Observe.

Practice 1.

The intent of this practice is to calm your mind and shift your awareness inward to become an observer.

Connect with your true self beyond the influences to notice what matters to you the most.

Find a quiet spot to sit comfortably.

Once you are seated,

Take a moment to slowly relax your body,

Resting your hands on your legs.

Begin the practice with your eyes open and looking forward.

Not focusing on any specific point,

But rather looking with a soft gaze,

Just being aware of the space around you.

Breathing through the nose,

Slow and deep,

Pausing for a moment at the top of the breath.

Then naturally breathe out through the nose,

Again pausing at the bottom of the breath.

As you continue breathing this way,

Focus on your lungs,

Expanding as they fill with air.

Feel free to close your eyes and breathe naturally if that feels more comfortable.

Become aware of any sounds that enter your space,

Some close by and others in the distance.

Now slowly return to the body.

Continue to feel your breath as it enters and exits your lungs.

Let go and relax as you breathe out.

Feel the natural rhythm of the air traveling in and out of the body.

Become aware of any thoughts that may come to mind and simply watch how they make you feel.

Try not to judge or classify them as good or bad.

Simply let them be.

There is nothing you need to do.

Sense any feelings that may arise.

What are the strongest emotions that emerge?

Stay here and observe for a while.

You can see them Evolving with tonight'sreath.

You You You You You You focus on your breath again and return to feeling the physical body You Notice the familiar sounds around you When ready softly open your eyes If you were able to observe your thoughts dissolve and emotions emerge,

Then you are beginning to connect with your deeper awareness.

The emotions you felt are a compass that points to what you truly want in life.

Repeat this practice as often as you feel like,

Each time gaining more insight.

This process will guide your true intention for the next step where you notice how to achieve all that you want.
