Listening will allow you to become more self aware.

When you truly listen with all your attention,

You fall into a deep level of meditation.

This meditation will be simple and easy,

Requiring no effort at all.

Before beginning,

I ask you to let go of any expectations you may have for this practice.

It doesn't matter what position you take,

Just ensure you are comfortable for this practice.

Drop your shoulders and allow them to relax.

Now focus on the sound of your breath.

What does your breath sound like?

What does your breath sound like?

Effortlessly listen to your breath,

Allowing it to take its natural course.

Not trying to change anything at all,

Accepting this moment for what it is.

As you listen peacefully to your breath,

Set the intention to relax.

Set the intention to relax your mind and body.

Thoughts will come,

Thoughts will go.

Let them come and let them go.

There is no need to entertain your thoughts,

Just give your attention to the harmonious sound of your breath.

Listen.

Embrace.

And relax.

Now bring your attention to all the different sounds you hear right now.

Tearful chamber music Allow your sense of hearing to operate like a laser beam,

Searching the distance sounds.

Jumping from sound to sound,

Not judging or interpreting.

Just staying open and allowing these sounds to move through your body.

Nothing is important in this state.

There are no worries.

There are no stresses.

Just an easy open state of listening.

Just letting the sounds come to you.

Now bringing your attention back to the closest sounds.

Listening to your harmonious breath once again.

Internalize your attention and focus on your heart center.

Feel your heartbeat.

Imagine you're breathing through the heart center.

Drawing all your attention into the center.

Feeling the breath come in and out through your heart.

As you stay connected through heart breathing,

Embrace the feelings associated with my words.

Gratitude.

Compassion.

Peacefulness.

Self-belief.

Joy.

Abundance.

Notice how your body is feeling.

Stay in this feeling.

I ask you now to kindly bring your hands into prayer position.

Take a moment to say a personal prayer to your higher power.
