Welcome to this meditation or manifestation of your future self.
Find a comfortable seated position.
Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in.
In through the nose.
Pausing.
Then slowly exhaling through the mouth,
Dropping your shoulders and relaxing your body.
Do this three times.
On the next inhalation,
Feel the breath entering the nostrils,
Going down the throat and filling the chest or belly area.
Pausing for a moment before you exhale.
Releasing all of the air.
In through the nose.
Feeling the breath.
Pausing.
And exhaling with intention through the mouth.
Allow your breath to form its own natural rhythm.
And begin to shift the breath to inhalation and exhalation through the nostrils.
In through the nose.
Out through the nose.
And just allow the breath to find its own natural rhythm.
Bring awareness to your breath.
Feel the rise and fall of your chest with each inhalation and exhalation.
Allow your mind to settle into this present moment.
Nowhere to go.
Nothing to do.
Just sitting with the breath.
In your mind,
Imagine it is one year from today,
A regular weekday.
All of the things you've been working on have manifested.
Visualise yourself waking up in the morning.
Where are you?
What is your bedroom like?
What does your bed and the space in your bedroom feel like?
Is there light streaming in a window?
Stretch your arms above your head.
What does it feel like to be in this body?
Visualise yourself as you move through your day.
Consider what your daily routine looks like.
What are the first things you do when you wake up?
Do you exercise?
Meditate?
Or contemplate enjoying a quiet cup of coffee?
What does it feel like to be you doing those things?
What are your thoughts about yourself?
In this moment,
The new you.
Think about the people who are around you.
Are you alone as you get started in your day?
Or are there others around you?
How does it feel?
What are your interactions like with these people or with yourself?
What do you do during the bulk of your day?
How do you spend your time?
What are you working on?
Who is around you?
What is the environment itself like?
Do you work from home?
From a shared space?
Or do you work somewhere else?
Is the space bustling with energy?
Or serene and peaceful?
Imagine yourself feeling deeply connected to your environment and the work you're doing.
Consider your meals throughout the day.
What kinds of foods are you eating?
How do they nourish your body and mind?
Are you cooking at home or eating out?
Are you eating alone or with others?
What does that feel like?
Think about how you care for your body.
What activities are you engaging in to stay healthy and vibrant?
Do you practice yoga?
Do you go for runs?
Or perhaps take nature walks?
Imagine yourself feeling strong,
Healthy and full of energy.
What does that feel like in your body?
As your day winds down,
Visualise the evening routine that brings you peace and prepares you for restful sleep.
What activities help you unwind and reflect on your day?
Is anyone around you?
What kinds of things do you do?
What does that feel like?
Take a moment to feel gratitude for this future you.
Embrace the sense of accomplishment and contentment that comes from living a life aligned with your dreams and values.
Picture that future you feeling gratitude toward the present day you.
Feel the energy of love and appreciation in your body and let it be so.
Slowly bring your awareness back into the space you occupy to this present moment.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale gently open your eyes.
This future you is possible.
