How often do we check with ourselves what's present,
What's alive?
We are very good at ignoring what's,
Not ignoring but you can say avoiding,
Because ignorance can be conscious but avoidance is unconscious,
Is neglecting something which needs to be caught or you can say which you can become aware of and so that it can move,
It can release,
It can flow through.
And many times this awareness is enough,
So whatever is going on for you just acknowledging what's happening is enough many times.
Sometimes the next step comes in which is that you feel something and then you release it or that you reflect upon it and that could be part of the process too when it's something more you can say deep but most of the times just simple awareness of what's happening for you is enough and that in itself you will notice how clear you feel because a lot of times the suffering or the struggle that we feel is mostly about confusion and when we're clear,
When there's clarity of being then there's a sense of relief because the mind controls it all.
When the mind is tense,
When the mind is not relaxed,
When the mind is confused then everything is a problem then and when there is this ease in the mind,
When there's clarity then yeah you're just kind of chilling even though there may be some things happening,
Even though there's chaos,
There may be peace from inside and that is what we want to abide in most of the times as much as possible in our lives so if we take a moment to just stay present with ourselves whatever is going on that is what mastery is simply being aware without judging,
Without indulging in the story so take a moment right now see if you have been avoiding something to face,
To become aware of,
To admit and that is the transparency,
That is the honesty,
That is the authenticity that you have with yourself.
If you have that then the relationship with yourself is clear there's no confusion in that relationship what is happening for you so it's like communicating with yourself really just like you would communicate in a relationship what is present for you,
You do it with yourself and that is the simple practice that develops that clarity of mind and peace of mind comes with it because even though maybe there is no resolution right now for you something's happening in life and you know you will find out what will happen but in this present moment if you acknowledge,
If you become aware,
You accept and if you become transparent with what is true for you what is alive for you what is present for you then in that moment it is okay because you have just released the resistance,
Avoidance and you're fine and that opens the door for further clarity,
Further intelligence,
Further insight that you may need from there or maybe all you needed was just acknowledgement and then you let it go.
So each situation or each moment could be different but nevertheless it all starts with the same process which is awareness I am aware because awareness really is power like what is true power awareness is power and this power is is the one that really sets you free no other power in the world could be any kind of power is fleeting or dependent on something but awareness is independent it's always there and that gives you the true power because you're on top of yourself that's the sense of power that nobody can give you and you have always access to it if you do this process that I'm talking about which is being honest with yourself being present with yourself and once you're doing that don't further do anything about it unless there's something that comes up okay I need to take action on it sure then do it but unless it is coming through you you can simply become aware and instead of further indulging in it further making stories about it that's it you stop right there after becoming aware fine I'm yeah like I'll just admit it because the the problem is really the resistance or the avoidance that's all that that's that will keep it in the loop because it's trying to get your attention but you're avoiding it and then it keeps coming back keeps coming back keeps coming back and that's the loop of you can say suffering the loop of not feeling powerful of where your attention is going because your attention doesn't want to go somewhere but it keeps coming back so then you feel like a victim but if you acknowledge and then allow it to be released then it goes away and if it comes back you do the process again like okay let me just become aware of it and not get identified with it not get sucked into it and this is the daily practice everyday practice which if often repeated brings you to everyday clarity everyday peace everyday freedom and power as I said so let's just take a minute to acknowledge to ourselves and feel into ourselves really this is the process like we can't just be mental about it we have to just give it that space and this is your space right now to be transparent with yourself to be naked actually with yourself feel yourself see in today's world it's harder to do that because we have the next dopamine hit from social media from whatever comes up like there's so much entertainment there's so much stimulation get no time difference you can right now grab your phone gadget or device and start to entertain yourself start to not be present with yourself and sometimes it's okay because you just want to relax and you want to scroll but often it also becomes an avoidance mechanism so that is why when you come to presence here right now if you don't give yourself any other option but to be with me then you're doing it and you can do it by yourself as well but this is a good opportunity and with presence comes aliveness like right now the more present you are the more alive you feel and this is the part where deeper insights or deeper intelligence can come through you as well that's why i said it gives you also clarity and there's no other way but to come back to more you can say positive or loving thoughts because that's your true nature so whenever you take the time to be present slow down become aware then the automatic mode of going to some negative loop stops and you come back to your essence you come back to your true nature and you will see that even though some negative thought or whatever judgments come up they will be defined they will be you can say washed away by love just because you're taking the time to be present with yourself and automatically you're coming back to love you don't have to try you don't have to try to think positive thoughts or loving thoughts you're simply being present with what is without indulging in it without making stories out of it without judging simply being present the next thing you know you're thinking the true thoughts that you would think if you were pure and you are pure in your essence which is why when you're coming back the true thoughts that want to come through you and not the ones that are clouding you will come so clarity and love and peace and power and freedom they all go together and this is the process of getting there coming back home not always distracting ourselves with this or that because sometimes it's hard it just takes some courage to okay let me just stop my mind from avoiding or fixing then all the healing happens really you
