Gently closing your eyes,

Focus all your attention on the tone.

And we'll work with your breath right away.

This is a one-minute meditation to show you how powerful you are at this.

Place all your attention on the air entering through your nose,

Follow it.

And let it go back out through the mouth or nose,

Whatever's comfortable for you.

Try it again,

Notice is the air warm or cool coming in through the nose.

And let it go.

Beautiful.

Now place all your attention on this tone you're about to hear right now.

And let that tone slow your mind down.

Try it again,

Focus on this tone.

You got it.

And as your mind comes back and races anywhere else,

All you want to do is bring it back to your breath.

Notice the air coming again in through your nose.

Let it go.

That's it,

You've done a minute.

That is all meditation is,

Is following the mind and bringing it back to the present moment.

Breathe that in,

You're a master.

You're ready for more.

Notice how you feel right now.
