Greetings.
I'd like to talk right now,
Not about something,
But dive through it.
How many times do we have something in our life that wants to steer us around it or stop us in our tracks?
For me,
It's quite often,
Especially if the moment doesn't feel like it.
And there's nothing wrong with getting to something when the moment feels better,
Because we want it to be a peaceful experience.
What about the things that we just need to move through that we need to do that we keep holding ourselves back from doing because we're not willing to go through it?
For this,
I like a healing modality I came with called Believe Love.
We can find the aspect of love that we need to ignite that's a part of who we are that will allow that situation to be more enjoyable.
So for me,
It's about writing a book.
It's about doing the research I need to do on online tools to get my work out into the world.
And it's about sorting through my poetry and getting a book out on my poetry.
And those things feel a little heavy.
So I just muscle tested using Applied Kinesiology and found that the emotion was number 72 on a list I came up with.
And that's enjoyment.
Enjoyment is going to help with this.
See,
These situations are difficult,
Partly because they're here to affirm my enjoyment.
And I truly enjoy doing these activities when I when I feel clear,
When I feel balanced,
When I feel inspired.
But just doing them has been very difficult.
So now what I do is I improve my relationship to enjoyment,
So that doing them is easier.
That's rather an easy thing to do.
I'll do it the easy way first.
Enjoyment,
Absolute love.
Oh my gosh is that big.
And we'll do it the longer way second to make it even deeper.
I choose to improve my relationship to enjoyment,
Which is a part of who I am from the light of the light of me.
So now I'm ready to go through.
Now I'm ready to get the jewels that these tasks will bring forth.
Ready to work on the shadows that these tasks evoke.
I want to do the work so that I can move forward with my career,
My life in beautiful ways.
Thank you for listening.
