So again,
Come to a place where you can be still and quiet in the body.
And we'll take our three cleansing breaths to transition here.
Full breath in through the nose.
Exhale easy,
Sigh out of the body.
Another breath in.
Another exhale flows right out.
One more breath here together.
Another exhale,
Gentle sigh out.
As you continue to breathe now in your own pace,
Bring your awareness up to the space of the third eye,
Just above the eyebrows,
The center of the forehead.
Take your next couple of breaths into that space.
This is our space of intuition,
Our inner knowing,
The inner voice that guides us.
Then bring your awareness to the space above that,
The top of the head,
The crown,
The top of the head and above the head.
Let your next few breaths be in this space to open up as if your breath could flow in and out from this space,
Opening the portals of beyond.
This is,
Again,
The space that connects us to something bigger than ourselves,
Goddess,
Spirit,
Universe.
And these guides from beyond and within are now going to take us on a little journey before we go there.
Let's find our roots in the body.
How are you connected to this moment in time in the body,
In your physical space?
Now we'll take a step back in time,
Back to before you even began this practice today,
Before you started to move and dance and meditate.
What were you feeling like before you started this practice today?
What did it feel like in your body,
Your thoughts,
Your emotions?
What was going on in your day that influenced how you were feeling?
Now take a further step back to maybe last week,
A moment in time.
You choose where you were.
How were you feeling?
How were you feeling in your body,
The thoughts,
The emotions?
What were the circumstances that created that scenario in your body,
In your thoughts,
In your emotions?
And then take another further step back to the first time you came to this practice.
How did it feel at the end of that first practice of moving,
Of dancing,
Of meditating,
Sitting with your journal,
What was the results of that first practice,
That first lesson?
And sticking out for you right now,
A feeling in your body,
An idea,
A thought,
An emotion.
And take a little further step back to when you first discovered this course,
What called you,
What little voice was there,
The inner voice,
Something outside of yourself that told you that this might be a good choice to take?
How did it feel in your body to know or to at least be curious if you didn't know fully?
What were the feelings,
The thoughts?
And from that moment in time,
Step yourself forward back into this moment here now,
Bringing all those experiences with you of why you came to this practice,
The feelings that it allowed you to feel in your body with your breath,
The energies that flowed through you of thoughts and emotions.
Bring them back all here with you right now.
How are you here right now in your body with your breath?
Now we'll take a little step forward in time to once this practice is complete and you bring these tools with you into this new life that is waiting for you.
It is here now.
It's just waiting for you to open your eyes and step into it.
What does that next step look like,
Feel like?
Where are you?
Who is around you?
What are you doing?
And then you choose,
Maybe it's a day,
Maybe it's a week that you step forward with these new experiences behind you but still with you.
What's beginning to shift in your life?
Your new opportunities or relationships presenting themselves?
How does it feel in your body to acknowledge them being here?
And then you again can choose how far forward you want to step into the future.
Maybe it is a month,
Maybe it's six months,
Maybe it's five years from now.
Let yourself travel forward in time,
Bringing all these experiences,
These new beautiful tools with you that have been just beautifully woven into the tapestry of your life.
What is this new life that you're in look like,
Feel like in your body?
Who is with you or around you?
What are you doing or not doing?
Let the inner guides and the outer guides guide you to that beautiful place.
Know that spirit in your own future self is calling you forward to that beautiful space.
It's just a matter of time.
Whether that feeling in your body that you've received these gifts,
That you've arrived there.
And allow yourself to travel back in time to this moment in your body here now.
Take your time seeing all the beautiful stories,
Experiences that wove you into that beautiful tapestry of your life.
And come back into this body of yours here and now in the room that you sit in and hear my voice.
And know all of that is here for you now.
How does it feel in your body to know the possibility of what's ahead?
Now invite you now for our last few breaths to sit in that possibility,
But also to sit in the possibility of something you didn't quite see yet.
So as you inhale,
We say,
I am open.
As you exhale to what I don't see yet.
On the inhale,
I am open.
To what I don't see yet,
I am open to what I don't see yet.
Allow that to flow in and out for a few more breaths.
