Gently closing your eyes.

This is your five-minute mind break to master your ability to follow your thoughts.

We will always start with focusing on the air coming in through our nose and leaving through your mouth or nose,

Whatever is comfortable for you.

Take a deeper breath with me right to your chest.

Deep breath in.

Let it go.

We'll start to focus on the muscles in our face to allow ourself to slow down,

Softening the eyelids,

Allowing your cheeks to melt,

All the muscles in your face to soften.

And come back to your breath as the air,

Warm or cool,

Coming in through your nose.

Let it go.

Beautiful.

Placing all your attention now on the tone you're about to hear.

All your energy goes here.

Feeling the mind slowing down,

Breathe.

So now we're going to try working on a little bit of visualization together,

Your ability to engage the mind while you meditate.

I want you to envision the word you want to feel more of in your life right now.

What word do you want more of in your life?

Perhaps it's the word peace,

Calm,

Focus,

Creativity.

Pick your word right now and see it in your mind.

And I want you to visualize,

Imagine you being able to get this word in your life right now.

How do you need to show up?

See yourself being this word.

Notice your facial expression.

Notice your body language.

And notice the positivity within you when you embrace this word.

The positivity,

Breathe that in.

Placing all your attention right now on your shoulders.

Come back to your body and let your shoulders drop.

Beautiful.

As you remember the master you are at meditation,

We're going to head into some sound now.

And your only goal is to watch where your mind goes.

When it veers off and starts thinking of something else,

It's perfect.

Bring it back to your breath.

Focus on the tones.

And allow your brain to slow down.

This is you mastering a meditative experience.

Deep breath in.

Beautiful.
