from actions.

But karma starts before action,

In your intentions,

Thoughts,

And feelings.

Let's break it down.

Number one,

Intention.

According to Buddhism,

Intention is the seed of karma.

If you do something harmful,

But your intention is pure,

Like protecting someone,

The karmic impact is different.

Intentions hold polarity.

They magnetize your field toward love or separation.

Number two,

Thoughts and feelings.

Even if you never act on them,

Hateful thoughts or suppressed emotions can ripple into your field.

In the law of one,

Every thought is an energy exchange.

And your emotional patterns,

Fear,

Pride,

Guilt,

Create blockages in your energy centers.

That's karmic distortion too.

Number three,

Actions.

Of course,

Actions matter.

They crystallize what's inside you.

They echo your internal state into the world and shape your outer reality.

So karma isn't just what you do,

It's how and why you do it.

It's your entire energetic fingerprint.

Let's take it even deeper.

In the law of one,

Karma is referred to as balancing of distortions.

Whenever you act in a way that goes against the law of unity,

Like manipulating others,

Infringing on free will,

Or operating from fear,

You create a distortion in your field.

That distortion must be balanced,

Not by punishment,

But by offering you the opportunity to make a different choice next time.

You have acted in confusion?

Here's the mirror.

Will you act in love now?

That's karma.

But the real magic is in how it ends.

Forgiveness is the reset button.

When you forgive another or yourself,

You collapse the karmic loop.

Why?

Because you're no longer holding on to distortion.

You've released the charge.

You've integrated the lesson.

No external event is needed to teach you anymore.

You've learned it through love.

Let's zoom out.

Karma isn't there to trap you in endless lifetimes of suffering.

It exists to wake you up,

To help your soul return to wholeness,

To remember who you truly are.

Not the personality,

Not the pain,

But the divine consciousness behind it all.

Every karmic relationship,

Trigger,

Betrayal,

Heartbreak,

Every difficult moment that seems unfair or unjust is an invitation to grow in compassion,

Truth,

Power,

And peace.

Karma is not your enemy.

It's your teacher.

But once the teaching is received,

You're free.

So how do you clear karma consciously?

1.

Awareness.

Notice your patterns.

See what keeps repeating in relationships,

Finances,

Health,

Identity.

Ask,

What is life trying to show me?

2.

Responsibility.

Not guilt,

Not blame,

Just radical ownership.

This is in my field.

I have the power to respond differently now.

3.

Compassionate action.

Heal the imbalance.

Serve where you once took.

Give love where you once withheld.

Speak truth where you once manipulated.

4.

Forgiveness ritual.

This is the most powerful.

Close your eyes.

Call the person,

Event,

Or part of yourself into your awareness.

Speak to them or to yourself.

I release you.

I forgive you.

I bless you.

I set us both free.

Do this until the charge dissolves.

Until only peace remains.

You're not a prisoner of your past.

You're a creator of your future.

And karma is not here to punish you.

It's here to purify you.

To help you evolve into your highest light.

Every moment is a choice.

Repeat the old or choose again.

Choose love.

Choose integrity.

Choose peace.

And in doing so,

You stop the wheel.

You become the one who sees,

Who heals,

And who walks forward free.
