Welcome to this guided meditation to help release any stress or anxiety you may be feeling.

Let's start by focusing our attention on our eyes,

I want you to get into a relaxed position and then with your eyes still open just gently look up as high as you can without straining your eyes but keep your head perfectly straight and look straight up with your eyes and you notice after a few seconds your eyes begin to flutter and after a few seconds of your eyes fluttering we are sending our brain a signal that it's safe to relax,

So just relax your eyes once more and close them shut,

Now bring your attention to your breath,

So take a deep breath in for 6 seconds,

Hold it for a few seconds and then release for 6 seconds and then we'll repeat the cycle two more times,

As you take a deep breath in and breathe out again and one last time taking a breath in,

Holding for a few seconds and then back out again.

One of the main reasons we feel anxious and stressed is because we don't feel that we're fully abundant,

We feel limited in many ways,

It could be through money,

Through attention,

Through friendship or love and because we feel limited we stop the very things we want coming to us.

And if you remember as a child you used to go out and play and imagine wonderful scenes all around you,

Using your mind to create tales of fantasy and adventure but you might notice as an adult we don't do that quite so much anymore,

What we've actually done is turned our imaginations against ourselves,

When we feel there's fear,

We're worried about the future,

Worried we won't have enough of something,

We're letting our imagination create scenarios where we have problems,

We've actually repurposed our imagination to think of situations that aren't good for us.

We are powerful creative beings and if we use the power of our mind and our imagination to create scenarios where we're lacking in some department,

It'll get us feeling stressed and anxious about the future,

We'll project forwards arguments with people,

Situations where we may have problems and then our mind will go into overdrive to try and figure out a solution to these hypothetical situations because it's primary goal is to keep us safe and if that comes at the cost of worrying,

Of getting stressed,

Of feeling anxious,

It will do that to keep us safe.

What we have to realise is that we live in an abundant world.

I want you to look back upon your life,

All the wonderful things that you feel grateful for,

The friends and family you might have in your life,

Back at the things that went well in the past,

The things where you felt you had a helping hand just keeping you safe.

When we look back on our life with a sense of gratitude,

We realise even though we might have gone through hard times,

We're still here now and everything is ultimately going to be okay.

You've always managed to get out of any situation,

You've managed to work your way through to be here now and our minds like to catastrophise so that we can plan and find a way to keep ourselves safe no matter the situation.

It's time to release that now.

We don't need to carry that stress and burden with us.

Whether it's money,

Love or some other situation,

We can create this feeling of abundance within ourselves by just closing our eyes,

Thinking of the stressful situation and thinking how it could work out perfectly in our favour.

We don't do that much these days,

To look at a situation and think,

Let's look at the upside,

The positive side.

What if everything went right?

How would I feel if everything went my way just as I want it in this situation?

So take a deep breath in,

Fill your lungs full of gratitude,

Imagining everything you've ever wanted has gone right just the way you imagined it.

Breathe out any negative thoughts you might have,

Any beliefs that that's not possible,

Just let it all go.

And as you take another deep breath in,

Feeling how joyful you will feel when everything goes just right.

Holding that feeling in of thanks and gratitude,

Allowing all of the tension and all of the worry to leave your body as you take another deep breath in,

Imagining everything working perfectly just the way you planned.

And as you hold that breath,

Really embody that feeling,

Everything is going to be alright.

Everything is always working out for you.

The universe has got your back.

Things are always working out just the way you planned.

And sometimes you even get nice surprises,

When unexpected great things happen.

Let's use our imagination to focus on positives.

Remembering when we project our stress out into the future,

By worrying about what might happen.

We keep our body in that tense state,

All the while forgetting,

Right here,

Right now,

You're fine just as you are.

You're perfect in every way.

Everything is always working out for you.

There hasn't been a situation yet you've not been able to get through.

And there's always help on hand if you need it.

Even if we feel a little isolated,

We can always ask even a stranger to give us a helping hand out of the kindness of their heart.

And if we approach them with a smile,

We'll be so surprised how many people are here to help you.

Sometimes we let ourselves believe and we have no one to help us.

But most of the time we're just a little bit afraid to ask.

And so just remember and imagine how wonderful that will be the next time you encounter something and you need a little help,

That you can ask a friend or family member.

Or even a random stranger on the street for a little bit of help,

A little bit of advice.

And there'll always be someone there to give you a helping hand,

No matter the situation.

And so you see how through our own beliefs we've tricked our mind into believing things that simply aren't true.

We live in an abundant world where people are always willing to help,

No matter the situation.

There's always a solution and you'll always be guided to the right solution that fits your situation perfectly.

If you just release and let these problems go and listen to that voice within,

It will always guide you in the right direction.

And if for any reason you struggle to hear that voice of guidance,

Just take five minutes to sit quietly in nature,

Allowing your mind to be free of anything.

As you look at the trees,

The birds and all the wildlife all around you,

And as your mind focuses on these things,

You'll find the tension melts away and it allows that inner voice,

That voice of guidance,

To come back through.

And if we're there with open arms,

Ready to listen to the message,

It will always be guided down the right path.

And if in any doubt,

Always trust your first gut feeling about a situation.

And living this way,

We can see now,

How we live in a world of abundance,

Where the solutions are always at our fingertips,

If we allow our imagination and our creativity to work for us.

To create beautiful visions of the future,

And if we keep that vision of the future,

Forefront in our mind at all times.

Focus on the things that matter to us,

And all the things that struggle in the background,

Will either get forgotten or fade away,

Or as we focus on the things that are working for us right now,

In our lives,

The things that are going well.

And as we focus on the positive things in our life,

By doing so,

It will naturally raise our vibration and our frequency,

We'll naturally be placed into that receptive state,

Where we can receive the answers that we need.

So as we begin to draw this meditation to a close,

I want you to take a moment to envisage your ideal outcome of whatever situations are going on in your life right now.

Think about the most perfect outcome,

The most perfect situation,

Visualise what that looks like,

Sense what it feels like inside.

And hold that image clear in your mind's eye,

As you take another deep breath in,

Hold for a few seconds,

And one last time,

A deep breath in,

And really ramp up those emotions of what it feels like,

For that great outcome,

And then one final breath out,

Knowing the universe always has your back.

And you are the most amazing,

Abundant being,

More than you could ever imagine,

Perfect just as you are.

And as you go throughout the rest of your day,

You'll get glimpses and remember that fantastic outcome,

And keep it in the forefront of your mind whenever any stress or anxiety pops your way.

And you'll just simply smile,

Remember that beautiful scene,

And let it go.

And with that image in your mind,

You start to allow the sounds and the sights of the day to come back in,

Feeling sensations once more in your body,

As you begin to return to a waking state,

Fully refreshed,

Fully invigorated,

Ready to confidently handle anything that comes your way,

Knowing you always have support and resources on hand,

To flourish in any situation.

Have a wonderful day,

Namaste.

Very inspiring and supportive words, thank you. I do wish, however, that the volume of the music was lower so as not to compete with the softly spoken words.
