Take a moment to arrive fully into the here and now. This guided meditation will help you slow down, deepen your breath, and release everything you’ve been holding on to. By letting go of attachments, identifications, and distractions, you open yourself to the light of pure presence. The present moment is the greatest miracle — unchanged yet ever-expanding, simple yet infinitely rich. In this meditation, you’ll experience the truth that everything in your life has led to this moment, and that both past and future only exist as expansions of the now. Use this practice whenever you feel scattered, overwhelmed, or disconnected. It will bring you back home to peace, gratitude, and the boundless possibilities of the present.

Let's take a moment to arrive to the space to this present moment you can deepen your breath to slow down to stay here and now see how much you can release whatever you have been holding on to notice how that release actually energizes you it actually brings you closer to your light as you become light in a literal sense so just keep releasing whatever comes up give it all away don't hold anything don't possess anything don't own anything don't identify with anything just let yourself go and release everything that comes up and then what remains right now is just pure presence pure present moment you have successfully now entered into the here and now the present moment as much as you could in this now moment but nevertheless you're more in touch with it you're more transparent to it you're more present with presence in other words because you have emptied yourself and in that emptiness you become full of light full of present moment so the most beautiful and miraculous thing that you will ever see or feel is the present moment that's the only thing that there is but the reason we miss it the reason we miss the beauty and magic and mystery of that is because we are not in touch with it we are clouded and that's why when we do this process of release we come closer to it and we recognize the beauty the awe the wonder the mystery the magic the miracle of it right now and it is the same present moment as when you were completely in chaos the moment hasn't changed only the contents or you can say the distractions the clouds have shifted but present moment is the same that is why the present moment is always accessible here and now is always accessible if we choose to come back to it if we choose to undistort give up the distractions give up the noise and simply come back to this moment pure as it is the moment that you are in right now everything that has ever happened to you has led to this moment with all the lessons with all the experiences with all the memory that you have right now everything happened so that you could be here right now now can you imagine the beauty of that can you imagine the miracle of that how much it took for you to come here which is always here that's the irony of that you're always here but everything that happens in your experience leads you to the present moment because everything that is gone even one second ago has led you to this present moment so the only way to enter the present moment is to the present moment and to give gratitude to all that was before that led you to this moment and this is it this right now here and now is it it's not in the future or in the past whatever you're looking for or whatever you're craving or hoping desiring fearing doubting it's not there everything is here and now even your memories right now are here and now the moment you recall any memory is right now and that is why i said the past is an illusion and yet it leads you to this present moment so every memory you gather becomes part of the present moment so the past doesn't exist only the here and now exists and yet it keeps expanding the memories keep adding on to the present moment so it becomes expansive it keeps growing the present moment remains the same yet becomes ever rich and this is the paradox or the beauty of the present moment that it remains the same and yet it keeps becoming more and more as the quote-unquote past passes by and another aspect of the present moment is that it's full of infinite possibilities it's always here and now that the future quote-unquote comes but the imagination of the future is infinite possibilities from the present moment only so subconsciously or unconsciously or consciously whatever happens in the next moment is part of your imagination even if it's not realized yet even if you have not actively imagined and everything is already present like all the future possibilities everything in the future is already here and now it's all part of the infinite possibilities and each unfolding of the events is just you imagining different contents in the same present moment just like i told about the past the past keeps adding on to the present moment and the future also keeps adding on to the present moment it keeps the present moment active so it doesn't become passive it keeps it changing and that also is part of the expansion of experience so then drop everything bask in the present moment be grateful for everything that happened for it created this present moment and look forward to what happens in your imagination whether you do it actively making free will choices or it just happens you're surprised by what happens next nevertheless it's part of your imagination it's part of the experience unfolding in the present moment so rejoice in that mystery gratitude and awe in the mystery and that brings you home in the present moment always active alive awake aware present moment so continue dancing with this present moment as i leave you to this moment
