Welcome to the guided mindfulness meditation on acceptance.

The concept of acceptance in mindfulness is related to the suffering generated just by existing.

In the experience of life,

It is inevitable to go through painful events such as getting old,

Getting sick,

Seeing a loved one die.

The fight against reality generates more suffering while accepting pain without resistance and meaning it as part of living and that we can move on despite suffering is more positive and effective.

Start with a comfortable posture,

Sitting on a chair or a yoga mat.

Feel the contact of your feet with the floor.

Find a way to relax,

Close your eyes and take a moment to relax.

Pay attention to the breath.

Breathe in and breathe out.

As you breathe naturally,

On your next inhale say to yourself,

Everything is fine.

Exhale and think as it is.

Breathe in,

Everything is fine.

Breathe out as it is.

If a thought like it is not true,

Is not fine pops out,

Just let it go gently and come back to your breath.

Breathe in,

Everything is fine.

Breathe out as it is.

Breathe in,

Everything is fine.

Breathe out as it is.

Breathe in,

Everything is fine.

Breathe out as it is.

Breathe in,

Everything is fine.

Breathe out as it is.

Breathe in,

Everything is fine.

Breathe out as it is.

This practice will help you to accept painful events of your life,

Letting go the suffering,

The resistance.

Thank you for taking your time to practice this guided mindfulness meditation and recognize the result practice for love and self-care.
