Let's take a moment to be here in the present moment.

What does it mean to be in the present moment?

It's to not have split focus.

It's to just be completely alive with whatever is present for you,

Whatever is alive for you.

And right now,

You are here,

So drop everything else,

And simply be here.

Just setting this intention sends the signal to the universe that you are receptive,

That you're open,

That you are here for yourself,

For your true self.

You're not messing around.

And focus is different from concentration.

Concentration can help focus,

But focus has its own regard.

Concentration is when you're extremely concentrated on one focal point,

Whereas focus is simply not giving in to distractions and being present.

And that could include multiple things.

You're being aware of many things.

You're still focused though.

So right now you're here,

You're present,

You're focused on my voice and focused on being present here.

That could include being mindful of what you're going through,

How you're feeling,

What's present for you.

So that's amazing if you can be focused like this.

That means you're not distracted by something that is not relevant for you right now,

That is something that you don't need to focus on.

This is the power of focus,

That you can be here and feel fully alive without craving anything,

Without regretting anything,

Without feeling like split.

And there's never fear of missing out then.

You know,

That's a phenomena.

And that could also include feeling like you're missing out on something else in life in general,

That you don't have right now,

That you feel something is lacking or that you feel limited by something.

It's all just mental lack of focus into the present moment.

Because right now is the proof of abundance.

Right now,

Everything that is present is an addition to your experience.

And if you allow that to fill you up,

Then you're fulfilled.

So with that,

With that note on fulfillment,

Let's take a moment to tap into our inner light,

Which is the ultimate source of fulfillment.

Nothing from the outside world completely disregarding,

Making everything insignificant in the outside world,

Including you as your persona,

As your personality,

With your stories,

With your thoughts,

With your beliefs,

With your ideas,

With your desires,

With your fears.

Just let it all go,

At least for right now.

And simply tap into your self.

Whatever remains,

Keep backing up into the essence of your being,

That which remains constant,

Which remains still,

Unchanged,

Unmoved,

Unshakable.

That presence,

That beingness is your ground,

Is your inner light.

Always there,

Always radiating.

And so tapping into that feels like bliss,

Feels like ultimate fulfillment.

And everything else in the outer world seems like optional.

It is optional actually.

Because your light is the source that lights everything up in your reality.

The consciousness itself is light,

That which awakens,

That which illuminates everything else.

And that's what we are tapping into,

Backing up into your source.

And the way to discern what it is,

Is to ignore everything that is coming and going.

Ignore every sensation or even my sound.

It's just coming and going.

So you can take cues from it,

But don't get attached to it.

So simply ignore everything that is coming and going,

Everything that is fleeting,

The emotion,

The thoughts,

The feelings,

The sensations,

Whatever,

The energies,

And see what remains.

See what is the source that observes,

That is aware of all of that which you're going through.

That is your inner light.

So keep backing up,

Keep zooming out,

And ignore the world.

And you don't need to push away the world.

It's different from ignoring.

Pushing away is resisting it.

It's not acknowledging it.

But when you ignore,

You say that,

Yes,

It's there,

It's present,

I'm with it.

But I'm not indulging in it.

I'm not feeding upon it.

I'm not attached to it.

I'm simply focused on the bigger picture,

Zoomed out focus into my inner light,

Making it more important,

More significant,

More true than whatever is fleeting.

Because that's not where you can find yourself.

That's not where you can find your ground.

And if you do attach yourself with any of that,

Ultimately,

There will be some suffering.

So keep backing up,

Back to the source,

Back to the source,

Back to the inner light,

Like a sun.

Imagine yourself like a sun,

As you are,

Like a beam of light,

Or you can say a ball of light.

Everything is coming out of you.

The light is coming out.

You know,

The feeling that you have when you are in front of the shining sun and you get hit by the rays,

You feel different.

And you feel the light.

That is also what you feel when you tap into your own inner light.

Because you are that,

The same light is the same light.

It's not different.

That is within you.

And that light will purify you,

Guide you,

Protect you,

Make you feel blissful,

Free and peaceful.

And whatever comes in the way of that recognition of that light,

Ignore.

There you go,

You are tapping into it.

And the more you tap into it,

The more you will be surprised how much full of light you are.

Because at one point,

You feel like you can't handle it.

It's that much.

So,

Just like the closer you get to the sun,

The more light there is,

The more light you feel.

In the same way,

The closer you get to yourself,

The more light you feel.

And it can get blissful and peaceful and freer and powerful.

That sometimes you're like,

It's too much.

The body is like,

I can only handle this much light,

This much shine.

So whatever you're comfortable with,

Go with that.

And anyways,

You will only feel that because that's how you're protected by your own light.

That you are given what you can take,

What you're ready for.

And that's okay.

That's actually perfect.

So with that,

Keep this light shining.

In fact,

It's already shining.

But just remember this light as you go on with your night,

With your day.

Into your sleep,

Into your conversations,

Into your job.

Just recognizing while you're having a conversation,

While you're doing your chores,

While you're going to bed.

It's really a simple act of remembrance and backing up,

Zooming out into your source.

You will see,

Like,

I can't really put into words how to sell it.

Really,

It's a reward in itself.

Not just for yourself,

But for your reality and everyone in your reality.

And that's the best way to be of service as well,

Tapping into your own light.

Everything else is an addition,

Is optional,

In addition to your own light.

In fact,

Everything is enhanced only by that.

And also when we are in those moments when we're completely lost,

We're in the flow state,

We're just having a joyful time.

It's actually what's happening inside.

You're tapping into yourself more and more without you even recognizing it.

Because in those moments when you're completely in joy,

For any reason,

You are not distracted by anything else.

You're simply tapped in.

And that's exactly what you feel the more you remember in everyday life.

Then you don't need anything else outside to make you feel joyful.

Although you can have outside joy,

But you become the source.

You become,

By default,

Joyous from inside.

It doesn't even have to show outside.

It's just within you that you feel.

Then you can express it.

You don't have to be always jolly with others.

Because that's just an expression.

What I'm talking about is inner,

How you feel from inside.
